      I ordered the 6 piece products. After 2 days of use, my eyes swelled closed. My face broke out. I had to go to the ** and get shots. Horrible horrible experience. When I called to complain I was told my "subscription" would be canceled. I didn't even sigh up for a subscription! Scam! My eyes are still swollen and red 3 days later. Since I had to select a star rating I gave it a one but it doesn't even deserve that. ***** might want to reconsider hocking these products.

      -reduction ok but the subscriptions are what they s**** you on. They just start sending you all kinds of stuff and charge you shipping and handling. Trying to cancel the subscriptions are a nightmare and the customer service is terrible. Told me to check the small print next time

      Three times I have ordered the meaningful beauty . 1st time never got the orange serum or the kit . 2nd time again the orange bottle was taken out . The kit was very very small and deceiving. Third time again the orange serum not in kit rest of kit came . Maybe the company should look into the postal thing and see why these product this product is getting taken out of the kit. I dont know, but this is three times now Ive paid. Ive tried to get a hold of somebody there. Nobody ever answers you they take you through. Go here go there, complain here complain there as I just Im very very upset because now Ive spent a lot of money trying to get a kit and I dont wanna travel kit. I paid for the larger kit and I spent a lot of money doing it and Im very very upset about this. I think its a rip off. I dont know whats going on, but they should look into how this thing has been sent to you because every single time the oranges one gets taken out of my Kit

      I was unaware that a one time order put me in a subscription. They charged me $91.10 without authorization. I called and they informed me I was in a subscription and they would cancel that and refund my money. I have a cancellation email from them however not only did they not refund my money, they charged me again. I am having to file a claim with my ****** account to try get a resolution and keep them out of my account. Once this is resolved I will NEVER order from them again. I do not recommend ordering from them!!!

      This has been the worst experience as a brand new customer. I placed an order on April 17, 2025 for products that were to arrive April 22, 2025, which based on tracking was still processing. The following day the tracking indicated it was delivered April 23, 2025 around 4pm, it didnt and I placed a call to the company on April 24, 2025. Of course there is a language barrier and I was told a replacement would be sent. As of today nothing has been shipped and after speaking with two supervisors from outside the ***, still nothing. I went on ** and sent a message and was promised a phone call and nothing. They have my money and I have no product. This has been the worst customer service experience Ive received and I will never place another order from them. This was suppose to be a birthday gift and Im dealing with non English speaking representatives who take no accountability, are rude, and give the run around. Now I have to contact the BBB and my bank because this company refuses to simply make things right!!!!

      Our records reflect your call on April 24th and that a replacement for your initial Meaningful Beauty order was created as you were told.  Shipment of the replacement order was delayed due to an inventory shortage at the time.  When you spoke with a supervisor on April 30th the delay was explained.  As a goodwill gesture, a refund for your initial order was issued then and as an exception, the complementary replacement order was left to be fulfilled when items were available. The replacement order was shipped May 7th.
      We apologize if you were treated less than professionally by any member of our staff. Rest assured, your customer service experience has been reviewed and will be used to improve our service going forward.

      We regret any confusion regarding the billing for the two shipments you received.   Your initial order was for a promotional 30-day Meaningful Beauty introductory kit which was billed in full when it was shipped.  Your 2nd shipment was a 90-day replenishment kit with the total cost billed in 3 monthly installments instead of being charged in full.  Only the first payment is charged at shipping and the remaining two over a 31-day billing cycle.  That way the monthly payments are approximately the cost of your initial 30-day purchase unless the contents of the replenishment kit are customized. When you canceled your subscription, as a goodwill gesture the 3rd installment scheduled for May was waived.

      Rest assured your Meaningful Beauty account remains closed with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

      What does the Better Business Bureau do for us?? This company keeps ripping me off. I cancelled twice and money keeps being taken out of my account! I need my funds back now. What can be done about this????Do not buy from this company unless you plan on paying for it for the rest of your life!Horrible experience. Love products Hate customer service!

      Our records reflect that your subscription was cancelled when your first called on 3/23 but your full-size 90-day replenishment kit had already proceeded for shipment and was sent.  The cost of the replenishment kits is billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles. Information about the payments and return policy was provided when you cancelled as well as when you contacted us via chat and social media after the cancellation.  Please understand, while cancelling a subscription stops any future shipments it does not cancel any remaining balance/ scheduled payments for orders that have been shipped; they will continue to bill until paid in full or return within the 60-day Money Back Guarantee for credit.   Although you March shipment had not yet been returned as an exception to our advertised policies a refund was issued 4/25 prior to the receipt of your return.

      Your Meaningful Beauty account remains closed with no future shipments or billing scheduled.

      If I can make this company's rating zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of meaningful beauty for roughly under 100 bucks. Then within a couple of weeks, I was charged an additional $108 for a subscription I did not agree to. When calling the company, there's no answer, and I have to call my bank now, to stop payment. I didn't realize this was a common fraudulent practice of Meaningful Beauty and should be done about it. There are numerous complaints from customers being scammed into this subscription. I strongly suggest that if you're interested in purchasing meaningful beauty, do not do it!!! You're better off going to your local beauty supply store to purchase facial products. This company is horrible and the famous people promoting the products should be ashamed. Please do not get caught up in the subscription web, stay far away.

We do make every effort to make the offers as clear as possible on our websites, as well as by phone. If a customer chooses to purchase a promotionally discounted introductory kit they are informed that they will received automatic full-size replenishment shipments until they contact customer service to change or cancel the membership. The terms of the offers are provided in several places online before any personal information is entered or an order is submitted.

      We do offer the ability to purchase Meaningful Beauty individual full-size products without a replenishment account but not the introductory kits. However, customers who choose to place one-time orders are only offered our retail prices. Replenishment customers are offered many great benefits including discounted prices, free gifts, the ability to customize future shipments, and the ability to customize shipping frequency.  All Meaningful Beauty shipments are backed by a 60-day Money Back Guarantee.

      Our records reflect that you purchased an 8-piece 30-day introductory kit online 3/20/25. By submitted the order for this kit you agreed to the terms of the offer including the subscription.  We regret if you found the terms of your purchase unclear in any way.
      Your full-size replenishment kit was processed for delivery on 4/19 as scheduled. Per your request when you called on 4/20 the subscription was cancelled, stopping future shipments, but the replenishment shipment could not be stopped.

      I think they changed the product. I noticed with the last shipment my skin is turning orangey. Anyone else have same problem? I am seeing a dermatologist next month and will bring all the products in to see her opion. I'm not going to order from them anymore.

      They charged me $90 every month. Not what I signed up for. Then in order for me to not pay another $90 the following month they asked me to return my used product. What company wants a used face product back? To be honest I feel that they take advantage of people. I did cancel the subscription and made sure to get a confirmation email. I don't trust this company.

      We make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and offers for Meaningful Beauty via the website, TV infomercials, inbound sales phone line, print materials, product packaging and billing.  We regret if you found the terms of our offers unclear.  Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate an account in your name with the information provided in this review so we cant address the specific concerns you mentioned at this time.

      But regarding our return policy, every shipment is covered by a 60-day Money Back Guarantee which states if you are not satisfied for any reason just return the order within 60 days of receipt, even if empty.  Of course, any returned used or empty product is disposed of, but a physical return is what triggers a refund and/or credit to clear any remaining balance due.  The cost of the 90-day full-size replenishment shipments are billed in 3 installments over 31-day billing cycles.  While cancelling stops future shipments it does not cancel any balance due (remaining installments scheduled)for orders already shipped.  Therefore, if you ask how to stop any future payments remaining when you cancelled, you would have been advised to return any shipment that had a remaining balance.
