      be aware this is a ****.
      this is a rip off, not only the sample product didn't work for me, but they still ship the next products without buyers authorization and charged RIDICULOUS amount. After the first shipment i called to complain, they supposedly sent me another one that i never received but was still charged for it.
      this is shameful how they are taking advantage of people trying to better themselves. the worse part is that they are not trying to accommodate their customers even after complaining.
      they should have warned their customers about any eventual payments.

Additionally, before customers may finalize their purchase, they must check a box stating their agreement to the terms of the purchase and authorizing us to charge payments to the provided card for future shipments. The products are also shipped with information reiterating the terms and benefits of membership, as well as each shipment's cost and billing schedule, and the next shipment's date. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.

      Your 2nd shipment (a full-sized 90-day supply) was sent as scheduled on 10/25. Our records reflect that per your call on 11/30, you accepted an offer to maintain your membership with an additional discount, customized future kits, and holding your next shipment until 2/28/22, at which time regularly scheduled shipments resumed.

      Per your phone call on 5/13/22, your account was cancelled. As you stated that you had not received your 3rd shipment (sent 2/28), a replacement was offered at no additional cost to you, as a courtesy in exception to the limits of our 60-day Money Back Guarantee; our records indicate that you declined this offer. On 5/20 we received notice of a payment dispute for 1 installment of your 3rd shipment, which was resolved in our favor on 5/26.

      In effort to fully resolve this matter, a full refund has now been issued for your 3rd shipment. Due to the prior dispute however, this refund was not accepted by the payment card on file, and **** instead be issued by check to your billing address.       Thank you for your review. I received an email today stating that my next order had been shipped. I never agreed to a subscription. I spoke with customer service and told them I wanted this cancelled and a refund. I also informed the representative that as soon as the package I did not ask for arrived, it was being sent back. Buyer beware, it's a ripoff!!

      It's not obvious that this is a subscription service. Once they have you, they continue to take money from your account even after you canceled it with them.
      Trust me, your skin is not worth dealing with this absolute fraudulent company.
      And good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. I called twice and was on hold for 32 mins and 44 mins respectively. Use the chat function.

      Our records reflect that you enrolled online twice for automatic shipments of Meaningful Beauty�® on 3/3/22 with your orders for two 30-day introductory kits, both offers including auto-delivery membership.

      On 3/18, one of your orders was returned within the 60-day Money Back Guarantee, at which time a refund was issued and future shipments within that membership were automatically cancelled. Your other membership remained active.

      Per the terms of the online offer, on 4/4/22, your 1st full-sized shipment (a 90-day supply, with total cost split over 3 monthly payments & 1st installment charged at shipping) was sent as scheduled.

      Per your request on 4/26 via Live Chat, your remaining membership was cancelled, and you were provided with the dates and amounts of the remaining 2 payments for your full-sized kit. Please be advised that while cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the remaining balance for orders which were sent prior to cancellation.

      The 2nd installment for your full-sized kit was charged on 5/6; the 3rd and final installment was charged on 6/6. On 6/11, your financial institution reversed the final payment.       I never recieved any shipments on 6/11or 6/6. You didn't refund me a dime. I was told " we can't do that" when another 79.00 dollars was taken out after I'd asked for the card not be charged.
      When I saw the money missing and was horribly treated by your customer service, I had to cancel my card to stop any further charges. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Your company has a horrible reputation and I'm not the knly kne that had ussues with you. I **** never do business with you and tell everyone I know not to bother
      I'm very disappointed. Our financial institution refunded me not your company. Shameful

      As you can see, Meaningful Beauty has reached out to me, I need to call them back to report the issues I had with the product that led to me trying to cancel in the first place. If it all shows up on my bank statement that they have credited my account, and froze it .. whatever.. so I won't be getting billed anymore, I am happy. I did not try the live chat option that I guess they have, guess in all honesty, I didn't see it so that one is on me, I didn't have luck with trying to call. and my emails did go ignored.. but they said they didn't get them.. so I don't know. But I am happy with the fact that they did reach out to me through here, and they have taken care of the situation. I wanted to try the product, I did, it ididn't work for me, and there were issues with communication. apparently. but all is well in the end. I **** give 3 stars, that is for taking care of it in the end.. maybe for others the product is 5 stars, wasn't for me.

      I was getting a regular subscription for years September 2021 I called in to change the auto shipment as I was not using everything except for the antioxident day cream and eye cream and I was advised by customer service to return the incorrect order and the correct order **** be shipped. Yesterday I called to see where my shipment was and was told it was cancelled because my card on file had expired I asked if they call their clients for new payment info I was told No. The guy was nice enough to say if you provide me your new CC# I can reactivate your account and get the shipment out to you prepaid. I asked for a supervisor to ask why my account was deactivated without my consent or knowledge and I was advised no supervisor I would get a call back. Today I received a call from a lady identified herself as Emma - Customer Service Supervisor and she said the order from yesterday has also been cancelled as Meaningful Beauty no longer ships to Canada for new customers or inactive accounts. I explained to her I never cancelled and what i was told yesterday and she advised my account was cancelled as I returned product last year. I did advise her I was provided an RMA by her CSR and she said the CSR should have told me the account would be cancelled.
      Do this make sense to anyone else they want to ship and **** you what they want not what you want??? Something is wrong here I am dissapointed about the overall customer service but the product was fantastic.

      I ordered a product form Meaningful Beauty and they charged me for the product but have NEVER delivered the product. All my efforts to contact them have been frustrated live chats that sign off with out any solution, phone calls to the various customer service center say they do not have my phone number on file so they cannot speak to me, no order number was ever provided, tracking number does not indicate when ( or if) the item **** be delivered, all emails to the company are not responded to, and give no indication how to resolve this complete failure on their part to get the product delivered or refund my payment . Bottom line I seem to have no recourse for their failure to deliver the product or get a refund. Can this be legal????

      I am thoroughly displeased with my experience with this company. First off, their claims to "natural" beauty products are false. Including propylene glycol (antifreeze) and other endocrine disrupting/cancer causing ingredients in EVERY product is far from natural...and finding the list of ingredients is near impossible until after you have already made a purchase. That being said, after placing my order and reviewing the ingredients, I chose not to put them on my skin and simply return them instead. Meaningful Beauty's "100% money back guarantee" apparently doesn't apply to shipping (another fact you don't find out until AFTER making your purchase), so I had to spend an additional $10.82 in shipping to return the products. Their "7 business day money back guarantee" is apparently false as well, because I am now on day 8 with no refund and no response to the several attempted contacts I have made. 8 **** be contacting my credit card about a refund, but this company is based on lies and practices VERY poor business.
