    Shoedazzle is a COMPLETE SCAM. If you sign for VIP they charge you $50 a month which is what I did. Now what they don't tell you is that you have a time limit to use them or they take your money. Most of the items have a description that says you can buy two of them for one VIP credit (which is $50) but if the items don't equal that amount they LITERALLY KEEP the difference!!!For example, if you get two items that only amounts to 30, they keep the other 20 and there is NO OTHER OPTION unless you pay that without using your credit. Most of the products are cheaply made and have a ridiculous charge- $70 for a plain black cardigan?? Are they out of their minds??? Don't fall into this scam like i did.

    I have never heard of a prepayment expiring! How does a product I paid for but haven't used, because all the shoes are always sold out, expire? That should be something they announce on the opening page. I checked it is not stated on the first page anywhere. Total scam!!!!

    I was a VIP member for a few years. I had over ***** VIP credits stocked up as they have not had any nice shoes recently or my size is always sold out. They claimed they all expired. I had to fight with them for 4 back. I had 5 stocked up and was trying to make a purchase. Another one of my credits expired. The *** claimed they can't do anything about expired credits and can only give a $10 credit. That is less than half of what we pay for a VIP credit. This company is a scam. I don't know how you can remove credits that your customers have paid for! That is $50 a credit that they willingly take because you supposedly only get so long to spend them. I didn't get no email saying my credits were almost ready to expire, or I would have just grabbed anything I saw. I work hard for my money, for this company to steal my money. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership and ate the cost of being scammed by them. I would not recommend. If I could rate a zero, I would.

    BEEARE!!! Ive been a VIP member since 2006 and Ive spent over $1500 on their shoes up until tonight. Their courier delivered my shoes to an incorrect house which isnt even on my street! I called to let them know. I was asked to send a picture of my house, I did so. I asked if theyd refund me and they agreed and then I asked if I could reorder the boots at no charge to me because it wasnt my fault. The boots were on sale for $15 by the way. I was told that wasnt possible. I asked to cancel my membership and they quickly obliged. Theyd rather cancel a longtime membership than to keep the customer. It makes me upset that they did NOTHING to keep me nor did they take into account the $$$ Ive spent over the years.

    Initially I attempted to cancel my membership June 2023. The rep in formed me I had a $700.00 credit and requested for me to purchase $700.00 in shoes. I said absolutely not I want to cancel my membership they insisted on giving me 3 month free membership so I would not cancel. I informed them I wanted my money owed. I have been attempting to get a refund owed to me in the amount of $359.00 for a year. First time I called they were able to refund a portion of my money via bank account then stated they would send me a check. When I attempted to confirm my new address they reported oh we I used it just now to the address on file just wait and see if the check arrives- now if I said I moved to a new address what are the chances of ever receiving that check. I waited 8 business weeks - NOTHING CAME. I contacted them AGAIN and explained I have relocated gave them updated address STILL NO CHECK . I called AGAIN in May confirmed my address they reported they were issuing me another check it is now 8/7/2024 and still NOTHING. I called them today inquiring about the status then rep had me on hold acknowledging the fact it doesnt take a year for a check to be delivered only to tell me to call back in 2 weeks. This company surely doesnt honor their policy Each time that I contact them I am given the run around. I requested to speak with a supervisor/manager that request was denied. This company is a scam

    I was charged for a membership fee although I didnt subscribe for one. I made a one time purchase. The customer service is terrible. I had to return the one order I did make for a different size. Its been over 2 weeks since I sent the original pair back and when I try to contact customer service, I dont get a response and get left on hold the entire time.

    It has really gone down hill in the past several years. I have 11 credits left to use, the problem is that every shoe is out of stock. How is that possible? Why even list the shoes?

    Shoedazzle is literally just a scam. You have to buy the *** membership in order to get this "first order is $10" deal. I went on livechat to cancel my *** membership after buying something with this deal, and they also canceled my order altogether. I'm sorry, but I already ordered it while a *** with this deal and it said nowhere that if the *** was canceled, the order would also be canceled. The chat member kept trying to sway me into keeping the *** membership rather than just accepting that I don't want it. Don't order from here.

    Would give it 0 stars if I could! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I got charged on a day that wasnt even between the 1st-5th??? Im ****** off and done with this company. The absolute WORST.

    I ordered four pair of shoe on Nov 24/23 My shipping address is and always has been a PO BOX. Shoe Dazzle/Just Fab is negligent .They SHIPPED the order by *****. ***** doesn't deliver to PO BOXES. Shoe Dazzle/Just Fab Wear house employees should have been aware of this. The order arrived on Nov/29/23. ***** has refused to deliver the order to a residential address. The address was updated on Nov 29/23. To my mother address.***** had the package at a facility for four days. stating the it was in route for delivery. Which a lie. The order never left the facility. I have missed four days of work. I live in high crime area if the package is left outside it would be stolen. On Dec2/23 I requested the order be held a location. So I could pick it up. Now ***** is refusing to release the package because the delivery address is not on my ID. Shoe Dazzle employees, couldn't provide me with contact information for the wearhouse that shipped the order.
