    This company is a complete scam and I hope they get sued and shut down they have been charging my card for months with out me buying anything so I decided to start back being they was taking my money anyway and I wish I wouldve been canceled them this is the worst company everrrr please do not sign up with these people they are scammers and the shoes are cheap the worst company in the world!!!!!! Literally. How can I join the class action law against them?

    I bought a pair of shoes in 2016, I didnt even sign up for VIP and they took money from my account for 7 years. They have been telling me for 6 months that they are returning the thousands of dollars they owe me by mail in 4-6 weeks every time I call and still have not received my money Shoe dazzle is a fraudulent company. I would love to see a civil action suit brought against them. This company is knowingly stealing from people and deserve to be brought down.

    Beware: The new policy that Shoe Dazzle has is s******* people over and I do not like it. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership I've had forever with them as well as Just Fab. I tried to buy two ****** slippers that were on sale for $14.95 That's a total of $29.90. I tried using my VIP credit I was already charged for that's $49.97. Because I would have money left over I decided to add something to the cart additional in order for it to add up to the credit amount totaling the price of $49.97 with my VIP credits. The 2 ****** slippers were almost $30 together. I was told that I could not do that I could only get the two items for $29.90 which would equal to my VIP credit. The two items for one credit even though my credit cost $49.97. I spoke to customer service since it did not make any sense that I was basically going to spend $50 but only get $30 worth of merchandise mind the original price of the items before the sale were $24.95 each. So $24.95 + $24.95 It's still $49.90 so that means the items are not actually on sale if I have to use one total credit of $49.97 to get the two items and that's my only option if I want them both. Shoe Dazzle is hustling us people. If the item is supposed to be on sale let it be on sale don't trick people to still pay the same price. Nothing is actually really on sale you guys are just tricking people and that's really messed up and disgusting. You should really be ashamed of yourselves. Long story short customer service against the policy that no matter the price of the items you can Now Now get one item for your VIP credit or you can bundle two items even if they only cost $5 two items was still cost your $49.97 VIP credit. That's ludicrous.

    I signed up for this in 2015, I have repeatedly tried to cancel. Sat on live chat for a whole day waiting for a response. Called and basically told no cancelling. Most months I have to log in and make sure to skip. I forgot this past month because I was traveling. I tried to see if they even had any cute shoes for me to use my credit on, and they don't. It all looks very cheap and will charge me more money on top of the credit anyway.

    I wish I could leave zero stars!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service and zero accountability nor accommodations for mishaps on their end. I signed up for their VIP membership without thoroughly reading the rules until AFTER making a purchase. I canceled the subscription immediately! I contacted them to see if the order would still ship even though I canceled the service. They assured me that it would. After 2 weeks I noticed that the tracking wasnt updating and the package wasnt moving. I contacted the company again for assistance they offered none! Stating Id need to wait a full 14 business days. I called back after the 14 days and again they were of no assistance, telling me things that I was already aware of. They offered no type of compensation. They offered a refund or to reship; I opted for the latter. I asked them would they kindly consider offering me express shipping on the new order seeing as though it had been almost a month since placing the order. I was told no they couldnt offer me that even though the rep I spoke with assured me that they could and its pretty much up to whoever takes the call long story short and not surprising the Re shipment is not updating and still in transit Im 100% positive that this package will not arrive either! Save yourself some money and the headache of dealing with these scammers! They dont care about alleged lost packages, they have your money! Go to *****!

    This company uses a scamming asx company called ontrac to delivery. They stole my package. If they continue to use them i wont be shopping anymore and also Ill be posting this on my TikTok account

    ***** . This company was charging me ***** for 8 months without my permission. I was informed by my bank that they see this charge often from this company. After contacting ********** to inform them that I did not authorize this charge, The customer service representative wanted me to exchange points for shoes. This is ridiculous. Please join me in a class action suit against **********.

    This is ******* M. again. I am really upset.
    You refunded the $50 and then now I have a counter claim for that on my account. I swear to god, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a shop. If I don't get my money back will get all of the other angry customers together to *** this company and take it down for good. Stop scamming people, it's so awful... I'm literally poor and trying to afford Christmas presents for my family. I need that $50 :(

    Honestly, this company *****. You guys just keep scamming everyone over and over again. Shame on you. I just checked and you charged me an extra $50 a while later. Give me my money back or I'm going to get a lot of angry people together and *** you and get this bs company taken down. Do not buy from them, and if you have cancel your order right now.

    Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 10/19/22 during your purchase of the EMYR FLAT BOOT. During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month, which turns into $49.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases.

    Your $49.95 member credit has been refunded, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect. I have also cancelled your membership, you will no longer be billed. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

    Do not sign up for this site. You will be wrongfully charged every month even if you hit the "skip this month" button. I have made previous attempts to receive refund/remove my account and am offered credit instead. Have made attempts to remove payment method, but have had zero luck on removal. Recently agreed to payment pause through shoedazzle as of October and was charged double this coming month. Do not sign up unless you want your ability to pay bills to be affected. While they offer credit to purchase product, there is zero way for credit to cover cost of overall aggravation. Credit honestly should cover cost of product and shipping. 12 credits in total unauthorized despite attempts to have the amounts returned with zero luck
