  Called the **** thinking the good help us with getting us straight with our taxes and help us get it lowered this ** just lied and scammed *** taking out two loans stayed it was to pay our taxes and we payed them ***** direct now the will not answer our phone calls we stop payment on the loans and they told us they were gonna file our 2023 taxes called irs taxes were never filed please dont deal with this **mpany they are scammers we started off with ***** in tax dedt now we ******* thousand please seek out a tax lawyer or look up reviews

  This is not a legitimate company! They are big scammers that takes advantage of people who are not experienced with tax information and to get reliable help from advisors. They work with banks to help them get your money and never work for you on your behalf with the ***. They first get you pay for the service they never provide and then tell you that the *** has accepted an agreement for you to pay. They then setup some bank to automatically withdraw fund for your account as a loan to pay off the agreement debt and have that money go to them an not the irs. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me and my family and we still have to pay the irs. we all need to get the *** involved to investigate and stop these predators. They give you names which are probably not their real name and use voice mail to make them seem legit. They answer the phone and say please hold and never come to the call. They will reap what they are sowing and face God for all there wrong doings!

  I think these people might be a scam. They took lots of money from us and told us everything was resolved. We never got anything from the federal government and they keep telling us they're waiting on the government. We're still getting bills from the *** so I guess we're just out all that money

  Watch out for these Big Scammers -fraud - beware they are more than liars- they are criminals . They also go by different names . They change names as soon as people catch up to their scam. It was Action Tax now its National Tax Advisory services.. How can they get away with this . One time, I overheard them saying they were a different name. I asked if they had changed names , they said thats another company of ours. They gave me one price then secretly said, congratulationsyou qualify for a loan for the second amount. I asked to void -they said it was too late . Promises to lower taxes and lower payment amount - it never happened. I asked for them to produce signed transcript ; they never did . They keep you in the phone and tell you that they are talking to the *** on the other line and will put you thru but not to worry they would speak on yr behalf if they asked questions unless you want them to speak for you . I called the iRS afterwards,even though they tell you not to. They said they had lied they were not my representatives as I was told . They stole a lot of money $$$$ out of my account even though I requested several times for them to close account and reimburse me my money. I told them I no longer granted permission to debit my account but they continued. They also associate their service with Two loan services to debit yr account. Please stop these companies from taking advantage of people going thru hardships-- next is the Attry General . *** wrote this 3/6/24 Ps.( I was forced to select a/star in order to submit this review. They do not deserve a star..

  National tax is one of the biggest scam in *******. They lie and scam hundreds of people looking for help out of thousands of dollars and is getting away with it because they lie and deceive the people and the people who have the power to do something dont care enough to help.

  Called me like 5 or 6 times saying that I owed a tax debt that I absolutely do not owe (I know I have credit card/student loan debt, which I'm working on paying off, but I have never owed taxes), and it's extremely frustrating that they've continued to call me for no reason. I don't pick up the phone for numbers I don't know, so I can't tell them to leave me alone, but I thoroughly dislike this company and would give them 0 stars if I could.

  National Tax Advisory Services, scammed me out of ******* they gave me one price to help me and took payments out of my bank account till they got their money, and then I never heard back from them. I called and they said I had the wrong number, but I was calling the number they gave me. once they answered the person who signed me up did work there any longer. and then they got my account and said I would have to pay $7000.00 to complete my account. all I owed for Taxes was ********. I asked for a refund, and they said "we don't give refunds and hung up. SCAMMERS !!!!!
