Watch out for these Big Scammers -fraud - beware they are more than liars- they are criminals . They also go by different names . They change names as soon as people catch up to their scam. It was Action Tax now its National Tax Advisory services.. How can they get away with this . One time, I overheard them saying they were a different name. I asked if they had changed names , they said thats another company of ours. They gave me one price then secretly said, congratulationsyou qualify for a loan for the second amount. I asked to void -they said it was too late . Promises to lower taxes and lower payment amount - it never happened. I asked for them to produce signed transcript ; they never did . They keep you in the phone and tell you that they are talking to the *** on the other line and will put you thru but not to worry they would speak on yr behalf if they asked questions unless you want them to speak for you . I called the iRS afterwards,even though they tell you not to. They said they had lied they were not my representatives as I was told . They stole a lot of money $$$$ out of my account even though I requested several times for them to close account and reimburse me my money. I told them I no longer granted permission to debit my account but they continued. They also associate their service with Two loan services to debit yr account. Please stop these companies from taking advantage of people going thru hardships-- next is the Attry General . *** wrote this 3/6/24 Ps.( I was forced to select a/star in order to submit this review. National tax is one of the biggest scam in *******. They lie and scam hundreds of people looking for help out of thousands of dollars and is getting away with it because they lie and deceive the people and the people who have the power to do something dont care enough to help.

National Tax is a game-changer in the tax industry. They not only resolve issues but also educate clients on long-term financial stability.

Called me like 5 or 6 times saying that I owed a tax debt that I absolutely do not owe (I know I have credit card/student loan debt, which I'm working on paying off, but I have never owed taxes), and it's extremely frustrating that they've continued to call me for no reason. I don't pick up the phone for numbers I don't know, so I can't tell them to leave me alone, but I thoroughly dislike this company and would give them 0 stars if I could.

National Tax Advisory Services, scammed me out of ******* they gave me one price to help me and took payments out of my bank account till they got their money, and then I never heard back from them. I called and they said I had the wrong number, but I was calling the number they gave me. once they answered the person who signed me up did work there any longer. and then they got my account and said I would have to pay $7000.00 to complete my account. all I owed for Taxes was ********. I asked for a refund, and they said "we don't give refunds and hung up. SCAMMERS !!!!!

National Tax went beyond what I was expecting. My brother kept telling me that these types of businesses were scams but it turns out he was wrong. They really pulled me out of jam, especially because they were docking my paychecks.

Mindless criminal robocallers repeatedly violating the *** with voicemails pretending they had previously spoken with me. As if anyone gives sensitive tax information to robo-criminals.

Total scam spam calling looking for gullible people claiming they owe back taxes. I dont know how companies like this can exist without getting in trouble. ******** company and employees
