    National Tax went beyond what I was expecting. My brother kept telling me that these types of businesses were scams but it turns out he was wrong. They really pulled me out of jam, especially because they were docking my paychecks.

    Mindless criminal robocallers repeatedly violating the *** with voicemails pretending they had previously spoken with me. As if anyone gives sensitive tax information to robo-criminals.

    Total scam spam calling looking for gullible people claiming they owe back taxes. I dont know how companies like this can exist without getting in trouble. ******** company and employees

    So far so good, National has been helping us now for 1.5 years, and ive been satisifed so far. I look forward to finishing the case, but in the meantime 0 collections from the *** or State taxation authority thankfully. So i feel i am in good hands .

    SPAM!!!! Called me today, claiming that I owe back taxes which is undeniably incorrect. Apparently, they claimed that they tried reaching out before and they missed me. Went back to check, they have never called me before. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

    Leaving a star should not be an option with this "company." Scammers that are constantly calling from different numbers because I block them every time. Today I actually called the ***** number asking to be removed from their call list and she said "OK" then hung up on me. No "I'm sorry" or "I'm happy to help you with that," just hung up. This is not professional at all.

    They call people who haven't requested assistance from them. Worse, they claim to have tried to reach me from the very first call, which is not true. Worse, they want to "help" me with taxes I don't even owe. Thanks, but if I owe taxes to any government entity, I will simply deal with those entities directly.

    NTAS is an incredible company. From the first to the last call, everyone we spoke to were friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and most of all compassionate. They understood our problems and our needs and started the protection process right away. We were in a situation with the *** that could have cost us our pays, accounts and our home. Because of NTAS, we are now clear and free from any more harassment from the ***. I would highly recommend NTAS to anyone dealing with debt to the ***.
