    I contracted and paid this business ******** to settle my IRS tax problems. They were suppose to act on this topic in May of 2024. They will not return my calls or answer emails and have done nothing with the ***.

    On 11/17/22, I made an agreement with the National Tax Advisory to get my taxes squared away (I was behind a few years and then was incarcerated for a couple of years). My initial payment was on 11/17/22 for $1,500 . I then made another payment of $3,500 on 12/6/22. I received a receipt for both payments. I completed their forms and returned. I have spoken to them numerous times over the past couple years. I was told they had settled with the *** and paid another $4,305. I was told they would be doing my returns (federal and state) for the next 5 years as part of the agreement with the *** . . . that was why I had to send more money. I have called numerous times in the last few years, one time they requested my 2023 tax info, which I supplied. Out of the dozens of calls I have made, I have spoken to different people who end up finding my info, tell me they need more info and put me on hold. I have requested hard copies of what they have done, anything to confirm our agreement and what the status actually is to no avail. I was just talking to one of their service **** today, again requesting support. I was told they had done my 2023 taxes but needed to finish up the 2022 taxes. I was placed on hold for about 25 minutes before the connection was cut. I have been very patient but am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication. I am trying to get my affairs in order and have provided everything they have requested, paid the fees. I feel like I am getting jerked around before having my head slammed against to wall. I have a case number, and a fax number I sent the paperwork to and the phone number. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    We hired this business to resolve a tax problem. They have given us several excuses but as of this date 12/14/2025 we are still getting bills from the ***. This business is notoriously bad to contact. They have asked us several times to provide signatures to tax papers. We have done so. This has been going on for 3 years with no resolution. We paid them approximately ****** to settle this. Every time we call we get another excuse or another paper they need. We just want this resolved as they said they would do.

    I secured a loan from ************************* Services to pay $5881 for Tax Advisory Services on August 19, 2024. After numerous communication with this company attempting to cancel, I was assured they would work to settle my *** debt. On November 12, 2024 I received a letter from the *** that my account was in collections. I spoke with an agent who informed me this company had done NOTHING with my account since the original conversation in which I granted them power of attorney. I took care of getting my account out of collections and faxed the *** revoking their power of attorney. I've emailed the company requesting cancellation of their services and a refund request for repayment of the loan. I don't understand how this fraudulent company could still be getting away with this scam.

We were not made aware of any concerns until recently, when ******* filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    I have been a customer of ********************** since May 2023 and paid $3000 to get the process started. I just signed a new agreement to pay them another $7886 on 5/7/24. I have since talked with the *** and discovered National Tax has not contacted the *** on my behalf since I started working with them more than a year ago. I would like to cancel both of my contracts. If I can't cancel, please provide documentation to show the work you have done on my behalf and provide a copy of the promised services for both contracts since it was not provided to be me at of service.

    Nov 23 I started pay National Tax Advisors to do my taxes and stop the *** from collections. On the 1st attempt they made a 70k error. My accountant made the corrections. That was March 24 whan I signed the corrected copy and they still have not been filed. neither have years 21 or 22.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    National Tax Advisory had not been in contact with me for months before I notified them that my check was being garnished. They recently contacted me after I filed this complaint and told me that they would put in a request to cancel my account and refund my money but again I haven't heard anything back from them. They have not filled years 21 or 22 because they never sent me signature pages. This has been over 7 months. Just cancel my account and refund my money.

    National Tax Advisory Services has failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. They have not provided the assistance with my tax arrears that they promised. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by email at ***************************** and by phone at ************ and ************, I have received no response.I paid them approximately $3,500 upfront based on their verbal and written assurances that they would resolve my tax issues with the **** If they continue to ignore my communications, I plan to file a formal complaint with the ************************ (FTC) at FTC.gov and demand a full refund.

    Hello I am ***************** a newly past customer that I hired a tax company for a service which was not fulfilled at all. I am filling a complaint with the BBB on the names NTAS ( National Tax Advisory Services ) address *********************************************** or *************************************************. The company practice unscrupulous services also lies about what they will do for you as you being the customer. The company of NTAS ( ********************** ) are a scam fraudulent company .They claim all of their phone calls are recorded but only when it suits them ************* The initial phone conversation I had between NTAS and I was to take care plus help me with my back taxes to New York State taxation department plus the *************** I paid them for a service that started on 5/25/23 that they did not fulfill or satisfy. What little work that was done was unsatisfactory plus poor services.They said that there fee for the services was a total of $8,026.20 which an agreement was written up for that..Then I was told by NTAS ( National Tax Advisory Services ) to solidify the offering compermise that I would have to put down $40,000. which will be held for my back taxes also including to solidify the agreement. The experience with NTAS ( National Tax Advisory Services ) has been a scam , fraudulent, lies and deceptive practices. This company is about false advertisement and stealing peoples money !

    Hired this company to handle my situation. Payed ***** dollars for them to start their services. I didn't bother them, I let them do their job. As time went by I received a few calls from them about my case. They wanted to do something else but I requested they work on the one they were hired for. Never received a call anytime after that, and to find out they never registered to be the power of attorney over my case. Letters that should be going to them are coming to me. The things they were suppose to stop never happened. Basically they just took my money, delayed the process an never reached out again. I've called and no one has any answers to my questions.

    National Tax Advisory was contacted in March 2024, for help with ***. I was told they would help me resolve my issue, that they would handle everything for me and that they would try to get us to pay the least amount of money to maybe nothing. At the beginning they would call everyday getting as much information they could for the the help I need. They said that they needed to get my transcripts from the *** to go forward with the case. 1 month passed by and didn't hear from them. I called about 1 month and a half from when we started the process and was told they didn't have the paper work. But I found out that *** send the transcripts and only takes about 15 days to receive. I called back in late May 2024 or early June 2024,, and was upset because by this time we had not received any call, text, or email from them. I let them know that very upset the issue of no communication and was told that why would they call me if the case was going very slow and there was nothing new happening in the case. I still told them that the right thing would be to let me know at least not to worry that they were still working on the case but no nothing. They have been charging me every month $171 since April 2024. But have not received any calls from them at all. These people are not professional. I keep calling and they don't answer the phone. Irs keeps sending letters.
