      Booked a parking spot for a live event in **********, **. Put the address in my GPS and it takes you to the middle of the highway. There is no parking spot at that location you book. They would not give me a refund. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

      Don't use any of the services from WAY. It's a scam app/company. They will charge much more on your credit card than agreed.I paid C$ 153 on the website and my credit card was debited C$ 215.!!!!!And no solution to my problem at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Do not use this parking. This is a very unethical business. We booked it through online for $16 for taking the Top View bus for taking our friends from abroad for a NY tour. We were delayed by 35 minutes. I called and talk to them as I got their not so nice text and explained to them our few minutes being delayed. When we got back they charged us $40 more for 35 min over the time limit we booked. We were held up in the NY traffic on the Top View bus to get back to ***********. The manager, *****, was very rude, uncaring and unethical in his behavior. This business should be banned. Such businesses are a disgrace to this beautiful country.

      Total scam! We didn't subscribe to anything - just got a bill for $2.95 out of nowhere. Tried to get a refund - impossible. Tried to cancel the "subscription" - and they keep delaying. I'm still in a chat with a representative right now - he replies, "I'm still checking" and "thank you for your patience" and the last one was "I need to talk to my supervisor."

We have contacted you directly via email to provide a resolution to your ******** clarify, the $2.95 charge is related to the Way Sapphire membership, which was activated when you made a parking reservation on May 25, 2024, at Embassy Suites by ******************************* Parking through ************************* the time of booking, there was an option on the checkout page to enroll in the Way Sapphire membership. By agreeing to the terms during checkout, the membership was activated. The first month was offered as a free trial, and prior to the trial ending, we sent an email notification informing you that the plan would renew and become a paid subscription unless cancelled.Since the membership was not cancelled before the trial ended, the system processed the standard charge. However, I can confirm that, per your recent request, the subscription has now been successfully cancelled, and you will not be charged again.We appreciate your understanding and if you have any further concerns please contact our customer support team.

      The reviews and ratings in the application seem to be incorrect. Looks like the business either filters out all the negative ones or generates the positive ones with AI. I've spent two months with their support trying to convince them to publish my fair 2-star review on one of the parking services they advertise. The review has never gone through despite I provided all the proofs of the bad service I received. The poor-quality parking is showing 4.99 rating and just 2 less than 5-star reviews out of total 63.

      This company is *********!!!!! They intentionally hide bad reviews because to them profit means more. I just had an experience with them and its 100% clear whats going. Long story short, I had a booking at parking structure near *** and it was absolutely horrible experience. There was supposed to be a shuttle service, and I understand there can be delays. Well to get a shuttle back from the airport, when I called for the shuttle service, the lady answered and said someone will come. After waiting for more than 40 mins, no one came. I tried calling them back but now they were ghosting me So I had to take an **** to the parking structure. When I got to the structure, the lady said sorry the driver couldn't get you. What the heck? Well i should be able to write a review right?? Well guess what, I wrote my review and all I got back today was an email from Way.com that sorry it was frustrating but things happen. WHAT THE HECK?? Things happen? They completed ghosted me and ignored me. And I checked, my review is not going up. This is clear to me what they are doing, no bad reviews are being posted., It was my mistake not doing my homework, on other platforms this parking structure has lass than 2 stars out of 5. Well guess what with Way.com its 4.9 stars out of 5. I don't understand why they are taking this approach, they would rather have money from these structures than happy/loyal customers??? its a shame. I WILL NEVER USE WAY.COM AGAIN.

      **************** PARKING!DO NOT PARK HERE! Everything about it SUCKS! I don't know how they stay in business. Upon arrival, it was completely abandoned. So much for the 24 hour security. There are no signs to indicate this is the parking lot so we had to waste more time circling to find the entrance. Then we called the number on the vacant office. An elderly man answered as if I messed up his nap and groggily said he'd be there to shuttle us in 15 minutes. After about 30 minutes, he arrived unhurriedly, said nothing after I tried to greet him "good morning", moseyed to the office, gave us some paperwork to complete, (although we had already done that), then finally let us in the van. We took the scenic route and finally got the airport. We tipped him anyway, as it is our custom. When we returned, the return shuttle was even worse. An Arab-like older man picked us up after waiting about 45 minutes after landing. He pulled into the loading area and pointed to the rear for us to load our luggage in the trunk of the small van. We both have back problems and asked him if he could load the luggage into the van. He did not even answer. He looked at us as if to say "you are strong women". Disrespectful and unprofessionally cheesy. The "covered" parking could only hold two (2) vehicles. As we got into the vehicle, we noticed small ants in and around my vehicle. I've never had to exterminate a vehicle before! He had us blocked in so we had to wait for him to get in his vehicle to let us out. We were overcharged and are currently seeking a refund for the overage. It was the worse experience in airport parking and not worth the price. WARNING: PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. -25 out of 10

      We booked through way.com for long term.parking and we got SP *** parking alot. It was horrible .1. Website address does not match the physical location.2. Driver was very unprofessional. He used every s and f word in the vocabulary. Just a as we were traveling with family.3. After arrival we waited more than 1 hour and called the driver multiple time and he had nasty *** unprofessional addiitude.4. My husband had tonsit in his knee bc there were no seats.5. He picked up more passenger then what his stingy and smelly van can hold.6. When we finally got to the spot our car was parked on the street. 7.and this random *** ***** our key and when we asked where isbthe car, driver said right there on the street. I did not paid to park my car on the street.

      I used this company's services about 1 1/2 years ago. When I signed up it was not made clear that I would have a subscription charge of $1.95 each month. I never received notifications that I was being charged this amount every month but it was coming out of bank account. Yes, I should have noticed it, but I think this is not an ethical or legal way to do business.
