      Terrible Experience with PSI Exams I had to retake the Contractor Exam for the Advanced section and logged in as planned. Partway through the exam, a technical issue occurred, PSIs poorly designed browser froze and shut down completely I stayed calm and went through all the required re-checks: room scan, ID verification, environment scan, everything. Once I was allowed back in, I resumed the exam and answered the remaining 11 questions before submitting. Losing my time too.Heres the problem: I know this exam front to back at this point. Ive studied extensively, even cross-checked almost every question against the official NASCLA book. I understand the exam tricks, for example, how you're supposed to select "time-and-a-half" as the answer for overtime pay, even though real-world standards like double time after 12 hours arent considered.Yet after submitting the exam, I was immediately shown a failing score: 9 out of 24. That doesnt add up. Not only did I answer more than 24 questions (PSIs retake system often gives you 29), but I know I performed far better than ******* now Im wondering:1. Did ***'s system fail to record the questions I answered after logging back in?2. Did the crash cause lost responses that I assumed were submitted?3. Why is there not full transparency on which questions were scored or what was counted, 24 vs 29? This is *************** message to DPOR: his is not just a glitch, it's a systemic failure thats costing people time, money, and opportunities. I strongly urge you to reconsider *** as a partner in proctoring these critical exams. We need a provider that takes test integrity and the candidate experience seriously

      4/12/25 I went to the **************** center to take my class 3 wastewater exam. Its already a difficult exam as this was my third attempt. The ******* crowded us all together and laid down his law immediately. He made it such a nerve racking and hostile environment and threatened us all with kicking us out if we didnt do everything he said. He was rude, mean, and very unprofessional. He made so many people feel like idiots and embarrassed test takers in front of everyone if they did something wrong in his eyes. He even stated to leave a bad review on the survey after our exam because he did not care how he was acting. The door is typically locked until half an hour before the test, doors opened and I was the first one in and filled my paperwork out and awaited to check in. The ******* decided to go by his own rules instead of checking in people based on when they arrived. He gave people with longer tests priority to take their test first. That is biased and unfair to people who were 30 minutes early. I was supposed to be first but ended up 10th and didnt start my test until 90 minutes after I had arrived. I have been to this test center at least ten times in the past two years and every time I went, I have ALWAYS needed my SSN card and drivers license. Today was the first time I was told to leave and return my SSN card to my car because if I had it, I would get an instant fail because it was a piece of paper. He proceeded to argue with me as I told him I have brought it every time I went to a test center and stated he didnt care, this is his office and I follow his rules. He caused me such distress and anxiety and I have a medical condition were anxiety affects my heart negatively so I panicked through my whole exam. He is responsible for me failing my test and wasting my money on something I was prepared to pass. I failed by 5 points and I either need to be refunded or have my exam corrected to pass. This was unacceptable and Im sure others failed too.

      I took my exam to become certified as a compliance and ethics professional. I studied for months before taking this exam. I paid and scheduled my exam. I took the exam and was supposed to receive immediate results and never did. Ive called multiple departments trying to get this resolved. I was told the matter was being escalated and they didnt know why I didnt receive my results. They tried to close my ticket twice even though the issue wasnt resolved. I still have not received my test results. The whole experience has been horrible and stressful. I would never use this company again it was a waste of money. I requested a refund but Im doubtful Ill see that $350 refunded to me. And unfortunately this is the only company the *** uses for us to become certified so its crushing for me.

      To whom it may concern,I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding ongoing payment issues and unprofessional behavior at ************. 1. **Payment Delays:** According to our contract, we are supposed to receive our payments weekly. However, there have been multiple occasions where payments have been delayed, which is unacceptable given the already low pay we receive. Some employees havent received pay in over a month. 2. **Lack of Communication:** Despite reaching out for clarification on these delays, I have not received any satisfactory responses.3. **Professional Conduct:** I have also experienced unprofessional and demeaning remarks from the owner, which I believe are inappropriate and discriminatory.******************** ************************************-27-2675095Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      WORST ***************** *** EVER DEALT WITH. Ive paid for my test two times now and both times they would not issue a refund even though it was due to technical issues on their end. Second test, my webcam was working fine and I even made sure I had a backup computer with a working camera if anything were to go wrong bc of the first test going awry. I downloaded their secure server and all of a sudden the computer camera stopped working. I got on with customer support and they even used any desk to get into my computer and try to fix it and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I even logged onto the other computer and the same exact issue was happening, although it had been fine and test tested for the compatibility check beforehand . they continued to assure me that I was going to be able to take my test and they would figure it out, yet they didnt and they told me to call back in 2 to 5 days to investigate and they refuse to credit me for the test twice now! we had to go back and back up the computers to get the computer cameras to work again, and I even spoke to a manager and they refused to do anything. I wish I didnt have to go through this stupid program to take my test because I absolutely despise this company and I dont want to give them another dollar.

      I began my HiSET process in **********, assured by *** that transferring my scores to another state would be straightforward. However, upon relocating, I was told that *** refuses to transfer my scores unless I purchase additional exams in my new state, despite having already completed all the required subjects. This has left me feeling trapped and extorted by an organization that should be facilitating, not hindering, my progress.The process to resolve this has been exhausting and infuriating. Every attempt to get help from *** leads me to representatives who are either unknowledgeable or unwilling to assist. They consistently direct me to a "special team" that is supposedly responsible for handling these issues, but this team has been entirely unhelpful. On the rare occasions I manage to contact them, they fail to provide any meaningful support.Reaching out to **** parent company has been no better. Communication with them is nearly impossible, and when I do get through, Im simply redirected back to PSI, creating a frustrating cycle of deflection and inaction. The lack of accountability and support has left me feeling powerless and increasingly disheartened. This is legal extortion!!!!!!

      I went to take my NHA exam test on January 21st at *** in ************ they told me I failed my exam test in January 21st they made me do a retake on February 25th as I sit down to log in my information I was having problems with the computer so I asked a man to come in there he took a long time to come in there so I figured it out myself as I finally logged in my information in the left hand corner it was lit up in green pass the word pass was in white letters but the box was Green I did get in touch with them I talked with them I told them over and over what happened they keep saying the investigating I believe in my heart I passed the first test in January the 21st and they scored me as I failed and I did not I don't know what's going on with that place but they need to really investigate it something's not right and I am telling the honest God truth I know what I saw I wish they run their cameras back both times I was there in January 21st and February 25th I pray that God answer my prayer cuz these people is not giving me no answer

      * I was told not to write on the test itself before starting the exam an to use a Scranton. The Scranton and the test were different one was numbers and the other was letters. Due to this I was having trouble filing out the form. When I asked for assistance I was told it was a mistake and to just write on the paper* Staff entered the room uninvited mid exam to ask if I was ok. Not sure why staff would barge in to speak to me while Im taking a timed exam in * Staff also instructed me to bring my snacks in the room which i did. She bag I had the snacks in was searched. While I was eating my snack I wiped my hands with a napkins an the staff barged in the room scaring me telling me I cant have napkins and I had to throw it out immediately * The separate room was a break room it was cluttered with stuff, had food, books, tables , office supplies all over as well as a microwave.* Room was not sound proof had a regular door which had space on the bottom an allowed noise to enter. This was was very distracting to be in * The walls were paper thin so I could hear staff speaking with every single Person who came into the waiting room. ** also hear staff on the phone. The clutter alone was unsettling and distracting. There was a computer on the desk I was told to use so I didnt get much space to spread out and and had to test around the computer* There was a window in the office I was in. The window itself was closed but the blinds did not close and the outside was distracting. The windowwas positioned right in front of the desk I was testing at and the desk was against the wall. The street the resting center on is a highway so you can hear cars speeding, honking and music coming from the cars* I asked for earplugs she told me this was not an option.* I was told after the fact I should have got a survey to fill out after exam about my experience I was never given a survey.

      scam - horrible call center - hung up on I was unable to print my certificate, and referred to the email that is sent to tell you what is needed to move forward. it states nowhere the certificate cannot be digital, and so i proceeded. only to find out it must be a physical copy upon entering the test.I called in to request a rescheduling at no fee, as i did all my due dilligence before hand and would have taken my loss if stated, in any way, that certificate must be printed.after being transferred, put on "hold" for a supervisor for 15 minutes. came back and let me know supervisor was busy. i stated i would be happy to wait. after another 15 minutes, "****" the supervisor comes on and explains to me that;"the email clearly states you must refer to the handbook"I asked where it said that, because it doesnt. he hung up on me at 58 minutes on the phone. here is the email where it refers to "handbook" at all Mandatory Identification:-At least one form of identification is required. It must be valid, government-issued, photo-bearing, and match the name used to register. Please refer to the candidate handbook for more information on ID requirements.-Some acceptable forms of identification include: driver's license, identity card, passport, passport card, military ID (except for online proctored tests), or immigrant status ******* clearly states to refer for ID requirements, which i had no issue with.

      I was supposed to take an exam through PSI online with live proctoring. The exam never loaded. The exam was scheduled for 4pm. I started loading the exam at 3:50. At 4:10 I submitted a ticket and started searching for a phone number to call. I finally found a trouble shooting option and attempted to restart the exam and it still didnt work. It was now 4:15 and past the allowed time to start the exam late. I had been sitting there for 25 minutes trying to load the exam. I finally found a phone number to call and was told I would have to reschedule the exam and pay another fee. I told them that was bs because it was not my fault the exam didnt load. They asked me to call back in ***** hours so they could investigate the issue. Today they told me I still had to pay for a new exam because their end showed that I never completed all of the system checks and didnt submit a ticket for the issue. I told them I did submit a ticket but was never sent a confirmation number, I also told them I hadnt been able to log in properly when I tried through their website and that when I clicked the reset password button I never got an email despite them having my correct email on file, I also told them that the exam never gave me an option for system checks it just kept telling me to wait while the exam loaded. I said if they couldnt waive the fee for retaking the exam then they should refund me the fee for the initial exam because I didnt get to take it. She kept telling me that wasnt possible so for once in my life I asked for a manager who I am now stuck waiting to get a call from. This company is ridiculous and if I could go through another company for the exam I have to take then I would
