I took my test 06/24/2024 in **. As I was being checked the guy with the metal detector wand struck me in my shoulder before the test. I finally go in and start taking my test which is suppose to be uninterrupted the same guy who hit me interrupts me and several other test takers. Upon submitting my test so I can find out whether I passed or failed and also review my questions it showed review time done. I went up to the same guy which is the ******* and as I was walking up he said you failed by 3. I asked can I review it per your policy to have 30 minutes after the test and he said it was down. So not only he hit me, interrupted my test, I wasnt allowed to review anything which gives me the inclination that they can access my test and change questions to make money. Customer ********************** isnt any help and supposedly dont have no manager or supervisor on site across seas. Made my complaint with them same day of the test and today 8/6/2024 to find out what the data report results were. Of course got the run around. Spoke to someone in a different part of the company because I randomly started trying different extensions was very open. That person said it is possible that the ******* can change things. So did I pass or is this company purposely failing people to make money.Review from Douglas H

The incompetence of this company is boundless. I took an licensing exam on 7/30/24 in ***********, **. At the conclusion I was told that I would have results emailed to me in 5-10 minutes. It has now been over three days, and despite numerous attempts to speak with someone at PSI who could tell me where my official exam report is, I've met with a veritable stone wall at every turn. No one, it seems, is empowered to answer even the most trivial of questions, let alone tell you, with some authority, when you might see your results. Every day with licensure is a day that I don't make a living, but nobody at PSI, now owned by ETS, seems to care. For a company in the tech sector, you would expect to see systems more modern then Windows 97, but that's what you get with PSI.Review from Jasmine N

It was almost impossible to access the test! You cant just log in, you have to find the exact test and then log in from that screen otherwise itll say you dont have an account! I tested my system a day prior to see if it was compatible and it says yes... I FINALLY log on and its NOT compatible! Its telling me to close all these windows including the software Im using to access the test! Needless to say, I missed my test! I call and guess what ? They put in a ticket to determine fault2-5 business days. No manager available. I despise them.Review from Jeff C

I was expecting a very professional experience. Unfortunately, it was quite misleading. I was charged for and also given a test that was not even applicable to the type of work that I perform. A waste of my money and also my time today.Review from Monica L

Absolutely A HORRIBLE Excuse for a Company,,, ZERO ??s They said it would take 15 business days to correct my name when the account was made less than 24 hrs ago! In the meantime I cannot change my name myself, reschedule my test, delete/ recreate another account, take the 2nd test I need, or go forward in my career all because of 5 letters! On top of that I lost all of the money I had paid for testing and they say "Im sorry but nothing can be done"They had ZERO issues taking my money with the incorrect name but can't correct it or let me test??? It is absolutely unacceptable in this day and time that a simple name correction cannot be completed in less than 20 minutes when providing the proper Identification and information! This company is a nightmare. I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible can't even begin to describe my experience with PSI. They should absolutely be out of business. The first time I tried to take my exam their servers were down. The second time, no ******* showed up. Guessing staff was too hungover from Fourth of July to come to work. Because of testing delays from PSI, I still don't have my license and I might lose the job offer of my dreams.Review from John S

Ive been studying for for a few months now and this is my second PSI experience exam, I was scheduled today at 11 AM and went through all the remote access verification then all the sudden after the third question got disconnected from no reason. Try to reach to the company multiple time. There is no explanation beside we open a ticket. I will take 72. Im losing lots of money for no reason , I believe this is a way for the company to make extra money by failing people in the exam while we havent even started this company need to be monitored by federal agent to make sure they doing the right thing. Its disgusting fraud and stealing people time and money should not be acceptable. Im still waiting for them to respond after multiple calls and email to discuss this reckless act by this companyReview from Jennifer S

Here is the email sent to HiSet:Dear [Highest Manager's Name], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you out of extreme frustration and urgency regarding a critical issue with my HiSET transcripts. I have been diligently following up with both HiSET and Parchment since May 1st to ensure my transcripts are sent promptly to my counselor. Despite repeated assurances from HiSET that the transcripts were sent or would be sent, Parchment has informed me that they are still awaiting receipt due to a delay on *****'s end. The recent conversation with a HiSET representative left me appalled. I was informed that they have no record of my request or me calling since April 28th, despite my extensive documentation of emails, phone calls, and case numbers. I provided these details to the representative, who refused to acknowledge their validity. Parchment, on the other hand, has assured me that they will process the transcripts immediately upon receipt and that time is of the essence as my enrollment deadline with my counselor looms. I implore you to intervene in this matter urgently to ensure that my transcripts are expedited without further delay. The situation is jeopardizing my enrollment for June 1st, and I cannot afford any setbacks. Please find attached all relevant correspondence and documentation for your review. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt assistance in resolving this urgent issue. 0 stars. Took my exam 6 weeks ago and they had the wrong spelling of my last name. Ive called to get the pass certificate updated 5 times and each time its being on hold for over 30 minutes with someone who doesnt speak English very well telling me that they have escalated my situation and they are sending an email up the chain. 6 weeks and still havent received the simple correction. I dont know what to do.
