Tried to redeem 5490 points which is as close to the non needing verification 5500 as possible. Using Cash App routing number for bank transfer failed. It worked for other places that do bank transfer. They unverified my account. Did the verification check. Sent them the front and back of my ID and sent a selfie. Which was uncomfortable. Failed their verification anyway. So now my account is under review. Will they respond to this, my failed verification follow up, my tweet, or my redemption support email first. Never had to go through this verification with 5$ iTunes gift cards.

Survey Junkie is a safe and secure website, trusted by millions of members who take surveys and redeem on a daily basis. In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one-time verification tool for our panelists.

As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
      a) verify the account (regardless of previous verification statuses)
      b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
      c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes.Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one-time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to redeem their points.

On June 3rd, 2024, I watched 3 episodes of a new TV series. I answered all the questions properly and did everything I was supposed to. I didn't like the series and was very honest about it. After 2 weeks, I emailed Survey Junkie, because with other websites (EveryoneSeez), I am usually paid around that time, they said that if I didn't receive the 700 points by July 3rd, then get back to them. Again, with other websites, I am usually paid within 2 weeks, and I have never had a problem. Today, July 5th, 2024, I received an email that my responses were not accepted (I have never had these problems with other sites), and I would not be receiving the 700 points. This is unacceptable and egregious business practices. Here is one of their responses:"Thank you for waiting while we were reviewing your case. This is ***** again. Please kindly note that survey #******, worth 700 points, which you did on 03-06-2024 from 3:34:34 pm to 6:51:36 pm, needs to go through a review process, which may take up to one month. The points will be applied to your account once the ********************** review process is finalized. At the beginning of the survey, you have received a note saying:"Note that this survey will take ************************************************ one sitting. You will receive your points 3-4 weeks after completion and confirmation"

That said, the member has since been provided an apology for this misunderstanding and the 700 points for survey #****** have been awarded to their profile. The member is encouraged to contact us directly if they have any further questions or concerns.

I have been with Survey Junkey since 2023. When I have redeemed in the past, I had the points/money go to my PayPal account. Proof uploaded. This time, I wanted to send it to my bank account. I provided my correct information and they came back and said it wasn't correct. I verified it was correct and they said it was not correct. How dare they! I know my account info. The only thing I could think of is that sometimes businesses require the "3" at the end of my account number and suggested that this might be the problem. Well, now I had to go through the verification process. I had sent them a selfie photo of myself and a copy of my passport. This apparently, was incorrect as well and was told to resend the items. I asked them how they want me to send them and they sent me a link. I used the link and it was still incorrect. I sent them the selfie I sent them the day before and now I am accused of being a scammer. They never answered my question regarding how I was to send them if they can't be scanned or uploaded. How am I suposed to do this? Now, They have permanently stopped me from doing any more surveys and shut my account down. I don't know who they are using as a third party verification company because I have proof of transactions with Survey Junkey in my PayPal account even though they say I am committing fraud and that its not me. All I want is my $34.81 that they are not allowing me to redeem. I can't believe this. Please help! It is me! I have now went into my PayPal account twice and requested my payment from them and they are still saying I am committing fraud. I want them to apologize to me for accusing me if this and want my money. I will get my attorney involved if needed.Thank you,*******************************

I've been a member since 2013. They verify IDs before you can cash in rewards. Mine was expired so I went to get a new one at the **** And then I got this email: "We regret to inform you that your Survey Junkie account has been suspended due to three unsuccessful attempts to pass Photo ID Verification, which is a critical step in ensuring the integrity and security of our platform.Upon review, it was found that the selfie and/or document you provided did not meet our verification standards. The failure to pass this verification process is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon joining Survey Junkie. You can find our Terms via the following link: ********************************************. As such, your account will remain permanently suspended. Please do not recreate accounts on our website since new ones will also be suspended."The ID was from the State of ********. I do not know what they are trying to say, other than keep me from cashing in my rewards. I am 80 years old and my daughter helped me to take a selfie. I spend many countless hours to get these little points so if you're going to suspend me, let me get the rewards I earned, and then we can leave each other alone. I can find other survey sites to join. In fact, I had a similar issue with ID on another ********************** site, and uploaded the same ID and did the same facial recognition at the same time I did for Survey Junkie, and the other site didn't have a problem at all. I just think this is a rotten deal when I have been a member for 11 years.

I completed ***** points in surveys. I have requested my points be redeemed to my bank per transfer I requested this be done over 3 weeks ago but still have not been paid the $104.60. I have documentation confirming my points earned that I have not been paid for. I have tried cashing in on survey junkie's website 5 times. They keep giving me an error message that I must contact survey junkie. I was emailed two different times asking for my Paypal ID. I do Not have a Paypal account and requested to be paid to my bank, which is one of the options on their website.

Please note that since the maximum redemption threshold on Survey Junkie is set at *****, members wont be able to redeem their points on their own, rather we will need to manually payout their funds to their PayPal. However, since the member does not a PayPal account, as an exception, they can contact us directly and once they provide their residential address, we will send them a physical paper check with their funds.

I am just trying to redeem the points that I deserve from taking surveys from ***************************** will not let me! They may be a good survey site but their customer service is a complete joke! I have only been a member since the beginning of May & when I try to send my verification for redeeming points, I have evidently sent wrong, blurry, etc. verifications & then they give me a phone # to call TWICE! (even after I told them I was hard of hearing and can't talk on the phone! ??) Uh, duh!!!Now I'm told that I am permanently suspended from the site due to unauthorized use of Survey Junkie services. What? ALL I have done is taken their surveys!!! So I have enough points on this site to redeem for a $25 Amazon card and this survey site won't let me!

Our records indicate their recent redemption for a $10 Amazon eGift card was processed. However, the reward has not been claimed. To further assist, a direct link has been sent to the member via support email. Once an eGift/Visa card is claimed, members will be able to activate and use the cards at their discretion.

Please note that the member had earned more than ***** points. However, since the maximum redemption threshold on Survey Junkie is set at *****, they wont be able to redeem their points on their own. That being said, we have manually paid out their reward of $220.28 to the PayPal account they provided. Please, allow up to 2 business days for the transaction to be completed. In the future, the member can redeem before reaching 5500 points which will allow them to carry out redemption via all the available options on their own, and they will not have to wait for us to pay out their rewards manually.
