      I ordered a silver ring with our wedding anniversary date engraved on it. I received a corded bracelet. The tracking site shows delivery of my order. On their website the return/exchange button does not work. They did not respond to my contact inquiry through the tracking site. Mistakes happen but to ignore me is poor business practice.

      I ordered a gold ring with my anniversary date on it sometime in June of 2023, never received it. Sent several emails and tried to call a customer service number and it doesnt work! I would like the ring or my money back. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend ordering from them .

      I ordered a bracelet from 37bracelet.com. I ordered this on july 15 and got a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account. then crickets. i've sent three emails inquiring about my bracelet and have heard nothing back. I believe I was scammed.

      I ordered a ring on 6-28-2023. I emailed them and got an email back with a fake delivery # (Tracking Number: **********************************). Since 7/8 it shows still waiting for item to ship. I want a refund for this item ($27.30). attached is my sale from their website. I also want the BBB to issue some kind of warning to this company for trying to steal from a new widow. they are scammers and thieves

      On May 2, 2023 I placed an order for a birthstone ring. The cost of the ring was $37.71. I received the ring approximately 4 weeks later, and it was nothing like the description. I contacted the company immediately to see about a replacement/return and heard nothing back. I then sent a message on their social media site. I sent two more emails, as that is the process that they have for returns on their website. I did not hear back from them at all. When I went on the site to leave a review, it said that the account I had created to place the order did not exist, and when I created a new account (using the same email) I got a message that I could not leave a review because I never purchased the item. Pictures show what was expected vs. the ring of cheap plastic covering barely visible stones.

      I purchased a bracelet for ***** with shipping on May 5th 2023,as of today June 20th 2023 I have not received it. I have sent emails to the company only to hear nothing back. I have tried to call but it's not a working number. Have been able to message on ******** to 1 of the many pages only to be brushed off and got replies I feel they use to keep someone quite for a min.

      Ordered in April 2023, a 3-stone "Mother's Ring" with my kids' 3 birthstones. Received the ring approx. 3 weeks after ordering.Two of the stones were the completely wrong color and the ********* *could* pass for close to the correct color, but it was in the wrong birth order placement as specified on the order form.I emailed ********************************** back and forth with them multiple times, explaining to them that they put the wrong stones in my ring. Their email replies are ambiguous and sound like canned responses and offer no real instructions; they keep giving me conflicting answers, such as: "We are so sorry, but we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom made items.""I am sorry it can not be returned for this reason since it's a custom ring.""So sorry for this, we offer a right item resend.""We would like to send you the correct product as soon as possible. Would you like me to do it?"but they don't provide any instructions on HOW to get the correct product, and when I tried (two different times) to reply "yes, send the correct product BUT don't re-charge me again" the first time the email failed as "undeliverable" and the second time their has been no reply. They refused to refund based on it being a "custom made item"......however, my complaint is that THEY put the incorrect stones in the ring, so it is THEIR fault. I have read other reviews saying they messed up their order as well.It is all just very frustrating for a cheaply-made, $40 ring. The photo on the ******** ad made it look like such a nice ring.

      We purchased a ring that was supposed to be a pink and blue birthstone but it is hand painted black. *** requested a rerun and they refuse, they offeeed to make a replacement but the original they sent is no where close so I wanted it returned and refunded. They told me since its a custom ring they can return it. To me it feels like a scam.

      On may 8, ****************************************************** size 7 with the stones Citrine, Tourmaline, Citrine. What I received was a very poorly and sloppily crafted ring with two blue rocks (they are clearly not gemstones) and one whitish rock which could possibly be a very poor quality tourmaline. It was soldered together so poorly that the excess solder collected on the inside of the ring making it about a half size smaller and unable to fit my finger. The cost of this ring was $36.90. I have emailed my complaint with no response from the company.

      I ordered 2 custom rings on April 26th. They were supposed to have birthstones in them for my kids birthdays, and they were Mothers Day gifts for myself and my mom. I wanted to avoid ordering from *****, so I verified that the company was not based there. According to their website, they are an ********** company with a warehouse in **********. The website said to expect ***** business days for shipping. So I knew they would probably come the week after Mothers Day, which was fine. I emailed them after the 18th business day, and they still had not made the rings. I asked to cancel my order, and the lady said it was too late to cancel but I could return them for a refund once I received the rings. A week later I received shipping info, and it turns out they were coming from *****. After waiting for over a month to get the rings, they finally came in this week, and the birthstones were not the correct colors. So I took pictures, emailed customer support, and asked how I could return them for a refund. She told me that custom products cannot be refunded. However, the website says they CAN be refunded if the custom product was made incorrectly by them.
