My names ****** and today is 06/28/23 and I am an Uber Eats delivery driver, I went to pick up an order for ***** M from Taco Bell located at ************************************************************** at approximately 03:05pm EST. I was first told by the girl at the counter that the order will be coming up shortly, and then 5 minutes later she said that they do not have the order and told me to contact ****. Then one of the employees who is a black male and has dreads and is about 45 tall cursed me out and said to me you b**** a** n**** and then his coworker the female who was first speaking to me began holding him back. I have never in my life experienced this before, and the employee lied to me at first and told me the order was coming up and then I had the other store worker curse me out for no reason at all. I lost income from this trip because I was expecting to make $11 for this Uber Eats Taco Bell order for ************, I need to speak to someone in top level management regarding this matter and to get this resolved.Initial Complaint

We went to Taco Bell on June 12th and spent *****. they claimed they had no mild sauce, no Pepsi and our food was not edible when we received it cause it was cold and hard. We tried to return the food and they stated since we bought online we had to go through online for a refund and they refused to take the food back. I sent messages to Taco Bell where it tells you to and not one have I received a response or refund. I went to another taco bell after this disgusting one and they did everything right and I didn't even mention what had happened at the last store. Now I have 2 charges for ***** and one needs refunded immediately. Taco Bell doesn't care about it's customers and although the 2nd store should be a model for all the others, after this I'm done with taco bell. I want my money refunded... The order number was #******. I have wrote to Taco Bell numerous times. I have sent messages on ******** and ******* and taco bell hasn't bothered. If this is the way they handle customer complaints and issues they should not be allowed to operate as a business. I attached both receipts to show I paid twice that night. The first store didn't offer to remake the food nothing. The first store need shut down... I NEED A REFUND FOR ORDER NUMBER ******. I visited the ************ location over Friday afternoon. I noticed on the drive thru window this location had a 99 food health inspection score and it was posted from 2019 and then the previous score in 2017 was posted. This is totally unacceptable to post old data that is four and six years old. I got upset tummy after Eating at location. I am demanding $5,000 be mailed to me for this wrong information posted and me getting sick and to avoid me contacting the county as well . Placed a order using the app. Said my order was ready so I walked in to pick it up and it wasn't there. So I said that I have a order for pick-up but it's not here and the guy these kept saying NAME NAME NAME. So I said *******. Then he said NO NAME. So I said again *******. Then I showed him the app of my order and he said that's not here. An I said the address is right here it's the same location. An he said no and walked away. So I stepped aside to see if I had more options on the app so he walked behind the counter and said NAME and I said what is even going on. I'm these trying to get my food. An he walked away and said I was these trying to help when waving his arms around. So a girl walked out and asked me what did I order and I told her and she these what'd away. Then I asked why did you want to know an she said these asking. I used the Taco Bell mobile app to order food from the fast restaurant on 6 different occasions. By using the app I am able to earn rewards points and most importantly I can pay through the app and not have to do so at the restaurant where in the past I have had fraudulent charges on my card after purchases. On each occasion the restaurants were unable to process my order for various reasons, mainly they "weren't quite ready to serve" or "out of ingredients" etc. I was advised each occurrence to cancel the order in the app in order to be refunded and that stores themselves don't issue mobile app refunds. I assumed that these refunds took place because in my experience, merchants usually make refunds as promised. About a week ago my financial adviser had me look for some other information on my account, at which time I noticed that I did not notice any refunds for Taco Bell purchases on my statement. On June 16, 2023 I called the customer service number ************. I called and spoke to a ****** who stated that on his end he could not issue a refund or escalate me to a manager and advised I contact my banking institution to file a fraud claim. This was an hour conversation. I called my bank and they confirmed no refunds were issued by Taco Bell into my account. I then called the customer service line again and spoke to a young lady who did not provide her name but stated that on any cancelled order a refund is issued and if there is any problem it must be on my end. She then referred me to a **** who essentially stated the same. He offered me $30 in gift certificates but I explained that I have almost $50 at stake. I would feel satisfied with a refund but would be willing to receive a gift card for the amount of the unprocessed refunds at $46.30. No business should be able to charge customers for food they never received. And most importantly, it should not be this difficult to request them honor a refund that should have already taken place. On May 31st 2023, at around 7:15 pm, I picked up my order that had been placed in the mobile app (screenshot of order with restaurant location and order # provided). As you can see, I modified my items to contain potatoes instead of beef, as I am vegetarian and Taco Bell provides that option. The cheesy Gordita crunches came with potatoes instead of meat, which is good, as thats what I ordered. However my beefy 5 layer burrito did have beef in it, and it also had potatoes. I am vegetarian and very sensitive to eating meat. I contacted Taco Bell immediately through their contact us form, and got no reply. I sent them another message through the contact us form, again, with no reply. I have sent direct messages to the customer support ******* multiple times, with you guessed it, no reply. When I started making this complaint, I went into my Taco Bell app to review my order so I could accurately portray what day I had made it. They have actually removed the order from my account (along with a few other orders Ive made previously), and I cant see it anymore or the details of the order(s). The screenshot provided is one I took the day of, so I would have an easy way to access the order # for customer support. I have not received a refund, so I dont know why they removed the order from my account. This is a serious issue for me. I love Taco Bell, because they have many vegetarian and vegan friendly options. But this is just awful. And the customer service has been awful. I havent heard anything back, and they remove the orders from my account? What the h*** is that about. I want my refund. Peoples dietary needs should be taken seriously. If I were to be allergic to their meat, something really bad couldve happened. They need to take these customizations seriously.Initial Complaint

I tried to place an order to taco bell through their online website, it directed me to get the mobile app so I used the app to try and place my order. As I went to check out, I pressed the checkout button and received a internal error message. Before deciding to press again, I checked my credit card and saw that I was already charged for the order and did not want to press the checkout button again. I have tried contacting but it is difficult because they do not have any real contact information. They also only have contact methods based on your order and order number. I did not place an order because there was an error but was charged. So I am lacking certain information when contacting them through online. I also contacted them through a email given from the app developer on ****** play. I was told the charge would dropped off because they had no payment from me. Well its been 9 days today and the charge still sits on my credit card. The credit card company told me they would reverse it once it cleared pending. Now they are telling that they will have someone investigate the charge and I have another 10 days to wait for a temporary credit like they don't believe I didn't get my order. - April 12, 2023 - Several orders were made through the taco bell app (under my account) in **. I live in AL. I called and was told the order would be cancelled. I received cancellation emails. However, the order was still made and delivered. My card was charged, then was cancelled. - I have spoken with ~5 representatives. ****** my credit card information and promised a refund. - 3 have told me that I will not get a refund - 3 told me that a manager would return my call. Not one call has been returned. - Most taco bell customer service agents has been rude, unhelpful, and I sometimes have to wait up to half an hour to be connected (after an estimated 10 minute wait).Initial Complaint

Ok I typed this all out and went to look for pic and it disappeared. Ill condense it greatly All info is on attachment. Waited on phone three times for over 70 minutes total after not receiving a reply to online complaint about ********************************************** for further discussion they are more than welcome to do that. on 5/30/2023 i went thru the drive-thru at the *************************** ******** **** location. i order 2 nacho fries, 2 beef crunchy taco supremes, and 2 nacho locos supreme. the order taker asked if i wanted any sauces. i indicated that i would need 6 mild and 6 hot sauces. i pulled around to the window, PAID MY MONEY and was given a bag of food. once home, i saw that i had been given 6 milds and 6 fire sauces. i do not fire sauces. i immediately called the store and someone who said they were a manager (******) told me that i could drive back to get the fire sauces. do you know how long taco bell food stays 'warm'? not long. so i had already PAID and driven home and now couldn't eat WHAT I PAID FOR because they did not perform a quality control check and give me the sauces that i asked for - at their prompting. ****** was not apologetic at all. when i told her i would contact corporate she said 'ok'. THAT'S A MANAGER?? my order was ****** and my order number was 453 at 1:01:32pm. just two weeks ago i was in that restaurant when the gm/regionals were there and they were very customer oriented. i do wish they had been there for this ordeal. this bag of cold food without the proper sauces that i requested cost me $15.54. i phoned the following day and asked for a gm/regional and was told by ****** that they didn't have one; she said they only had an assistant and she refused to give me contact info - NOR did she ask for my info to have someone more managerial to contact me. i called the bogus number that is listed for corporate on the internet and after 12 minutes someone named ******* answered. he 'took' the report and said that someone would contact me. today is 6/5/2023 and i've heard NOTHING. today i called the same corporate number and i've been in the taco loop for 18 minutes. that is ridiculous that no one answeres the phones at corporate. i want my monies refunded back to me via a gift card that i can use at any taco bell. that location is sad.
