    Recently, my Taco Bell account was hacked. The hacker changed all of my personal information (name and phone number) to their information. They then went on to spend over $60 on my card with no problem (no security code required!) at a location across the country. At no point did Taco Bell reach out to me about this extremely suspicious activity. This person was able to place several orders with no issues and not once was I notified about it. I reached out to Taco Bell asking them to refund the clearly fraudulent charges since they were so irresponsible with my personal information and money. They claimed there was "nothing they could do" and advised me to reach out to my bank, all so that they could keep my money that THEY let this person fraudulently spend. They are a billion dollar corporation that can more than afford to refund fraudulent orders that THEY willingly allowed to go through. I find this whole situation to be absolutely preposterous. DO NOT put your card info into your Taco Bell account, whatever you do. Don't even make an account. Do not order from them. They do not care how they get your money, but they will do anything in their power to get it and keep it!!!!

    I am frequently in ********** for business and before I go home I usually stop at the local Taco Bell for dinner as I love their chicken quesadillas - I go through the drive through On the 24th of May I stopped for my dinner at Taco Bell as usual and had a horrible experience ...I have lived a long time and have NEVER been so abused by a customer service person It was between ****** pm approx.The person (masculine gender) came across the order prompter I placed my order as usual but noted the totally unfriendly tone he was taking I always order 2 bottles of milk -- never any problems prior to this I said I would like 2 bottles of milk 5 times and he kept putting up taco or burrito ... or et al ******* in total exasperation ... as I was making extremely sure I was saying 2 bottles of Milk CLEARLY and CONCISELY I said to him are you kidding... I have clearly said ... 2 bottles of milk now 5 times Do You Not Know What a Bottle of Milk Is??? Unbelievable - ******* ... ******* milk appeared on the screen and I drove forward When I got there it was a guy he looked oriental - with a huge frown on his face TOTALLY RUDE I gave him my card and after running the charge he literally through it back in the car at me Then he followed with my Order in a large brown bag and threw it through my car window at me with an Nasty Snear on his face !! OMG I was totally in a state of shock as anyone would be - it had always been girls for years before and THEY had been nice with no problems!This guy was a fairly new employee - as I had never seen him there before... he is scary and obviously violent and psychotic Taco Bell needs to save their reputation and get rid of this hateful abuser of their customers fast!

    I recently visited the Taco Bell location on ***************** in **********, ******* and was extremely disappointed with my experience. After ordering my food from the drive-through, I was told to wait at the corner of the building for my food. I waited for more than 15 minutes and ended up going inside the restaurant to find out what was going on. When I received my food, it was cold and covered in a sticky substance that turned out to be spit. As a loyal customer of ****************** for years, I have never experienced anything like this before and it has left me feeling disgusted and violated. I hope that Taco Bell takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen again

    On May 24, 2023, my car was parked in Taco as a customer for a few hours. When I returned back to my car, it was towed. When I went into the store to inquire why my car was towed, I was told by the assistant manager and coach manager that it was parked there for 3 days and therefore it was towed. They further went on to say that if a car is parked there 45min-1 hr, the towing company ******** the car since they surveillance the parking lot. When I went to pick up my car from the impound, I was told that a Taco Bell Manager called the towing company to have my car towed. Additionally, there was no signage in the parking lot stating that there was a time limit for a customer's car to be parked in the parking lot. I am requesting full reimbursement for the cost of my car being towed, and the lost time that I had to spend from work to resolve this issue in the amount of $1,532.98.

    There was a fraudulent transaction on my **** card on 5/2/23 for $69.00 from Taco Bell in *****, ********. It even showed up in the Taco Bell app. I also even had an $18 transaction on same day from **********. That ********** transaction dropped off my account after a couple of days but the $69 charge from ******** had remained. I called Taco Bell on the next business day and was told theyd file a ticket with IT but cannot do anything about refund; that I needed to contact my bank. I called them back today and was told the same thing even though I told them that my bank is saying they have filed a chargeback request with them and are waiting on a response. My bank is only telling me to allow up to ********************************************************************************************************************* another state so obviously is not valid. I need my money back now. No one is helping.

    I received a notice that my taco bell order was placed. I had not ordered one. It stated it was for pick up in *******. I immediately logged into my app and seen it was an order showing. I then checked my bank and there was a pending charge. I removed my card from the app and changed my password. I attempted to call the store listed for pick up and the number says it is a void number. I then called the customer service number to report the issue. I was told Taco Bell has a no refund policy. I reminded her I never placed the order to begin with, ***** refunding money they took without permission. She stated this needs to be reported to my bank and not Taco Bell's issue. I feel it is their issue since the app was compromised and not my card! I had just paid all my monthly bills that morning and can not report my card as having fraud untill everything clears, or I will get marked as having bounced payment and charged for this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she began calling me "my dear" in a very condensending tone. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When she returned she stated, "sorry dear, but I can not locate any supervisor, so you need to hold longer". She never came back the second time. I simply want my money returned to my credit card. This mobile application is obviously not secure enough to store payment information and should be looked into as well. Order #****** Placed on 05/12/2023 at 12:41 pm through the mobile application my email and text stated.Thank you,*************************

    I am vegan for religious reasons. I have been doing a lot of travel over the past year between ** and **. So, I have been eating a lot of Taco Bell. I appreciate that Taco Bell offers more meatless options than most comparable restaurants, but they are very bad at honoring requests to make my order "fresco" (an option they offer that makes an item dairy free). Some locations don't even know what "fresco" means, and others have tried to claim it's not an option any more even though it's listed on the self-service kiosks as an option. Even when I specify each ingredient I want omitted from my order, my request almost always gets ignored. They have even put meat in my order, which I didn't realize until I had already eaten some of it. If this was just a food preference, I wouldn't go so far as to complain to the BBB about it; but to me, this is an ethical issue that violates my religious beliefs. It needs to stop, or I will have no choice but to find somewhere else to eat when I travel.

    On April 24th, 2023, I purchased $22.76 worth of food (w/ tax) on the Taco Bell app (Order #******) from the ****** location (*********************************************************), including a $5.49 grilled cheese burrito. I picked up my order and went home. After opening the order at home, I noticed the grilled cheese burrito was missing from my order. I attempted to rectify the problem (and receive a refund) by filling out the "Contact **" form option under "Need Help" at the bottom of my order details on the app. I filled this form out twice, once on April 24th and a separate time on April 25th. This is the only option provided to you by the app, and unfortunately I never received a response. On April 26th, I tried calling Taco Bell's customer service department. After waiting for about ****************************************************************************************************** about 3 business days. I never received the refund. On April 28th, I messaged Taco Bell Care on ******* about my issue. They responded on May 1st that I would receive a refund by 5-7 business days. I still have not received this refund as of May 9th.I would like my $5.49 (+ tax) refund from Taco Bell, but I'm also submitting this complaint because it's ridiculous that this has turned into a multi-week process. A quick ****** search will show you frustrated patrons from across *******, and they note that it is not easy to seek recourse from Taco Bell. Many other companies that have mobile apps have a chat function to contact customer service, or at least respond to your issue within a day or two. Taco Bell makes it as difficult as possible for customers that have a problem, and I believe this is done purposefully and to the harm of the consumer.

    Hello, this happened on October 25 2022, Ive been getting ignored by the store manager at Taco Bell at *******. *** was very rude and wouldnt let me finish talking. I was about to tell her to put sauces in my bag and she shut me up and said the price of the food. When I got there it was all attitude and I was just staring at her like what the she gave my drink and bag of food very aggressively like if I didnt hold it she would probably dropped my food and drink. and she didnt ask how many sauces I want. I noticed she did that to the customer in front of me how she gave the bag very aggressive like basically throwing it in a way.

    On 4/16/2023, I was notified that an order was placed from my Taco Bell mobile app account. When I checked the app, it informed me that someone had placed an order to a Taco Bell in Tampa Bay, ******* location ****************************************************************. The order number was #******, and was for $58. I live on the other side of the country in ********* and obviously did not place this order. The app did not give me the option to cancel the order. I called the aforementioned Taco Bell location over 50 times to try to alert them of this criminal behavior so they could be on the lookout when the person came to get my order. They did not answer their phone. When I contacted my card issuer, I was told they cannot start a dispute until the charge goes from pending to complete. Because the thief didnt check in, and simply took the order, it is STILL showing on my mobile app as being made. It has now been over 24 hours. When I called the Taco Bell cares customer support line, nobody would help. I was told they cannot fix this on the mobile app. Not only is this app not secure, but the employees at both the store and customer support level did not help me and showed zero care for the situation I have been put in. I have been offered NO help or resolution.
