    11/07/2024 Order 18d702 Location: ************************************************ I went to drive thru ordered the #2 Supreme Chicken. The tacos came out of the window not made Supreme. The girl at the window was fussing with long fake nails that had plastic jewels on them. I called the store after it happened twice to speak to a manager as I didn't want to pay a $2.00 upcharge if the store didn't make the items correctly. The don't answer the phone at **********. Against my better judgement I drove back over to the store and asked for the manager. The woman tells me she cannot and will not issue a refund for the $2.00 over charge and she would like an opportunity to remake the food for me. I wasnt interested in food coming from a place of bad energies. I was more concerned with her correcting the employees mistakes and my not patronizing this location ever again. I told her if she was incompetent that I would contact corporate. I am now requesting a full refund. People barely speak english they try to steal money. Why would I support your location with my hard earned money if you have terrible customer service? These people couldnt even answer the phone at the location. This is *******.

    I had an order made incorrectly 11/1/24 and called the night of and was told to come back, I was told I didnt need to leave a name when I offered, and when I asked for the name of who I spoke with. I returned to the location 11/7/24 ********************************* and asked for the remake and a woman named ****** who also claimed to be the ** refused names (someone else got her name for me), and was very rude and then closed the window and locked it. I waited for her to come back and was later approached by police after not even being asked to leave. I was deeply upset about the entire situation that could have simply been resolved with professionalism and accountability with kindness.

    To Taco Bell the one on ****** 2 of your people work there one of them are cashiers and the other work making food gave me a heard time

    Every time I go to Taco Bell my order always cold, and always missing an item. I always get food from there around 11:00 at night but they close really late around 2:00 and 4:00 so Im still tryna figure out how do I still get my food cold and missing items every time I order if its not near close to closing time, and on top of that the meat they put in the taco is very very little. The only thing I can taste is shell and lil cheese$17.70 worth and only got 4 dollar credit on door dash for three missing tacos and a cold quesadilla

    11/02/2024 placed an online order at the ************************************ Taco Bell. Have had issues in the past with incorrect orders and poor service. Both during busy and not busy times have had extremely rude service from the staff unprovoked. The store is not kept well and is messy/ disorganized, becoming worse as time moves from opening date. Management seems virtually nonexistent and there is no correction of behavior and ***************'s order was atrocious, ordered for drive through pickup and was instructed to park in front of store to avoid accountability for show service. I obliged only to be very risky barked an order to come inside the store to pickup the order. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering drive through. In which I had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the store for the order to be made. Upon brief inspection of the items all were very under filled. Began eating the items only to discover that ingredients are completely missing and some of which occurred additional charges.

    On November 1, 2024, at approximately 6:40 PM l walked into the Taco Bell at ************************************ to place an order. I was confronted by the night shift manager, who informed me that I was banned from the establishment. She alleged that I had stolen three orders the day prior, asserting that I was captured on surveillance footage.This accusation is entirely false, as I did not leave my house on the day in question. I requested to view the supposed surveillance footage to clarify the situation, but she refused and instead threatened to call the police if I did not leave.I find this experience to be very distressing, because not only can I no longer come to this location, but now my reputation is in question. Im respectfully request a review of this incident, including the alleged footage, and a prompt resolution to restore my access to the restaurant.

    Date: 10/31/2024 at 12:09 PM, my husband went through the Taco Bell drive thru located at ********************************************. He ordered our lunch and once he got the food, he came back to our office. My lunch was NOT in the bag. This happens on a regular basis at this Taco Bell. This time they left out the nacho fries that I paid $2.49 for (plus tax).

    On October 30, 2024, an incident occurred involving a birthday order placed for a vegetarian meal on behalf of my friend from Taco Bell, located at *********************, through ********. The order was delivered at 9:14 AM. Upon consumption, my friend discovered a piece of chicken in her vegetarian bowl. This discovery caused significant distress, particularly as my friend is a practicing vegetarian. When she contacted Taco Bell to address the situation, the manager responded in a manner that was dismissive and disrespectful of her dietary choices, stating, "So what happened?" This illustrates a lack of understanding and respect for the dietary restrictions due to her religious beliefs.Furthermore, when I attempted to escalate the issue by calling Taco Bell to report this concerning experience, my calls were repeatedly disconnected. This behavior not only shows a disregard for customer concerns but also raises serious questions about their food preparation practices and adherence to dietary specifications.We are extremely disappointed in how Taco Bell has managed this situation and the potential implications for individuals with dietary restrictions. It is crucial for food establishments to respect and uphold the dietary preferences of their customers, especially when those preferences are rooted in deeply held beliefs.

    I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my recent experience with a large order. On October 25th, I placed an order through your mobile app (which I use regularly) from your location at *******************************************************, totaling $******** say I was let down would be an understatement. A quarter of my order was missing, and the items that did arrive were either made incorrectly or thrown together, missing key ingredients. This is completely unacceptable for a nearly $70 order. I expected far better from a brand I trust.After reaching out to customer service, I received absolutely no responseonly an automated message saying a free item had been added to my account. This does not address the significant issues I encountered and feels dismissive of my concerns.I am demanding a full refund of $64.10. I want to give Taco Bell the chance to make this right before I escalate the matter. My bank will absolutely refund my money right away, as I have ample evidence and photos to support my claim.     Dear Taco Bell,As a loyal patron of your establishment for numerous years, I find myself compelled to address a matter of grave concern. It is with great disappointment and frustration that I must bring to your attention the issue of your Taco Bell Tuesday promotions.After extensive participation and careful observation, I have come to the disheartening conclusion that these so-called "drops" are nothing more than a deceptive ploy. The promises made in your advertisements have consistently failed to materialize, leaving myself and countless other devoted customers feeling betrayed and misled.The discrepancy between your promotional claims and the actual availability of the advertised offers is not only disheartening but also potentially unlawful. Your marketing strategies have created false expectations, leading customers to invest time and effort in pursuing deals that are, in reality, *************** light of these egregious misrepresentations, I am left with no choice but to take formal action. I hereby inform you that I will be filing official complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies regarding your deceptive advertising practices.Furthermore, I am seriously contemplating legal action against Taco Bell for false advertising.
