I have some problems with the web site... I was away for awhile from a stroke so I thought that was the problem, and then I thought it was my computer. Got a few notifications from safari that my password on iherb was seen on the dark web. I use my fingerprint autofill on my computer but today it would not work. I have problems when browsing for products. pages speed up, slow down, or freeze. I have been a long time customer.and happy. but today I had to request a new link to get back in. things are different since my stroke but I don't think it is me...but if you could check your website for ease of use , I am not speedy ******** on the internet but I had to work hard to get this order in all day. My debit card has been hacked twice now by this company and I have never ordered from them. I don't know how they keep getting my replacement cards to do fraudulent changed. This has become a huge problem and I want to have oy stopped!!!!! Luckily I am notified that fraud is someone my card made I can at least dispute rhe charges l beedebrhis ro srop WeiHerb LLC

The website is practically unusable - it is so packed with irrelevant products that I can barely load it on my tablet! I searched for vit. E supplements - got ***** products!!!!! Only about 10 were REALLY vit. E supplements - the rest were completely irrelevant and they mixed them all up so I had to comb through all the c*** they want me to see to get to what I searched for! Used to be a decent place to buy supplements, now it is as difficult as ******. Why businesses WANT to make your buying experience so difficult is beyond me. I get so annoyed I go elsewhere whenever I can.iHerb LLC

IHERB has terrible customer service. They sent me products I didn't order, and they refused to give me a refund. They lied and told me I did order the product, and I had to send them screenshots of the product I ordered and they have not given me a refund. They deleted their webpages of the product I ordered, and replaced the webpage with a different product, and then told me I ordered the product they sent me. EXTREMELY bad business practices.iHerb LLC

Iherb used to be a good company when I used to buy from them online three years ago. But they have changed. On its app/website, it showed my purchases from three years ago but not the ones from 01/2025. And in addition, I never received any email confirmation of my order from them, only from ****** that my account was charged. A couple of weeks went by without delivery of items. I tried to contact Iherb via phone and email but received error messages. I contacted ******, who put pressure on Iherb, who, then issued a tracking #. A week goes by, and I received my delivery. But iherb only sent me one of the three items, which i ordered and for which I was charged. I never received the other two items. I called ****** to ask for a partial refund for the items that I did not receive. They contacted iherb. Iherb sent them the tracking #. So, my claim was denied by ******. Then, an offshore ****** representative did not document correctly what I said. I wasn't asking for a full refund, but a partial refund for the items that I did not receive. So, my claim got denied again. Then, I reopened up my dispute again with ******, who again contacted Iherb, who sent a message to ****** that I could get a full refund if I mail back to them all three items. Are you kidding me? I only received one of the three items. Anyway, ****** was useless. Finally, I called my credit company, who thankfully is crediting me back the partial refund. Please do not buy anything from Iherb. They stole my money. Very dishonest.iHerb LLC

I have been a customer for over a year now and am very happy with their products and service. The selection of supplements is decent, the customer service top notch, and the shipping is very fast. I also appreciate the fact that the smallest possible box is used for shipping, so less waste. So far I have not attempted any returns, so I can't speak to that aspect.iHerb LLC

On Feb *******, 2 unauthorized charges in the amount of $40.74 and $17.73 to credit account. I have not ordered from this company since ****************************************** addition, the credit card that was on file has since expired and "they" managed to charge my account on a credit card that I never used with them so I'm highly concerned with how they able to get my new credit card information. I have contacted them on 2 occassions and spoke with *****, K and *****, S and was told that team is investigating this matter and assured both times it would be resovled with 72 hours and to no avail. These charges are still on my account and has not been refunded. I'm reporting this company because of the apparent fraud; the ability to make unauthorized charges to my account using a credit card that I didn not provide to them is concerning. I will now contact my credit card company to refute these charges because theyre taking too long to come to a resolution. Thus, further causing an inconvenience to me with having to get a new credit card. I have deleted the old credit card infomation from my profile, not that it mattered becuase they were able to get ahold of my new credit card information and I will never use this company again.iHerb LLC
