2 starswon't be using iherb anymore because i am SO SICK of them using the idiotic shipper 'on trac' (better known as NO TRACK!). They are the absolute WORST of all shipping ***** First, they say to enter your phone number so you can get texted updates on your delivery...NOT! I have attempted this 'give us your phone number SCAM' numerous times for various orders, and NOT ONCE did I receive any texts from them (so obviously all they do is SELL your phone number!). So you have ZERO way of knowing when your pkg is even coming. Second, they don't even drive up so you can see them, instead they park out of sight and walk your pkg up, throwing it over the 'not locked' gate, and walk off. Don't Knock....even when they can see our car in driveway, our windows are open so he/she can hear us talk, etc. And 3rd: he throws the pkg over onto the dirty ground (instead of walking couple of steps to front door and knocking), and scares the heck out of the poor abandoned cats who are eating outside (today he scared off the skinniest/sickest of the group, who will now not return until tomorrow being very timid, and will go without food because this idiot is clueless on how to PROPERLY DELIVER A PKG....especially when the person is HOME! You don't knock, how the heck are we supposed to know you are there!? I have mentioned this to iherb before (that time he puts the box right next to the outside food bowl.....VERY UNSANITARY since i ordered food items!...and again NO TEXT, NO KNOCKING, just TOSS & GO! I'm DONE with this c*** So because of "NO TRAC" iherb has now LOST MY BUSINESS!!!Review fromErin G

1 starI have been trying for three days to even place an order with iHerb. My first orders were rejected, and I did have the very first one with a declined payment from my bank (my bank had flagged the order as being fraud). I fixed this issue, and sorted everything out. But still my next order was also instantly declined. Huh, that's odd. So I change my payment method completely, and my next attempted order after that was STILL rejected immediately. At this point it was very clear to me that the issue was on iHerb's end. Everything was entered correctly, and I have had zero issues using my payment methods throughout the day for other things. I am continually being told that my issue is being escalated, and I'll receive an email within 48 hours. I did receive an email, stating that I'll get another email within 48 hours. I'm just being passed around at this point, and no resolution in sight. Why am I even trying to still order with this company if there's this many issues (and a horrible customer service) prior to even getting one order through?Review fromJacqueline A

1 starI purchased several bags of Organic Walnuts, and they arrived damaged, numerous black Walnuts that has a bad taste, and bad smell, I sent photos of the bad nutsto Iherb three times,and they are making excuses not to send me a return label, they sent a fake website link that does not work, this is not a reputable company, why would they want me to keep bad nuts that are rancid and molded, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this bad poor quality of Walnuts, Buyers Beware, if you purchase products from Iherb they makrit extremely difficult for you to return damage food items, I will not be purchasing any more products from Iherb, because they are not reputable, and they used bad business practices and make it extremely difficult for me to return damage Walnuts that are defective and can make you sick,they don't care. I just want a return label to send their product back to them ,and they can eat them,I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company, and I do not recommend this bad business.iHerb LLC

1 star************ using scam shipping service They are using a really bad shipping service called Asendia which outsources to another shipping service. My $500 has not been delivered and they didn't refund me. So basically a scam.I got in touch with both without a *********** basically they can offload their responsibility to the carrier, then the carrier doesn't respond and there goes your $500.What a reputable company!iHerb LLC

1 starForget about talking to a real person if there's an issue. They use a delivery service called, UDS. Who is this? Who knows? They said the item was delivered. It wasn't. I waited over 2 days after contacting iherb only to be told my request for redelivery was declined because they looked at the tracking number and it said it was delivered (thanks for telling me that Ai!}. I'm now waiting on an email response. Good luck getting an actual human response. I've just donated money to this scammy company, it seems. Don't use this company!iHerb LLC

2 starsMy order was just delivered two items are missing. I have seen that they are still sitting in my cart. There is no indication that the items are out of stock, so why were they not included in my shipment? I did not get an alert or an email message from the company regarding these items. (Still need to check to see whether I was charged - I don't think so.)iHerb LLC

1 starI received two supplement products from iHerb that had a strong, rotten smell and completely faded expiration dates. The odor was so intense and unpleasant that I could not store the products at home for health and safety reasons. Out of concern for my wellbeing, I had no choice but to dispose of the items immediately.I contacted iHerb customer support multiple times, providing photos and clear explanations about the condition of the products. Despite this, I kept receiving automated or repetitive responses that ignored my concerns. They initially said they would refund me within 710 business days, but no refund has been made to this day.Moreover, iHerb insists that I return the products, even though I have already explained that it is impossible to do so since the products were unsafe to keep and had to be thrown away. This insistence on returning unusable, potentially harmful items has caused me significant psychological distress.The way I have been treated throughout this process feels like emotional abuse. Instead of support and understanding, I have faced endless delays, disregard, and frustration from a company I trusted. This experience has deeply affected my mental wellbeing and added unnecessary stress to my already difficult health situation.Therefore, I am formally requesting a full and immediate refund without requiring me to return the products.This is unacceptable customer service. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the safety and quality of the products iHerb ships. 1 starEverything was good until it wasn't. Been shopping with IHerb for a long time. Recently trying to move away from ****** and give IHerb the business. Been doing autoship with them. Went to log into my account last week and it was deemed 'deactivated'. Tried to chat to find out why this happened and chat directs you to contact customer service if your account has been deactivated. You cannot contact customer service unless you can sign into your account. My email and phone number have been deactivated with IHerb. I cannot sign into my account. They have no phone number. Wow-at least at Amazon you can chat with a real person at times and they will actually call you if you request to speak to someone. IHerb is offering ZERO customer service. Very disappointing. As a side note, their website has a lot of problems and it's set up poorly.iHerb LLC
