    I made an order and I Herb continued to send me items I did not authorize. ******* filed a dispute. Then the bank turned around and removed the money from my refund money they returned back to me. I am paying for items I never even purchased!

    I placed my first order from iHerb and was immediately emailed my order was Processed/Confirmed, Canceled, and my Acct was Compromised (but dont worry) in a series of cascading emails timestamped within same minute.Ive emailed and contacted their virtual assistant repeatedly over several days. There have no records of any these communications since iHerb used a closed intra email system. Im beyond frustrated and a bit terrified at being compromised.I have was invited to and tried to repeatedly to place order over several days, which is nothing but an exercise in futility and a complete waste of time, There are no accountability systems for iHerb having compromised my acct, and breached my Identity and CC *********** livid the company is now holding hostage my account, email address, credit card information identity and location and wont allow me to delete my account. After several hours spent attempting to self service customer service support, today I have no choice but to start the bureaucratic complaint slog with my bank and credit card company regarding potentially fraudulent past and future transactions.IHerb LLC has set up a completely dehumanizing corporate culture; undercover fraudulent business model with no humans found laboring in customer service, no customer service phone number or email address to contact iHerb.iHerb has purposely set up the consumer to be systematically dehumanized loop of Help links in an attempt to exhaust all who dare to complain to give up trying. Imagine being concerned about being emailed about having been exposed to online predators identity credit card theft by iHerbs priority of safe and secure personal privacy and information.Delete my account, ******************!Youve taken the English definitions of Customer, Service, Priority, Safe, Secure and Limited Liability to a whole new level somewhere below 7th circle of h***

    My order was delivered to the wrong address. There is no phone number to contact this organization so I tried to fill out a form to request a refund. I also wanted to complain, but was unable to do so on their website. In my view, this is a very bad customer service and a security issue since the product went to someone else and they are likely not to return it. The product has my name and my address and personal information. I am very concerned about security issues with this mis-delivered package. I am very disappointed that there is no way to contact ***************** It was extremely difficult to find a way to send them an email request for a refund on a mis-delivered order. I will not use this company again.

    Website was throwing error messages when I attempted to cancel for a few items that were never delivered. The items are two days late. iHerb shipped with a carrier that lost or damaged the package and will not provide an update. iHerb will not refund my money nor cancel my order. I would have never purchased the items if I knew that the packages would not be delivered within a reasonable period of time.

    I have some problems with the web site... I was away for awhile from a stroke so I thought that was the problem, and then I thought it was my computer. Got a few notifications from safari that my password on iherb was seen on the dark web. I use my fingerprint autofill on my computer but today it would not work. I have problems when browsing for products. pages speed up, slow down, or freeze. I have been a long time customer.and happy. but today I had to request a new link to get back in. things are different since my stroke but I don't think it is me...but if you could check your website for ease of use , I am not speedy ******** on the internet but I had to work hard to get this order in all day.     The website is practically unusable - it is so packed with irrelevant products that I can barely load it on my tablet! I searched for vit. E supplements - got ***** products!!!!! Only about 10 were REALLY vit. E supplements - the rest were completely irrelevant and they mixed them all up so I had to comb through all the c*** they want me to see to get to what I searched for! Used to be a decent place to buy supplements, now it is as difficult as ******. Why businesses WANT to make your buying experience so difficult is beyond me. I get so annoyed I go elsewhere whenever I can.

    I ordered a product over a week ago and didnt receive the product. I have sent several emails about this issue and no support. I ask for a refund so that I can purchase the product on another site but I was denied a refund.

    Iherb used to be a good company when I used to buy from them online three years ago. But they have changed. On its app/website, it showed my purchases from three years ago but not the ones from 01/2025. And in addition, I never received any email confirmation of my order from them, only from ****** that my account was charged. A couple of weeks went by without delivery of items. I tried to contact Iherb via phone and email but received error messages. I contacted ******, who put pressure on Iherb, who, then issued a tracking #. A week goes by, and I received my delivery. But iherb only sent me one of the three items, which i ordered and for which I was charged. I never received the other two items. I called ****** to ask for a partial refund for the items that I did not receive. They contacted iherb. Iherb sent them the tracking #. So, my claim was denied by ******. Then, an offshore ****** representative did not document correctly what I said. I wasn't asking for a full refund, but a partial refund for the items that I did not receive. So, my claim got denied again. Then, I reopened up my dispute again with ******, who again contacted Iherb, who sent a message to ****** that I could get a full refund if I mail back to them all three items. Are you kidding me? I only received one of the three items. Anyway, ****** was useless. Finally, I called my credit company, who thankfully is crediting me back the partial refund. Please do not buy anything from Iherb. They stole my money. Very dishonest.

    My credit card was charged for $31.08. So, yourvsaying thst my payment was rejected is not true. I ordered a quantity of three items and was charged for three when I only received one item. Thankfully, I contacted my bank, who credited me that amount.
