      I puprchased a warranty for my dishwasher 12/15/2020 that lasts through 12/14/2024.This has been the MOST DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY I have dealt with in a LONG TIME.Contacted several times, and as of writing this 5/25, a month later, NOTHING!contacted this place several times:4/25/2022 ******** Extended Warranty 4/25/2022 -- transferred to **** at 4/25/2022 2:24 pm Gave me this info - ************ bosch extended warranty for service So i then called Mylene 4/25/2022 ******** case number sending all info to send a service provider.Allow -1-3 business days to hear back from Bosch HEARD NOTHING BACK!!Called again 05/05/2022 ******** 1:13 pm Escalation to manager to send a work order. 1-2 business days on Monday. HEARD NOTHING BACK!!Called again 5/9/2022 ****** customer service ************ ---- extended warranty ---- ****** NOTHING! It's been a MONTH!! Did a previous BBB report, guess what their response was? Not that i can help you but "please get in touch with home appliances." Terrible.Attached is my warranty receipt from BOSCH, not BOSCH home appliances.I want a repair AND for them to waive the $75 copay since they have failed in their duties.

      Order placed on April 9 for a dishwasher cleaning product. Never received the order. Order was shipped to wrong address, wrong zip code. Spent weeks trying to get a new product to no avail. Attempting to get a refund but am being met with resistance.

      I purchased a dishwasher in December 2020. I also purchased the extended warranty for the max ****** of time offered. In December 2021, it stopped working properly (flashing red light, continuously running, water leaking, cannot complete a cycle). I have tried to get it repaired using the warranty information provided twice. I was given a confirmation number and told three days. No one called. When I called again, I was told it had been escalated. Again, no one called. When I contacted the corporation through the website, I was told someone would call. No one called. When I requested a refund for the warranty since the company obviously cannot fulfill its obligations, I was told to contact the warranty number. Again, no follow through. I am requesting a refund of my warranty or that my dishwasher be prepared promptly. I can provide the confirmation number and dishwasher serial number if needed.

      I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Lowes January 2022. It has never worked. It throws an E15 error code. The Bosch service person has been to my home twice. The second time he recommended replacement. Ive followed up with Bosch 3 times and Im told management hasnt reviewed. I registered the appliance initially and submitted proof of sales receipts twice after that. The repairman also took a picture of the sales receipt. The repairman told me on April 4 at the last visit that management would review and approve the replacement request in 3-5 business days. I want the dishwasher replaced.
