      Good morning, Dear *** or Madam:Thank you for checking my request during your busy time.My account has previously been banned by Blizzard, but I have not complained about it due to work reasons.I don't have any violations. I am just a consumer who loves games. Blizzard has no reason 's prohibited my account. I'm just upgrading my character on the battlefield. I'm playing games myself But Blizzard killed me as a robot.       We have reviewed the matter again and we have arrived at the same conclusion.  According to Blizzards internal logs, the records show that an unauthorized third-party program was detected when the account logged into the game server.  Upon review of the logs for the account, Blizzard has discovered that the access matches the customers normal play patterns. 


      Additionally, several in-game tests were performed by Blizzards staff that showed that the actions on the account were automated by a third-party application.  Blizzard has determined that the account shall remain closed on the basis that the account was not compromised and its subsequent use of the unauthorized program.  This action is taken in accordance with the Blizzard End User License Agreement (******************************************************************) which all users must agree to upon creating a Blizzard account

      Dear Sir or ******** game in this company is: World of Warcraft Blizzard Account: ******************* Recently, I received an email saying that the reason for account suspension is: abuse of game mechanism "I have spent a lot of money on my account, and I have not committed any violations.".The company has permanently banned my account, seriously violating my personal rights and interests.Blizzard's approach is really disgusting. When you eliminate robots And kill us normal consumers together. Such behavior is abominable.Blizzard doesn't pay any attention to consumers like us, and they are not willing to invest a lot of labor to seriously review. It will not protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers at all.

      On March 23rd, 2023 at 15:00 pm My World of Warcraft (an online game operated by Blizzard Entertainment) game account was suspended.       Hey there! I need your help. I've been playing World of Warcraft (TW) on my Blizzard account since November 2022, and I've always enjoyed teaming up with my like-minded buddies in-game. But on March 15th, 2023, Blizzard hit me with a banhammer, locking all three of my sub-accounts (WOW1, WOW2, and WOW3) under the pretext of violating their terms of service.Now, I'm no cheater. I've been playing by the rules, and I'm pretty sure this is just a big ol' mistake. The game has been infested with bots and cheaters, and it seems like the GMs are going all out with bans, getting innocent players like me caught in the crossfire. I tried reaching out to Blizzard through their official channels, providing my transaction and gaming history, and asking them to clarify the exact time and reason for my ban. But they've been beating around the ****, not giving me a straight answer or any specific reason for the ban, and they're straight-up ignoring my follow-up complaints.It's been more than two weeks, and I've been separated from my in-game buddies for 15 long days, forced to watch their dungeon runs on livestreams. I need the BBB to step in and help me get some justice here. My Blizzard account is: ***************** and the sub-accounts in question are WOW1, WOW2, and WOW3.

      In December, I paid for an upgrade to the game World of Warcraft, then in January I prepaid for a 6 month subscription. The total for both was $177.17. In March when I attempted to log into the game, I found my access was restricted due to the security of the account being reverted to a very old version requiring an Authenticator that I had gotten rid of long ago. I have spent a week trying to get any kind of assistance from the so called 24/7 support, not getting any kind of help at all. The only thing that they have done is to ask me twice for information that would prove it was my account. I did this twice, and still no assistance from their support. This has prevented me from accessing all of the games that I have paid good money for, and their company needs to compensate me for my loss at this point. The continued restriction due to their system fault is not my responsibility nor should their support section be so ignorant to this serious situation. But they are ignoring it, so I am filing due to the hundreds of dollars in loss to me that this represents.

        They have the email address, they know what account it is. They immediately responded to the ticket in a half assed way  as soon as they received this complaint. They still have not properly addressed the issue, and only created more issues in doing so. Blizzard needs to fix everything and make this whole mess up to me.
