      Hello, Consumer Protection Officer! My game in this company is: World of Warcraft Blizzard Account: **************** My lead character has spent a lot of effort and money Recently, a large number of robots have entered the ************** and scripts have been swiped for gold. Due to the shortage of personnel in the ************* GM, AI programs have been used to detect instead of manual verification. AI is not 100% correct, and the normal player behavior data is partially similar to the *** script data. The ************* GM also has no time to conduct manual verification, and has taken full sealing, which has wrongly sealed many normal players. According to Article 15 of the "Matters to Be Recorded and Not Recorded in the Standardized Contract for Online ************** Services", the company's behavior is illegal and subject to suspension. Players who violate the game regulations must first notify the consumer to improve within a certain period of time. If they do not improve or violate again, they may be subject to suspension for up to 7 days. Before the closure, I did not receive any email or in-game warnings, and was directly and permanently blocked, violating the above regulations. Therefore, I lodged a complaint.

But I have not committed any violations."I spent a lot of money enjoying the game, and Blizzard shouldn't have mistakenly killed a player who loves Warcraft.". They have no evidence that I violated the rule. Due to the shortage of personnel in the sub server GM, ** program testing was used instead of manual verification.       We have reviewed the matter again and we have arrived at the same conclusion.  According to Blizzards internal logs, the records show that an unauthorized third-party program was detected when the account logged into the game server.  Upon review of the logs for the account, Blizzard has discovered that the access matches the customers normal play patterns. 

      Additionally, several in-game tests were performed by Blizzards staff that showed that the actions on the account were automated by a third-party application.  Blizzard has determined that the account shall remain closed on the basis that the account was not compromised and its subsequent use of the unauthorized program.  This action is taken in accordance with the Blizzard End User License Agreement (******************************************************************) which all users must agree to upon creating a Blizzard account.

I am a game hostess, and I have not committed any violations. Their actions hurt players who love the game. If my account cannot be restored, I will join forces with players and my fans to boycott the Blizzard game. Blizzard has always been a bully, indiscriminately banning consumer accounts. They won't give consumers any opportunity to appeal, they just want to make money. But they never serve consumers.
