Excuse me, dear sir ** account has been blocked by Blizzard for no reason,and I do not have any illegal operations.** game in this company is: World of Warcraft Blizzard Account: **************** I spent a lot of money on my account. Recently, a large number of robots have entered the ************** and scripts have been swiped for gold. Due to the shortage of personnel in the ************* GM, AI programs have been used to detect instead of manual verification. AI is not 100% correct, and the normal player behavior data is partially similar to the *** script data. The ************* GM also has no time to conduct manual verification, and has taken full sealing, which has wrongly sealed many normal players. According to Article 15 of the "Matters to Be Recorded and Not Recorded in the Standardized Contract for Online ************** Services", the company's behavior is illegal and subject to suspension. Players who violate the game regulations must first notify the consumer to improve within a certain period of time. If they do not improve or violate again, they may be subject to suspension for up to 7 days. Before the closure, I did not receive any email or in-game warnings, and was directly and permanently blocked, violating the above regulations. Therefore, I lodged a complaint.Business Response

i was shadow banned on my call of duty account, shadow banned on my console. bought mw2 around release and have been playing with minimal issues since. in the last week ive been mass rage reported over absolutely nothing. I play on pc/ battle.net using xbox one wired controller. ive been reported to the point of being shadow banned and thrown into lobbies with actual cheaters, hackers, longer wait times and bad connection. On March 15, 2023 Blizzard banned my account on Overwatch without specifying what I did. They said I cheated but didn't give anything else other than that. I did not hack or anything. I sent in appeals and they sent me back an automated response. I applied for another appeal and they denied that appeal because I had already appealed. I spent a total of $376.90 on this game and would like either an unban or a full refund. I even tweeted the customer support service on ******* to no response. My account was xailia#*****. I can even send 2 hours and 8 minutes of my gameplay to prove there was no cheating involved if need be.Business Response

Over the course of the time ive returned to wow within the last two weeks ive made a couple of purchases and they continue to take an extensive amount of time to process. Last night i paid for a service change and it took 1/2 a day to complete then when reporting the issue i was told it could take up to 72 hours and if i log in or play it could take longer. thats understandable for a paid service then i get laughed at and told to deal with it. This player purchased a character race change which can take 24 hours to fully process once the order process has finished. That said, it can take up to 72 hours depending on the payment method.We clarify how long a race change can take to arrive on our external article here: ************************************************************
In perfect circumstances, it can arrive within an hour after the purchase, however, that does not always happen.
Looking over the tickets the player submitted, I was able to see that the race change finally arrived on their account for use about 16 hours after the purchase. This is within the normal timeframe for race change deliveries. The race change has been used as well.Initial Complaint

On 03-16-2023 I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II for $45.49 to play multiplayer online games. Immediately after I made the purchase my account was banned and I have not been able to play in any public lobbies.
