      I have called to be removed from their membership, with no prevail. When I call, I always get switched to another department that is not intended for me to speak with someone in (Billing). I'm getting charged for health care that I don't and have not used, speaking with foreigner's and getting hung up on when I'm inquire about this issue is aggravating as h*** and this is affecting me financially.I *********** for ********************** I need to be made whole for the issues that I am having, because of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MADE WHOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I am an interpreter and when Molina calls their members I know it's a robotic-type of call where the majority of Molina reps don't give a dime for their clients.

      "Impossible to contact them! Sent to five different people today trying to contact them via phone! When it got to the last person, the office was closed! It is impossible to review claims on the website! I would NOT recommend using Molina ever, I have had trouble with this company ever since I joined this company! BEWARE!!!!!! And to top this off when asked for a review by this company, I gave the company a zero and their website would not allow this review to be submitted! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Would have given this company zero stars but the website makes you give at least one star!

      The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! The communication within the company is horrible and nobody knows what they are doing. I asked 10 times to talk to a supervisor before I was transferred to one, only to have her show me that she also didn't know what she was doing. My doctor has been telling me he wants to stop taking Molina for awhile and now I know why! Dealing with them has been a nightmare!

      Worst service in history. Get ready for them to loose your payments, apply your payments to the wrong account, AND cancel your insurance for "non-payment" even though you can provide the check numbers and dates the checks were cashed by their accounting department. Get ready to spend hours on the phone trying to get your insurance re-instated. If they were not the only provider in the health care exchange for my county I would change.

      They do not pay attention to phone calls made by patients or members. I have 3 years of grievances filed with them against the transportation company they use( American Logistics) and not one complaint had been addressed!

      That should be -10. I have had issues getting my insurance card. Now I have been working on trying to get a driver with a marked vehicle to do pick up and delivery since October do to snow. Now we have received 23 I ches. I have contacted the ombudsman, legislators, governor, the Des moines register and ***** seems to want or will help. A marked vehicle is the least I can ask for otherwise it puts my health and my life in danger. I have been picked up by unmarked cars and drivers that do not speak or understand English . This should be mandatory. If vehicles are not marked they should at least speak and understand English.

      The customer service experience has been an absolute nightmare. No one can help resolve my issue, everyone passes the buck. Some seem more knowledgable than others, but ultimately nothing is ever resolved. I start from square 1 each time. I've spent at least 30 hours trying to resolve this to no avail. It's the 18th of the month and they still show the wrong plan in the system and when my doctor calls, they cannot verify I have any benefits, even though they have my money and acknowledge it. I cannot log into their online member portal, "Login Failed" every time, even after trying tech support. When I finally do get someone to verify they see my correct plan, they try to tell me I've had it all along and there is no issue. Maybe they're just placating me by saying it is correct because guess what? Nope. When I call back or my doctor calls, still showing the wrong plan. So all the while I have very pressing healthcare needs and cannot get ANYONE to verify my benefits, so no medical services unless I want to roll the dice and go to the ** and work out that administrative billing nightmare at a later date. They are absolutely the worst.
