      USCB is charging me an extra 10% interest on my doctor bill payment starting before my first payment is even due. I was current on payments when the bill was sent from Kaiser Permanente SCal to USCB debt collector. I spoke with USCB, and their reasoning was that was just what they do to all accounts.

      I was never notified by Coney Island Hospital that my information is being send to a debt collector. I been paying my medical bills on time. Coney Island Hospital stopped sending my medical bills to my home address. I notified Billing Dept at Coney Island Hospital several times they told me they will send me my medical bills each months but I never receive it. Coney Island Hospital has no right to send my information to a debt collector just because they forgot to send me my medical bills and there is no law on minimum payment on medical bills as long as I pay and I did. I already filed few complaints on Coney Island Hospital to NY State of Health.

      In September of 2022, I was reviewing my credit file & came across numerous collection which I did not recognize, know existed or authorize. I contacted the companies to inform them of the issue. They instructed me to file a complaint with bbb.org & credit an bbb complaint report for their records. The following information listed is inaccurate & opened due to identity theft. Please see the following information is blocked from my credit report as I did not benefit or received any goods or services from these account. Here is the list of information I need to removed from my credit report: Fraudulent collection: USCB AMERICA (Original Creditor KAISER PERMANENTE NCAL) ******** Date Opened: Sep 16, 2018 Balance: $200.00. Please remove the following information from my file.

      You claim that I owe you something , but I don't. you went ahead and accessed into my credit information I don't know how and reported this false debt on me which is fraudulent.       I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to Experian Credit Bureau, and with USCB AMERICA to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from Experian Credit Bureau. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have USCB AMERICA confirm that I have no account with them and that the Experian Credit Bureau can simply remove it from my credit report.

      Kaiser Permanente excluded doctor bills from my auto-pay, made billing errors, and sent the debt to collections without my knowledge. Furthermore, USCB America contacted me 3 months ago, for accounts that had apparently been in collections accruing interest for two years. I have not received notices, a verification letter (even after making a request over a month ago), or a reasonable explanation of how the debt is being calculated (even after multiple requests). These accounts have been disputed, but I ask to have them closed, and removed from all credit reports.

      On 9/22/22 I was alerted by myFICO credit monitoring account that a new debt collection had been added to my credit report. Upon further investigation, it was noted on my credit report that USCB America reported a debt of $400.00. I had never heard of this company nor was I aware of any bills I owed that were due to be sent to collections. I was able to reach USCB America shortly after business opening 9/22/22 and spoke to a rep named ***** (spelling?). i discussed concerns that a collections account was posted to credit report and I had concern for fraudulent activity as I had no outstanding bills I was aware of, had never heard of them and most definitely wasn't expecting any bills to go through to collections on my behalf. ***** requested information to verify whom I was. I requested they give information on the account as it was something I was unaware of and clearly they had more information than I did. ***** refused to give further information on the account and stated 2 pieces of identification were needed. I gave name and address. After address was provided ***** stated a letter had been sent to that address. I just had a bankruptcy discharged 9/6/22 so I highly doubt any debt collectors were attempting to come after me during my bankruptcy 2018-2022. I requested letters be sent to my address with information I had never received. The debts were reportedly from Kaiser which I also hadn't received any recent bills for and have been in clinic on multiple occasions to see them with no bills sent to me and last I was in clinic my account was paid in full with Kaiser. USCB is also reporting I owe them interest for an account I was never informed of. USCB America shall be practicing business according to bankruptcy laws, Fair Trade Commission Rules and regulations, and all other applicable laws pertaining to debt collection and credit reporting. I am requesting this account be reviewed with Kaiser for accuracy and the reporting be removed from my credit report.

      This company USCB America has harassed me non stop with calls, bargain deals , and threats to send continuous mail to my home until I pay some **** debt plus **** **** pending. This makes 0 sense because my balance on my Kaiser Permanente portal says I owe NOTHING! Further, the employees have been rude and un-understanding of financial plus my mental health issues because I have schizophrenia. When I asked nicely what my options were to one of the representatives whom I also asked for help because I don't understand all this, she just said "You can pay the whole balance and we will leave you alone." I can't stand these people! They also threatened me with accrued interest if I don't pay up!!!
