I purchased sapphire stud earrings for my wife as a gift, she ended up not liking the size I purchased as they did not fit right on her ears. The quality of the jewelry was excellent, along with the packaging and customer service from start to finish. ******************** customer service processed a refund quickly and was true to the satisfaction guarantee promise made on the web site. While I did not end up purchasing any products, your company's honesty and attention to the customer is a rare find these days. First off, thank you *******! She was the associate that helped me figure out my engagement ring. The ring I wanted was out of stock so she worked with me to come up with a design that was exactly what I had been looking for. She was tremendously helpful and gave really good feedback when I was unsure on things. She devoted a great deal of time to the process too, and I cant thank her enough. My fianc loves her ring! I was hesitant to buy a ring online but the quality is outstanding. The design of the ring came out beautifully. Even picking the stone from a rendering on my laptop screen was a bit scary but the cut of it is clean and the quality of the stone is really great. Im more of a brick and mortar kinda guy when it comes to these decisions, I wanna see it in person. But they make the process as painless as possible, and the product does live up to the images. This was a stressful choice for me at first but I couldnt be happier with the ring we got.Angara.com

I have purchased a number of different types of jewelry from Angara including rings, bracelets and earrings. All products are top quality and come with very secure packaging. One of the earrings had to be returned to exchange for a different type of backing. That process was made extremely easy by chatting with a customer service representative. The ring is beautiful and well be ordering more from Angara in the future. I was just at a coffee shop and group of ladies absolutely admired my ring! Its a big hit! I received a beautiful Pearl and Ruby ring for Christmas from my husband but the Pearl was larger than my liking. I emailed customer service and quickly got an email and phone response from ***** ******. We spoke and emailed back and forth today until I was completely satisfied with the replacement ring and the process of returning and receiving the new ring that is being sent. Plus, if I am still not completely satisfied I can return the second ring and still get a customized ring to my liking and I will be emailing ***** if that needs to happen. My experience with ANGARA was excellent! ***** and later ****** were very helpful, answering all my questions, and in Nathans case he changed the delivery service at my request.***** was a great help in letting me know my package was on my doorstep.Iwould like to mention again, that *** did not get me signature!
