Falsely charged us more than what was quoted. Filled the truck up to look like it took up all of the 1800 cubic feet, however, the truck arrived it was 1/2 full, which is what we originally were quoted. The driver also left without putting our belongings together, which we paid for. Also, they hired three workers cash off of*********** to help unload-website states they use trained employees- they paid these guys under the table. I want reimbursement for the charge of putting the unwrapping and putting furniture together, and reimburse the $4200 extra they charged for the 1800 cubic feet of the truck. I am happy to review this with**** over the phone. Note- contract is from broker ************ for what we should have paid .

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/04) */ Hi *** and **********************, Firs of all, Your broker confirmed that they had a carrier which was scamming all their customer thats why they trusted us and gave your info a day before your move starts at 4:30 pm. We have called you to confirm everything and show up at 8:30 on 08/17/22. when we show up you broker confused and started the problem from the morning by saying you to call police because we are scammers however after a few minutes later they found out that we are the right company. then all started from that. initially When we came to do the pick up we had a 24 ft box truck and we have told you about our price which is flat rate was given to you guys beginning and you with your husband were agree till the end. Please see the attached file for your contract we did not charge you for cubic footage however we have informed your husband that you can add what you want to fill up the truck and he did by adding unmovable rocks and fountains and you knew about that. If price were not fair you should have canceled before we start the work but you said it is fine by signing to paperworks. By the way you mentioned to us that you were going to sue your broker in the beginning to get your money back even though we have not done your pick up it seems that you were planing the whole story from the day one to get money back for your move and you mentioned that you have ur friend who is helping for that. So, regarding the damage only washer small which could be easily fixed, we have provided claim form but you denied and started posting review everywhere. Regarding the delivery, even though it was unacceptable by moving company to do the delivery within the same day that you arrived with your small car. So delivery has been done at the same day that you guys arrived to the new house. During the move, you were insulting the driver by yelling and using slang words till the end and you made him to leave by screaming him. According to driver, *************** WERE UNDER INFLUENCE, so, WE DID THE DELIVERY ON TIME, DID THE PICK UP ONE TIME, GAVE YOU FLAT RATE IN THE BEGINNING WHICH YOU GUYS WERE AGREE. SEE THE ATTACHMENT. BY the way, we were trying to resolve their claim but She does not want talk to us instead talking with their broker again who gave them false information. I want to public know that customer had a plan to do this story to get money back from Moving Companies however, we are ready to resolve this issue with them, please have them to call us at ****************************************** We also ask *** help us here as a moving company got customer like ******* . Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I would like to stick to the facts of the complaint. Bravo arrived for the move with a 26 ft truck which they left empty spaces and filled the truck up and advised we owed more money due to this. The broker, ************ charged us the price for everything that was put in the truck, including the rocks. When the truck that was sent up to ****** arrived, same 26 ft sized truck, it was a little over half full. We have photos of this, as well as confirmation from the driver this was a 26 ft truck. **********, the owner of Bravo spoke to ************ (the call is recorded) and stated he would return $2000 of the money he owes us. We advised ************ we would accept (reluctantly) this reduced amount. Thus far, we are waiting on the returned funds. This is not a personal attack on Mr ****** or his company, merely attempting to have the overcharge returned to us. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/11/01) */ ***Document Attached*** Hello ******* and *** We apologize for any inconvenience, and we would like the *** to know what actually happened which is why I would like to clarify the context from our end of things. The day before the move your broker contacted us requesting our assistance because your previous company ended up canceling and we gladly obliged. On the day of the move, the broker went through a mixup saying that we were not the company that was supposed to help you out accusing us of scammers which was then resolved within about 10 minutes of our team arriving with them being apologetic. As our team arrived with 24ft Box Truck and began communicating with you. It came to light that the broker ended up promising you a bunch of things that were outside of our usual operating structure, especially considering that the move was passed on to us at the very last minute. Even then we worked with you on the discrepancies and gave you a FLAT RATE ( see the attachment) to accommodate for everything which included transportation of items that we would not normally transport and direct delivery. Please let me highlight that a flat rate is not correlated to the volume of the items but rather is a set price for the entirety of the move. ( See the BoL) The price was given to you before the job was started and both you and your husband agreed and signed the contract with you confirming that you were okay to proceed with the job. Additionally, you were informed that your items will be delivered on a larger truck than the one that was there on the day of the pickup since a larger truck is more fit for longer distances 26ft ********* Box truck. Our team arrived at your delivery destination the same day that you arrived at your destination address. According to our driver's report, it seemed that you were under the influence and were screaming and yelling at our staff preventing them from doing their job and putting them in constant emotional distress. In terms of your damages, we do sincerely apologize, mishaps do happen and we are here to resolve that. We have been attempting to reach out to you with no success. If you do wish to resolve the issue please reach out to us so that we can process your claim and reimburse you for the damages. We also kindly ask from *** to take into account that we gave customer FLAT RATE for their move and husband has been told that they can load what ever they want as ling as it fits into the truck. He said thank you guys because he was about to rent truck with trailer. We repeatedly say that we came customer with smaller truck than the one came to destination. We are happy to prove with Videos if needed for *** Again *******, Our supervisor has been calling you to resolve it but no response from your side. Sincerely, Bravo Moving Management
