      I was first in touch with this company and planed to make payment plan with no interest attached to the account. The ********************** continued to charge me interest even when the payment plan was being honored. I have since refused to pay the company. They have since sent a threatening letter to go to court. I then reached out again about paying a lower amount on the bill then what was owed and they refused to listen, I then mentioned I was willing to do another payment plan as long as they kept their word this time, AGAIN this was refused by them. They then informed me that there was miscommunication on their end about not charging me interest and the bills show interest even when the bill will no include interest when the principle amount gets paid. They asked me to get a credit card and pay off the entire amount without negotiating any other options and are no longer willing to make a payment plan or settle at a lower amount.

      I am rejecting this response because: That was not what I was told. The company reached out to me after I called them and a lady on the phone didn't give me any options. She told me either pay the amount or else. I am unaware of any attempt of a payment plan or any attempt of someone informing me to reach out to them.

      I called the California business bureau trying to pay my daughters ****************************** medical bills owed. I have called before and my daughter let them know I had authorization to discuss her bills. I spoke with ***** on 1/18/24 at approximately ****am she would not discuss my daughter bills with or let me pay any of them I asked for the amount on each bill and asked if the would do a lower settlement on each bill again she would not discuss it with me. I believe they are just trying to get more interest on the bills to drive the price up. And you please get me a settlement offer on each bill for my family. The account number is ******* and each bill has its own number. These are the bill numbers QH0054632576 WHICH WAS ***** THE NEXT IH0016978108 TOTAL ******* THE NEXT QH0047947866 TOTAL ****** THE NEXT QH0047920806 TOTAL ****** I bet the amounts will be larger now with the crazy interest rate they are charging can you please have them lower the interest also. They are going to try to tell you my daughter has not giving me authorization to pay but that's a lie they are just trying to raise the prices by not letting me pay on these bills they are ripping people off.
