      However, we can confirm that we have noted the consumers disputed and a previous alleged identity theft tag has been noted.  As a courtesy we have sent a request to Experian to delete this account from the consumers profile.

      On July 16th, 2022, I ************************* was transported I believe by ambulance and woke up in the emergency room. I wasn't told much as to what happened or why I was there. I did not give any consent. I was released with little information. I did not receive anything in the mail in regards to this matter or any bills. I happen to be checking my credit report when I saw that it was in collections.

      I was out of work and injured January 7th 2022. I was admitted to the ** and applied for emergy medical at that time. To my understanding everything has been taken care of at that time. December 12 "California Business Bureau, ran a hard inquiry on my credit for an "installment loan or are bank account", which I never authorized. They did not flag, me until 2 months later. Now a year later they are charging me interest of $433.34 in addition to what they claim i already owe $2389.00. I have no contract, with them not have I agreed to any kind of a payment with them. This is not my debt. It's absolutely absured that they are playing with my livelyhood.

      However, we can confirm that the consumer has not responded to any of our many phone calls or statements sent.  We can confirm that her medical insurance alleged was not effective at the time of service per the original creditor and that is why we have a past due balance.  We encourage the consumer to follow up with her medical social worker regarding her eligibility concern and then contact our office after with the outcome.
