    Like the others here I ordered various items from Binoid and they showed receipt of my order and the next day showed it as shipped (label created). Waited about a week and never recieved the package so I contacted them through their email and never heard back. It has now been 2 weeks.. sent them another request because status still showed shipped but was still in label created mode. Contacted them again and heard nothing back. So today I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me immediately. Such terrible customer service!

    This company is terrible,I have burned my mouth and my hand and do have video showing this and the hot oil spitting out of the mouth piece and running down the cartridge. They knew this particular cartridge was defective and I was told they were replacing it in December. I'm not the only one who had issues with this particular cartridge.

    All the positive 5 star reviews are from binoid! These people are total scammers. Not only is their product junk, but customer service is nearly non existent. They totally lie about their product. It's hemp. No thc. Junk.

    There are many things wrong with this business. They are telling me that I have to take care of this issue with the post office. First, I ordered on the 22Oct and the package shipped on 23Oct. I waited for my order when it was supposed to arrive. It never did. Then on Saturday, 27Oct, the tracking said it was awaiting delivery. I sent an email to Binoid asking about this shipment and they told me that they will get an update within the day or two. So I waited. Its now 1Nov, they messaged me back after the first 2 times I messaged them but after my 3rd message responding to them about my post office not being able to help me locate my package, I asked for a refund, and I havent received any responses. (That message went out on 30Oct.) My tracking number still says that my package is awaiting delivery. The post office lost my package and they are claiming that it was stolen after delivery. But they never marked it as delivered in the first place. If I see the same tracking alert as the post office and its the same this that Binoid sees, how are we running into issues where Im the one who has to try and deal with this issue? The customer shouldnt need to jump through hoops to find their lost package. This isnt the way a business is supposed to treat their customers. I paid for some products that I expected to receive. Binoids shipping policy is flawed and the proof that my package hasnt been delivered is blatantly obvious. Still, they havent been responsive to my final two emails and Im now at a loss for the products I paid for. I cant trust a business who doesnt try to take care of their potential customers. Pls dont fall victim to their heavy advertisements and if you do happen to order, I hope your post office delivers it properly and wont lose your package. I dont want anyone else going through this headache the way I am right now.

    ******* been over a month no product received. They claim they are not responsible for shipping issues. They agreed to reship the order and I requested it be shipped *** requiring signature which they agreed to and they shipped it usps.Customer service with this company is ********% trash I can get an infant to listen better

    I purchased 3 vape pens my first order. Had to give them all away. First, the terpenes were so heavy that all 3 pens tasted very artificial -- the opposite of what I wanted. Second, had to take several hits just to get a mediocre buzz. All 3 were not strong enough and tasted terrible. I wrote 3 separate reviews and Binoid refuses to post them. Notice that ALL their products are 5 star? That's because most are FAKE. Beware of this company and read the other reviews.

    Based on the rating here, it is clear, I am not alone. I ordered ****** worth of product from this company on 9/11/24, I received a notice that it had been shipped on 9/12/24. After waiting a week and receiving nothing, I reached out and asked for them to please look into why the **** tracking had the shipment still sitting in ***** "pending acceptance" when it had been there for more than a week with no further updates. I got a lame excuse and was told to contact them again on 9/24/24 if it still hadn't arrived. I didn't arrive so I said if they ship a replacement, I wanted it shipped by another company, not ****. They refused so I said I want a refund, I had to order product from another company. I was told that they don't really give refunds so they had to escalate. They then came back with the statement that they would have to wait until the end of this week for them to even start processing a refund. I ended up having the credit card charge reversed through ****** I have been a loyal customer and have spent thousands of dollars on their products but there are plenty of other competitors in this space.

    They sent me old and expired pens a few times. First time they sent a replacement & sent pictures. 2nd order they sent me expired pens and gave me credit to buy products equal value. I just had to send the product back. I stuck with them even though i couldnt get the original product i wanted. Next time i get a product that was damaged, tasted burnt, i simply asked if i was able to replace the burnt one at least. Then they said that its past the refund window & said i have had replacements on this account already. So basically i got accused of fraud by the online chat ******** seemed like he blocked my account. Now im having to email them to get my account unblocked. This company has been a nightmare so far. I literally did nothing wrong and getting penalized for it.

    ******** customer service. I ordered a vape cartridge and after opening it realized it doesn't fit in my device. I asked if I could exchange it for one that does and they refuse to take it back because I opened the package even though it's unused. So,I'm stuck with something I can't use and the money is down the drain. I will never order from them again.
