On July 2nd I ordered an Inmotion RS scooter from Voro Motors, received it on July 9th. Everything was fine until I took it for a spin for the first time one July 11th and soon realized that there was excessive play/wobble on the steering. I spoke to the cust service team and they advised that I tighten a few screws and that should solve the issue. We agreed that I would take it for a spin on July 14th and re-visit this on July 15th to see if that worked to take right measures because I did not feel safe, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. On July 13th I decided to prepare for the next day as I was riding early in the morning, but another issue came up. An error code 209 which I did not know what it was which prevented the scooter from functioning. The rear brakes, lights and rear motor was not responsive. At this point I believe this is a defective item and per their return policies it would qualify for a full refund. After many emails and back and fourth they told me that I was responsible because I put 33 miles on the scooter, but how would I know I have an issue if I did not test ride?. On their website it says that if there was an issue that I would qualify for a full refund which is what I was requesting, but they do not care about my safety rather keeping the sale. I filed a dispute with Affirm which was my form of payment. I asked to speak to management and I was never allowed to present a case with management. They then told me in order for them to give me an answer to my complain that I would have to drop the dispute and they would help me, but they did not. They are holding me to a 20% re-stocking fee for a unit that is not functioning. They acknowledge this and insisted in replacing the unit. I had no choice for a full refund now since I can no longer start another dispute. I do not think this is fair practice considering I have a defective unit and I no longer have confidence in the product. I would at this point would request a full refund.Initial Complaint

On July 18, 2024, I placed an order with Voro Motors for a scooter (Order Number: *****B). According to their shipping policy, the expected delivery time for the US is 4-5 business days. However, despite this policy, my order was not shipped until July 25, 2024, significantly later than their stated timeframe, via ***** and ground. As of today, I have not received the product, and the tracking information shows that the package.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Voro Motors, requesting an immediate update on the status of my order or a full refund. Despite these efforts, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.Initial Complaint

On February 28, 2024 I bought the ***** Cruiser S scooter from Voro motors in ********, ********. In April, after two months of buying it the battery voltage will drop from 52 V to zero and the scoter wouldnt work. I went back to Voro motors and told them about the issue and they said that this is a voltage drop issue so they took the scooter gave me the old battery and told me that they would contact me back when the battery is changed. No one contacted me back and whenever I call they say that they will call me back and never do. I went to the ***************** location a couple of weeks ago and it turns out that they closed that store for good. When I called again they said that they dont fix scooters no more and they sent my scooter to a third-party store in ********* who will fix it , the third party store contacted me and said to fix the scooter it needs a new battery worth $550. I told them it should be covered under warranty then he said I dont know about that. You have to speak to Voro Motors about it, when I called them again they told me theyre gonna call me back never did. The scooter has one year warranty and should cover the battery. I spoke with ****** and **** from Voro motors multiple times and they always say theyre going to call me back and never do. I been in this circle for months now. I purchased an electric scooter (Emove Roadster) from Voro Motors in ** in Nov 23 for $5,800. When it came the charging cap was broke, the machine shakes violently - gave me one front tire to help but it still shakes and is a life threat now, the steering stabilizer came loose while driving and the scooter started wobbling violently where I almost crashed. 30 days later the scooter quit working, I still have a warranty, but the company is ghosting me and not helping. I'm still waiting after 20 calls to **** and no one is willing to help, keep promising me parts and nothing is delivered. This has been a nightmare, and I cannot afford to just throw away that kind of money, I'm a hard-working American that wants justice from this company that will not do the right thing - shameful!Initial Complaint

Never in my life have I dealt with such dishonest practices and horrible customer service as I experienced with Voro! We purchased $1,700 worth of parts, all of which you can see pictured the quality right out of the box. They sell parts advertised as brand new, make you wait a lead time like they aren't in stock, then wait to tear parts out of other scooters to sell as brand new parts! Once I returned everything to them by spending $300+ to ship, they now blatantly lie and state that both the existing battery and the new battery had water damage and will not repair or refund. These parts were never installed in a scooter or ever taken outside. At this point, they now have roughly $5,000 worth between the scooter and all the parts. They refuse to repair, provide refunds, or return my property to me!FRAUD ALL THE WAY AROUND! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE!!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased scooter in April of 2023. I have had a series a breakdowns and bad parts that needed to be replaced. The company as before offered the option of do-it- yourself or sending scooter in for repair. Since my purchase, they have upgraded the controller spare part for my scooter which is completely incompatible with my scooter. I have been trying to get Voromotors to send a repair authorization which they still have not done despite my sending multiple photos and videos of the problem as best I can. I would like my scooter repaired replaced. That's it.Initial Complaint

I placed an order 88407B with for a controller on May 22, 2024. The item was listed as in stock and even offered the option of an extra cost (which I purchased) for expedited 2 day shipping. On May, 30, 2024, I inquired as to why my order had not shipped. I was told by ******, a representative/assistant, that my part would be shipped until mid to late June as thats when the new shipment of controllers would arrive. It appears Voro Motors is adverting products for sale that it does not actively have in stock without disclosing this to the customer. - Personal: My concern for the part arriving on time is that the I am changing addresses and the part could arrive when I no longer reside at the shipping address. When I stated that I might need to cancel my order I was told that if I were to purchase the same part again I would lose my place in line for the controller. - items that are not in stock should be labeled as back ordered or non-in stock. It seems/appears that my purchase including the option to option to offer expedited shipping is in bad faith to the customer and false adverting on their behalf. - the item cost $50.00 and was offered and purchased the expedited shipping for $12.04.- I am not the only customer complaining on this matter and this needs to stop.Initial Complaint
