We suggest the consumer confirm the order was placed with Clothing Shop Online and charge was made under that name.       I ordered a shirt on October 15th and allowed the **** business days for it to ship. It never shipped and I emailed the ************************ to inquire about when my order would be sent. Instead, the email bounced back, stating the ONLY way to get in contact with this company was a dead end, since the email address no longer exists. This is unacceptable and I hope to see my card refunded for the amount plus the shipping and tax.

      Ordered clothing on October 17, 2023 Order #******** I never received a rather large box of items that I paid for on October 17, 2023. I have contacted them multiple times (I think that it has been six times, as of yesterday) via "*****************" inquiry reference #******, to no avail. He/she simply ignores my emails. By the way, the Clothing Shop Online's motto is "We promise we won"t let you down"?

      Hello,

      We are terribly sorry for the issue encountered with the order. After a bit of searching, we see the carrier delivered the box to the customer's neighbor. It may be possible that it is still in their possession. 

      As for the delayed response, we are terribly sorry! The agent assisting the customer was out of the office and our system did not reassign the inquiry as it should. Thankfully ** is back in the office today and has notified us that they will be reaching out to the customer shortly to assist on the matter.

      Our apologies again for the issue encountered. We hope to get the matter resolved very soon.

      Ordered from Over-Apparel on 8/22/2023, order #****. Item purchase price was $91.86, I paid an additional $15.00 for express shipping (3-5 days). Total charged was $106.86. Never received the item and no phone number listed. Tried to email and it states "problem sending". Address listed as ************************************************. Our company, Clothing Shop Online, sells blank apparel such as t-shirts, sweaters, sweatpants, etc. From the link provided, the items purchased were fashion garments such as dresses, which we do not sell. We are not affiliated to any other websites other than our own. 

      Due to this complaint being for another company, we are not able to assist on this matter.

      I purchased clothing in the amount of $34.95 from this shop on 07/04/23. I have contacted this business over and over again asking for the status of my order. They said it would be here in **** days. It never arrived. Half of the time I never get an answer back to my emails, so I can't even count how many emails I've sent them. I've asked for a refund, and the company won't respond. I don't know where my package is and at this point I want my money back for taking so long. Order # *****.

      I received my order of 2 t-shirts and a dress. I ordered the same size t-shirt as I always wear, yet theses shirts were too small. The dress I ordered was made of a fabric that was extremely thin and and poor quality. I followed the companys return policy as outlined on their website and requested a return code and address. They refused to accept my return and refund my money even though my reasons for the return were legitimate and not excluded from their return policy. I have contacted them repeatedly, but to no avail.

      Emmiol website notes can return just need to work with customer service. Once you submit a request for refund, they offer other solutions and do not refund. The clothes are brand new and need to be returned as they do not fit.

      - Purchase made Dec. 16, 2022 for three sweaters for $115.17, resulting from a ******** add I saw.- Received sweaters on approx. Jan. 20, 2023. - None have fiber content listed on garment. One was fine; the other two made my skin incredibly itchy. - Reached out Jan. 24, 2023 via email to ***************** to request a return for the two I can't wear. No response; emailed again Jan 30. - Back-and-forth emails were late night replies from the company in broken English; "If you still want to return, you have to know that you need to pay for the return postage" then "Sorry, US$34 is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it? Our return address is in *****, its not worth to return for you." Return shipping paid by consumer and a return address in ***** are not mentioned on their returns page. - I paid $79.18 for the two items, the last email received from them indicated "The best we can offer is US$40 now.Can you accept?Or you can return it to below address at your cost." - *********************************************************************** indicates garments need a label with "the fiber content, the country of origin, and the identity of the manufacturer or another business responsible for marketing or handling the product." The garments have none of these. I just want my $79.18 refunded.

      I ordered merchandise through this vendor a month ago and they refuse to provide any shipping information or order status. They've had my money for a month and I have no product and no timetable for receiving it. The vendor has no phone number to reach them. I believe their website is a fraud. I've reported the transaction as fraud to the credit card company and am contacting the police where the company is registered. The company is registered to an address in ********, ****************************************************************. This address is known to be used by fraudulent vendors.
