      I purchased an item from a Poshmark seller on 2/24/25. Per Poshmark policy, sellers are supposed to ship within 3-5 days. If seller fails to ship item within 7 days, Poshmark is supposed to cancel the order and refund my money. Poshmark failed to do this. The seller did not ship for 10 days. By that point, I had left town for an extended period of time with no way of collecting the package and verifying the item was as described (which Poshmark only allows 3 days to dispute any issue), not to mention, not having the item to take with me. Also, the item will be sitting outside for an extended period of time unsecured out in the elements of winter. I immediately asked Poshmark to cancel the order when I was notified that the seller finally shipped it on 3/5/25 - 10 days later. I was told I could not cancel but I could return the item if it wasnt as described. Clearly not understanding the fact that I was away and couldnt verify anything due to the seller violating Poshmark policy in sending this so late, I restated the issue again and requested that Poshmark make this right and accept the return/request it to be rerouted/credit my account - something to make this right and not make this my burden. Poshmark AGAIN ignored what I said and stated that I could just check the item within 3 days of delivery. I responded AGAIN asking to speak to someone else because ****** either couldnt read or didnt get this basic concept. My request was ignored and no one bothered to respond. This isnt right. Sellers are supposed to ship within 3-5 days or I get refunded and the order cancelled. This was shipped 10 days later. I have no way of verifying that the order was as described. Not to mention, its going to be left outside without any security. I would like a refund and the item to be returned at Poshmark or the sellers expense since both violated Poshmark policy.

      I am rejecting this response because: The delivery policy was not the problem. The problem was that the seller violated the SHIPPING policy, and Poshmark violated its REFUND policy. Not shipping in a timely manner is supposed to result in a cancellation of the order. This response does NOT address the issue AT ALL.

      Per policy, sellers have up to 7 days to ship an order. If they fail to do so by the 8th day, the order can be shipped for delayed shipment, but must be done so by the buyer. Poshmark does not auto cancel orders unless they remain unshipped after 21 days. This case has come to a conclusion.

      this week I received two items both were damaged when I received a refund on due to mail damage the other one I sent him picturesand the item was damaged did not show damage in the picture but if you look very close at the picture it shows a small crack so it was sent to me damage and I'm trying to get a refund and they are giving me the runaround I'm very upset and not be purchasing any more merchandise from Poshmark as soon as this is finished I will delete the app completely and advise anybody I know notto shop I'm very upset with the customer service I sent pictures and everything and now they're asking for more pictures

      I was scrolling through Poshmark pictures for about 60 seconds last Tuesday. I stopped and looked at an item but didnt even click on it. An hour later I went on my bank app and saw that they charged me $96.17 for that item. I immediately notified my bank but didnt want to close my debit card to have to fix all auto payments. They stole my money through ******, so I called them. They took a report and said to call back in 8-10 days. Poshmark has no phone number listed for customer service! I send an email to them telling them I never made the order and they need to refund my account. I received a form letter stating I would hear from them within 24 hours. I didnt. Then I get an email that they mailed the item I told them I never ordered, but they mailed it to the wrong address! Since then I write daily and get the same form letter, which they dont ever respond to the theft. How they got my ****** is a mystery. On Monday, the day before this happened, I had very invasive dental surgery and have very deep cuts, two implants and stitches across the entire side of my mouth. I mentioned this on a ******** Poshmark page with sellers of used clothing. A woman responded Im taking too many meds LOL. Others laughed too. I told her not that it was her business, but the doctor offered me opiates and I declined. Anything I put on their page about the scam, they delete. I do believe that many of the sellers know they are stealing and are participating! Not all by any means. But they have over ***** members and not one of them showed any concern that the company they are selling through is stealing peoples money! Thats very revealing. Fortunately ****** is probably going to refund my money, but this company needs to be shut down NOW. I cant imagine how many people they are stealing from.

      I started selling on Poshmark in 2024 and I had good ratings and satisfied customers. I redeemed my money in December 2024, I was given a expected deposit date of January 3, 2025, however, I never received it. I checked with the bank and they informed me that a deposit never attempted to come through from the company and suggested I reach out to them. I emailed them and they stated that if I did not receive it by January 8 then I would be sent a automated message to redeem a different way. However, that message never came. When I log into the account it still states that it is "in process". I had another sale in January and I redeemed that money via a different method and that was successful. I contacted Poshmark several times over the past 2 months and they refuse to write me back regarding the money. I've sent them screenshots of the December redemption that has never been completed as well as the January redemption that was completed. I contacted them so many times that they deleted my items and closed my account. I emailed them from my personal email address and they responded to that email but to my business email stating that someone was going to contact me, but that was over a month ago and now they ignore any emails I send regarding not paying me for December. Customers paid for items that they received and payments was released to me but Poshmark has not paid me those funds.

      I ordered clothing twice from one of their Ambassador level 2 sellers. The first time, 11 days after my money had been charged they said the seller hadn't shipped it, but they were paying him anyway, but not to worry I would get my money back two in several days. I eventually got my money back. I decided to give this "honored" seller a second chance at order d similar clothing. Again my money was tied up for ************************************************************************* However this caused me to miss out on another sale of the exact same clothing. This has happened before with them. A company legally cannot hold your money for payment for an item it never intends to send you. This is obviously the case and I missed out on getting the clothes I wanted as a result, not to mention I wasted a great deal of time and energy. This is clearly a bait and switch tactic to get you to buy the same clothes at a more expensive price. They also earn money on my money by having it tied up for all this time. They are doing this on a large scale and they need to be stopped. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for this happen in ngbso many times.

      I purchased a dress from a seller on Poshmark that had multiple pictures (stock and those taken by the seller). The dress was completely opaque in every picture and the seller even took the time to note an issue with the inside tag. Upon receiving the dress and trying it on, the back of the dress was completely sheer (totally see through- my entire bottom half was visible). The front (chest) of the dress was also sheer enough to see through as well (to the point the color of my areolas were visible). The style of this dress makes it difficult to wear undergarments and due to the sheerness I alerted Poshmark and requested a refund. I provided 2 very clear pictures taken in natural light showing the sheerness. During that process I read that Poshmark encourages sellers to take pictures in natural light (which apparently was not the case for this dress unbeknownst to me). I was told that my claim was denied and that I should have asked more questions, that the dress was not misrepresented by the seller. I refuted that I had no indication to ask about the sheerness of the dress based on the multiple pictures shared by the seller, presenting the dress as opaque. I requested to escalate my case multiple times and they refused, saying once a decision was made there was nothing more they could do. The pictures listed by the seller should have shown the sheerness as opposed to presenting the article of clothing as purely opaque. I am at a loss as to how a person can sell an article of clothing that is sheer and get away with doing so. Poshmark claims they work with both parties to find a fair resolution but that is unfounded. They make a profit off of all sales and I am concerned this affects the best interest of buyers. They lack authentic customer service.

      I am rejecting this response because: the item is SHEER. It says lightweight in the description which does not fully describe the sheerness of the item. There are requirements for sellers to post pictures and Poshmark states to use natural lighting. If the item was photographed in such lighting, it would be evident how sheer it truly is. There are other people who have had a similar experience and this should be noted when selling this item.

      I purchased a pair of Ugg boots on Poshmark. Order #**acccf7e0f2ce6fb59a96a4 . They were advertised as "Gently worn before they were quickly outgrown- beautiful condition". I already have a pair of the boots and wanted another pair. These boots were so strecthed out that they don't stay on my feet. The pictures show the very obvious difference between the shoes. I don't even think they looked at the pictures. Now I have a pair of boots that I can't wear because someone completly stretched them out. They denied this claim.

      I am rejecting this response because they keep referring to it as fit issue which is not my complaint. My complaint is I have the same pair of shoes, but they are discontinuing them so I wanted to get another pair. These were advertised as "Preowned: Gently worn before they were quickly outgrown- beautiful condition". You can see from my picture that there is one of my shoes, which Ive had for at least 3 years, and the one next to it is so stretched out at the top that it looks like someone with really big calves were wearing them. They don't even stay on my feet because the opening is so large. I have no clue why they can't see that.

      I sold a pair of glasses on Poshmark on February 8th. After the buyer refunded the money, I didnt receive my glasses. I contacted Poshmark customer service, and they told me that if I didnt receive them before March 6th, I could contact them and they would give me a solution. However, I still didnt receive my glasses today, March 6th. I contacted them, and they told me to find the logistics company myself. They determined that my glasses were fake without any evidence, and then refused to deal with them.

      I purchased a pair of OOFOS sandals, size 8, that I usually wear. The sandal is a size 8, yet they are too big. I sent pictures showing my foot in the sandal with about 1 1/2 inches of room left over. They refused to let me return and refund my money saying, "I should have asked more questions" before purchasing!!!

      I bought a pair of women's jeans through this buying/selling platform less than two weeks ago. The jeans were new with tags. $30.0O plus shipping. The title of the item clearly stated, in these exact words, " ****** Boyfriend Women's Mid Rise Tapered Leg charcoal Jeans plus Size 22." That's all it stated. Period. For some reason, Poshmark doesn't require their sellers to elaborate in any description as **** requires & as a result, most don't. Poshmark will contact you immediatly after they know you have received the item, trying to force you to accept the sale. Most of the time, I won't for the very reason behind this complaint. Why is there this tight deadline? In this case I did not have the time to open the package immediatly. **** must buyers be forced to do this? As per Poshmark, buyers have only 72 hours to accept or approve the item or the sale is considered final. I have purchased here before & most of the time it was an okay experience but its certainly not my favorite or preferred buying platform, for this reason exactly. This am, I opened the package, looked at the jeans & immediatly seen the fabric was stretch. I looked at the tag to confirm & was confused. I prepared to check into this immediatly to see if this was my mistake but first I tried the garment on. They fit but because it wasn't the traditional boyfriend **** I thought I was buying, it was stretch, it drooped down in the back from my waist, not fitting me as expected.,I contacted Poshmark tonight expecting that it was going to be a negative experience. it was. Within ten minutes of me opening the case, they ruled against me stating the seller had a photo of the tag that read stretch on it. Also, of course, I was supposed to take action in ************************************************************************* a photo? That is ridiculous. I spent about $37.00 on this. The seller was negligent in her wording and ************************************ is allowing her to get away with this.
