      I sell on the site Poshmark and I made a sale that was delivered to the Customer from their Website and I have still not been paid by Poshmark for the item/sale. I have the receipts and all. I tried reaching out to Poshmark 3 times now with NO response. I need the funds I am owed. It says you must wait 72 hours from the time the item is delivered to the Customer to get the funds I am owed for the sale released by Poshmark and its been over 72 hours now and I still have not been paid and they have not responded to any of my emails about it.

      On 6/25/23 a fraudulent order was made with my personal financial information to Poshmark without my consent. I did not give permission for this order/I did not place this order. I reached out to Poshmark immediately (6/25/23) and have not received a refund as of 6/28/23 and have been unable to get any assistance regarding this matter. On 6/28/23 I received this fraudulent order which did not match the description of what Poshmark stated was fraudulently purchased. I have attached a picture of miscellaneous items I received in the mail which clearly does not match the description listed on Poshmark website. THIS WAS CLEARLY A SCAM, I am request a full refund of $64.45.

      Hello,I purchased Chanel 23p square crystal ** logo necklace (Order 64863f6c93db23879a92c225) on June 11, 2023. I paid over the threshold for this item to participate in Poshmark Authentication. I was under the impression Poshmark authenticated this item properly until I actually saw the exact necklace in a Chanel boutique on June 23, 2023. Upon seeing it in store, the stamp code that is on the clasp was clearly different than the necklace I received so that is when I knew there was an issue. I went ahead and paid for authentication services from Dr. ****** where it was deemed NOT authentic. I took this information back to Poshmark, and they are still deeming it authentic and sent a certificate. Since the necklace is in my possession, I am unsure how Poshmark could properly take the required photos for authentication on their end. I went ahead and took this information back to my authenticator, where they are still disagreeing with authenticity. I sent Poshmark photos of what the stamp should actually look like on the necklace from Chanel, which is exactly how it looked in the Chanel boutique when I saw it in store. There are obvious differences shown with the numbers on the stamp. Also, the seller of the necklace is known for selling fakes. I researched their listed items and found two instances so far where her Chanel necklaces were not real. I sent this information over to Poshmark showing in the past they have caught inauthentic items from the seller. This needs to be looked into because there are clear differences on the stamp clasp of the authentic versus inauthentic necklace I was sent. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: Poshmark provided me with a shipping label to mail the necklace directly to them for re-evaluation as my authenticator still deems the item not authentic. I have provided proof with pictures regarding what the authentic necklace pendant and stamp should look like. I mailed the necklace and it was delivered to Poshmark on July 3, 2023. I am still waiting to hear back from Poshmark regarding a resolution to this case.

      I purchased some shoes, Everlane size 9.5. Seller insists they are US shoes size. Clearly they are not, they have a stamp on the sole stating made in *****. They are way too small and narrow. I requested a refund from the seller and from Poshmark. Poshmark sent me an email stating my request was denied. Here is their response via email: Poshmark Support Tue, Jun 27, 2:40?PM (17 hours ago)to me Hi *******,Thank you for the email. According to our records, we requested additional photos on 6/22 "Clear non blurry photo of size stamp on both shoes in natural lighting".Because we did not receive these photos within the specified time frame, we were forced to deny the return and are no longer able to offer a refund.Thanks for your understanding. Best,*** Poshmark Community Team I requested a return the same day I received the shoes, sent 5 photos within days and the 2nd week I received a denial email. Please help this is so wrong and Poshmark should have communicated and worked with the consumer.

      Regarding order #***f945699611e65e34f44ed, the Poshmark dispute management team thoroughly investigates every claim and compares the photo proof with the listing and any comments. After further review, Poshmark requested photo evidence from the buyer, as the original photos they provided were not sufficient enough for Poshmark to assist. Since the buyer did not provide the appropriate photos, the return time expired and the claim was resolved. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

      My son ordered shoes on Poshmark platform on June 5th. The advertisement said it would ship in 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I noticed the tracking had not changed at all. I reached out to the seller who claimed they didn't see it and assured they would send ASAP. The tracking has not changed and it is past 3 weeks later. I elevated the chat to include Poshmark support and they have yet to respond to help resolve the matter. I reached out to Poshmark via their email support 2x and have not received a response. Poshmark has had my $277.32 since June 5th and I simply want my money back. I have not received the item purchased and quite frankly this all feels like a scam. I just want Poshmark to respond to the issue and refund my money.

      I signed up for Poshmark and they asked for $500 paid that then they asked for $200 paid that then they asked to send $200 more. Thats not right to ask for money to open an account. I asked for a full refund but they keep asking for money. Please have them to refund my money to my account or release the account for me to be able to get my money. 1. I assured you 100% 2. We are legit company and I assure you your money will be credited 3. We assured you once you provide it your account will be credited within 25mins 4. This is the last money of paying us This is what I was told and it did not happen.

      The Poshmark app is letting many scammers on the site both sellers and buyers especially in the *********** and I flag the listing to Poshmark and they do nothing about it.It's really bad though...tons and tons of sellers claiming to have a full shoe size run on rare sneakers but it's all a scam.This has been going on to long and they really need to be notified or taken down.

      Order ID ************************ I purchased a pair of sneakers on Poshmark on May 24, ******************* $688 and never ended up receiving them. The shoes were supposed to be delivered with a signature from me since the order was over $400 but somehow the delivery took place without my signature on June 3rd, 2023 at 1:35 pm which was not supposed to happen. I was not home during this time since I was working from 8am - 5pm and upon arriving from work I did not see a package despite the delivery showing that they had been delivered. I have contacted Poshmark about this issue several times and have done everything that I was told to do yet my issue has still not been resolved. At the moment I am without my order and without the money that I used to place the order and it has been a whole entire month. The customer service has been no help to me. They keep telling me to contact **** and **** keeps telling me to contact poshmark as they are the ones that I purchased from and are the only ones that can resolve my issue. I did not expect an issue like this to happen when ordering $688 worth of merchandise from this site and would just like my issue to be resolved. I am very frustrated and disappointed by the way Poshmark has handled this situation. I hope they do the right thing and help me with this issue as I have been stressed out for many weeks over this. They have a policy in place to protect buyers like me from issues like this occurring but arent standing by their words. I find this totally unfair as a paying customer of this company.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by a Poshmark team member but they did not resolve my issue. I am still without my order after an entire month and a couple weeks after I initially purchased the item. I am also without the money that I used to pay for the item. This is totally unfair as I paid for a service and Poshmark didnt follow through with it. The company states they have a buyer protection program but when an issue happens they do not want to help the buyer and will basically tell them that they are on their own. This is not what I expected when I spent several hundred dollars on this site. All I want is to have my order refunded for the issue that occurred or at the very least a store credit so I can at least purchase something else on the site with the money that I spent on the item that I never received.

      I am rejecting this response because: I contacted poshmark customer service again and still have not received any help. The customer service agent is telling me the package was delivered on June 3, **** which makes absolutely no sense. They told me to contact **** to locate my package but I have already been to the post office multiple times and they told me that this is an issue that I take up with the company I purchased from as they can provided me a replacement or a refund. I want my issue resolved. Either a reshipment, refund, or a store credit will be good enough to make me feel like the issue has been resolved. I have been going back in forth with this company for 2 months and I dont have the item I ordered. IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND I STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE.

      On 6/21/23 I made a purchase of a **** Tiempo through Poshmark, Order#****b75469ef1a0efa41b25 for the total amount of ***** however the seller cancelled the order stating that the item was already sold and he had forgotten to take the listing down but I was charged more the purchase which is still on my credit card account.Ever since, I am having quite a hard time getting any response from anyone regarding a refund.

      I didnt know my account was deactivated because I do not be on there checking my closet. So I noticed someone purchased sneakers and payment says pending. So I ship the sneakers not knowing they changed the rules and you have to get a prepaid card and put ************************************************************************************* to not open it and take pics of it before they activate my account Do then we go through all this back and forth on email I had to get another card sent them the pics I didnt open it but then i go on my account and they didnt activate my account t but they took my money 500 dollars and then send me a email saying they cannot activate my account until i give them **** dollars on another card so they have my 500 dollars on hold until then **** isnt right and zi want my money
