      I purchased an item on 3/14/2023. I received the item on 3/15/2023 however I was not home at the time and got home on 3/19/2023. I did not realize that the 72 hrs was up on Monday 3/20/2023 nor did I realize that I had until then to confirm the item. I was suspicious so I posted this item on Mercari to see if this Chanel wallet on chain was authentic or not which I had taken more photos of yesterday and uploaded then and paid a fee to do so. I was notified today that this item is not authentic. When I had gone in Poshmark to try and return the item I learned that this seller was not available to message as all of their listing on their account are gone. I reached out to Poshmark and provided information to them and I have not heard back from anyone. This item is counterfeit and illegal to sell on any platform and I paid $350 for this item that I was scammed on. I took screenshots of the listing and the sellers photos as well as I have the email confirmation indicating that this item is fake.

      I purchased a Louis ******* bag, from Poshmark Marketplace. I purchased the bag February 18,2023, Order No.#**f19e6cb28d0bf8774e23c4, Price $299.00, with tax $324.61. after receiving the bag, about a week later I went to usethe bag and realize the interior of the bag was sticky and felt gritty. I initially, I requested a refund stating that the inside of the bag felt nasty. Then the seller reach out to me and some suggestions to the issue. I really wanted theban so I was going to make it work. In my opion, it was a Vintage Louis *******. the . I notice that the strip on the bag was about to snap and part of the trim was missing. When I purchased the Bag the of the looked Great. However, the opposite side had the damage, that was not shown. Once again I reached out to ************************ informing them of the situation and that I just anted my money back. I did know the bag was that Damaged and I should have been told. My request was denied

      I have used poshmark many times and have never had an issues, but I placed an order on March 10th 2023, Order number #*****f0b0ffb4b2a7fdb7348 and I received my order on march 16th, The item came damaged without the seller saying anything about it in the posting. I contacted the seller and they said they "didn't know", I was able to sew the item so I just accepted the order but I had already placed an order with the same seller on march 14th 2023,Order #***e64648e1e700d0d959f93 and it had shipped so there was no way to cancel it. The order arrived March 20th 2023, and it looked fine, so I accepted the order and went on about my day, and My boyfriends brought up the item was lookinf weird in these 2 spots, I looked closer and it looks like the item was ripped and the seller attempted to sew it up, there are hanging strings from where she attempted to sew it. I've given this seller over $200 of my money and I'm left with faulty items not once, but twice.I've reached out to posh **** with no response. I've sent to different inquiries and videos and they haven't response to any . As someone who uses poshmark often this is disappointing to have poor service from the seller, and from poshmark themselves.I'd like to have my money returned to me due to this matter or I will not be using poshmark ever again.

      Hello, my user name is @*************** 3/4/2023, I've purchased 1 pair of **************** Toe online through Poshmark from.seller @u9h for a total of $135.00 which totals to $153.70 due to taxes and through the purchase from Affirm with a monthly payment price of $38.42. The order number is: 6403a2736e1273abb4f2c764. On 3/13/2023, **** marked the package as delivered which wasn't the case. I first contacted **** and advised them that I have not received the package even though on numerous occasions I've followed the tracking number. A representative from **** advised me that I have been defrauded by the seller due to the package having another name and address posted to it. I immediately contacted Poshmark to explain that I have not received the package and wanted to file a complaint as well as a full refund. This after trying to contact the seller which I have been unable to. Poshmark claims to state that they havereceived my email and that their team is working as quickly as possible to answer your questions. It is now 3/20/2023 and I have yet to receive an response or resolution to my problem. I am extremely upset by this situation as I have been defrauded by the seller and nothing appears to be done about it.

      On 8 March 2023, I sold a pair of shoes for $500 on Poshmark. The item was delivered to the buyer on 15 March 2023 at 12:52 p.m. According to Poshmark, the company automatically releases earnings 72 hours from the delivery of an order if the buyer does not accept the order. As of 19 March 2023, Poshmark has not released the funds to me. The buyer has neither opened a claim nor accepted the order. I have reached out to customer service for assistance, but I have not received a response.

      I was told by another Poshmark ambassador that I could get a Poshmark credit for my refund for $441 that I never received. On Nov 28 ****** promised me a full refund for this missing or stolen package. Another Poshmark ambassador said same thing happened to her and she got a Poshmark credit.I like my refund or a Poshmark credit for my missing package.       On March 11, 2023, I bought a jacket listed as nwt (new with tags). The seller's pictures (attached) also showed the item as new with tags, with the tags an button packet attached to the size tag. When the item arrived, it was clear that it was worn and not new with tags. The tag and button packet were missing and the jacket showed a lot of signs of wear with the color rubbed out in a lot of places. I opened a case with Poshmark, following their procedures to detail that the item sold was not as described. Poshmark then marked my case and order complete with no explanation. I submitted photos to Poshmark and the item is clearly not as the seller advertised. I request a refund in full for the amount of the item plus shipping. The pictures listed as Capture 1, Capture 2, and Capture 3 are the pictures from the seller's post of the item. The images of the item I received show wear and color fade at the edges of the sleeves, the edges of the collar, and the edges of the coat. This is not a jacket in the condition the seller described. I am also attaching proof that I complained about the issues on the day I received the item - completely within the accepted time frame.

      I purchased a Kyodan workout jacket on, March 12, 2023 from Poshmark.com. It was being sold for, $14.00. I paid a total of $22.74 ($7.97 for shipping) the seller, @rioacuaria123, per Poshmark policy, was to have shipped the item within 3-5 business days. It is now, March 18th and my order still has not been shipped. I have contacted both the seller and Poshmark numerous times, neither have responded. They dont give an option of canceling the order, so I am unable to do anything at this point. I have requested a refund more than once since I paid extra for shipping and it has not been shipped. I feel I have tried more than enough times to contact the seller and Poshmark in regards to this issue, with no success. I have attached screenshots to verify these claims.

      On March 6, 2023 my credit card was charged $13.56 by Poshmark. I purchased a Hearts of Palm brand turquoise t shirt in women's size large that was supposed to be in new condition but it is defective (it has a hole in the fabric on the sleeve area). The Order # is 640333f48e1e705dea5da6d7 I would like to request Poshmark to please provide me with a full refund of $13.56 which includes shipping cost I spent. I have contacted Poshmark via email asking for a full refund but they respond back via email and refuse to give me a refund back/ credit back my money to my credit card. Poshmark does not have a phone number to contact their business so I have contacted them several times via email and also included photos that shows the hole in the t shirt. I explained my concerns about the item being defective and requesting a full refund. I hope BBB can please assist me with my request to receive a full refund of $13.56 back from Poshmark. Hopefully, Poshmark improves on their customer service because it has not been that great of an experience for me in my opinion. Thank you
