      I made a purchase of a YSL bag on Poshmark. Upon receiving the bag I noticed that it had a strong odor of old perfume. Since I am fragrant sensitive I realized that I could not use the bag and the bag also had more wear than stated by the seller. I immediately informed Poshmark of the problem with the item and requested a full refund. After many communications Poshmark has refused to return my money.

      I sold a collectors doll over 30 years old to a lady for $399 and the doll was successfully delivered to her residence on Friday August 26th. According to Poshmark rules and user agreement, the buyer has 3 days to either initiate a return or payment is released. The buyer said she did not receive said doll, and it is now going on 6 days since delivery and Poshmark has neither released my funds nor initiated a return. They just keep emailing me saying its under review!!! I WANT MY DOLL BACK OR I WANT MY MONEY!!! Its that simple!! Im done with these companies thinking they can do whatever they want and steal money from whoever they want with no recourse!!!!!!

      Order #: 620479e8584b3d4f8105389a Tracking #: ********************** Total purchase: $583 have purchased a used Louis ******* purse on poshmark. My purchase date was 2/10/2022, but I didnt receive the purse until 3/1/2022. The pictures in the listing are gorgeous showing nothing wrong. The title and the listing description says the purse is gently used. The purse I received is full of scratches. It has dents on the hard shell. Its missing the glazing part and so on. The purse is damaged to me. I opened a case trying to make a return. On 3/2/2022 they rejected my return request. The reason is I didnt ask more information from the seller. I have told the listing is not misrepresented. I, then, complained to poshmark three times after that. Nobody heard me. on 3/2/2022,Poshmark auto accepted my order for me right away even though Im supposed to have three days to decide to keep the order. Beyond that, I am not allowed to give the seller reviews and rating. The function has closed on my end. I, then, went to commended under the listing about the purse I received is damaged. They are supposed to have a better description. There is no harmful comments, no personal attacks, no bad words. Poshmark deleted all my comments. I waited for 18 days and received a damaged purse for a total of $583! What is a gently used purse look like? I dont know anymore. I did send the pictures of the purse to https://www.fashionphile.com/to get an evaluation. The condition of the purse is not accepted by the website. Is it a proof that the purse is not gently used that the seller is misrepresented the purse in the listing? Since when the customer need to behave like a detective to figure out if the seller is not being honest in the listing? If the customer is not good enough detective she has no right to return the purse simply because the purse has been authenticated by the headquarter. I need to return this purse.       As a customer, I have been shopping on ******************** for the past at least two years. I had returned bag not true to the listing. This bag is in very used condition. It is damaged! Poshmark is helping the seller twisting the fact. Poshmark should have used common sense to work in the business. Return the purse not asking a customer who once trusted the app to resell the purse back on poshmark to trick another innocent customer.

      Poshmark accuses me of selling counterfeit items and suspended my account on Aug. 27 and held my pending sales of $408. I reached out to them and sent them my in-store purchase receipts, screen shots of my online Closet which show the quantity of the item I have bought, the screen shots of my purchases from the store register that one of the store sales clerk took for me. I also told them I also have email receipts of my in-store purchases and videos of me packing each item for everyone of my buyers. And most of my buyers already received my items on Aug. 29. Their accusation has caused tremendous stress to me.

      Hello, I bought an "apple watch" from Poshmark on 20/Jul/2022 and the watch was fake, I made a report, sent photos to Poshmark and they sent me a return label that I used to return it to the seller but supposedly the package was lost in transit on July/30/2022 and now Poshmark has been ignoring me and of course they haven't refunded my money. They are responsible for responding because I used their label to return it and once the post office scanned the package my responsibility was over and I should have gotten my money back but it seems they are punishing me and not the seller for selling fake stuff. Which I consider a robbery. Please help me with this matter. Thanks for your time.

      I sold a silver 925 skull ring on Poshmark.com to *************************, The listing on the site had pictures of the ring and it was clearly stamped 925 on the inside of the ring, the description stated what the ring is also. ************** said the ring was not what he ordered and filed a dispute and wanted to return ring. Poshmark decided in favor of ************** for some reason and gave him his money back and he was able to return the ring. He never sent the ring back to me so I tried to contact Poshmark to see if they knew when ************** was sending the ring back but did not get a response. I went on the website today, 8/30/2022, and the suspended me from listing and purchasing anything. I don't understand why they first of all decided for the buyer of the ring, and secondly, why they suspended me from activity. The date ************** purchased the ring was 8/4/2022, and Poshmark resolved the case on 8/18/2022. I still have not received my ring as of today,8/30/2022.

      Customer bought pristine Burberry slides. I have several photos of how they looked before sending to customer. She obviously wore them, got mud all over the soles and scratched them up. She sent photos too. Poshmark sided with her and I got no money from the sale($190 sale). They did give me $55 Poshmark credit to shut me up. I dont shut up easily. Their support just runs you in a circle.........no real answer from anyone so I gave up with them. Asking you for help.

      Purchased merchandise on 8/1/22 amount $958.10, it went to authenication from owner, then was shipped from poshmark arrived at my local post office on 8/11/22 said was out for delivery at 6:17am. Has never been rescanned since.post office claims they do not know what happened via email and via phone with Branch Manager. Poshmark claims they are looking into it........But only getting the runaround and no email repsonses for over 5 days about what is going to be done... I sent them a copy of the email saying it is lost.. Totally ghosted by this company... Disgusting !!! I will never buy from them again and telling all my friends the same. This is wrong this is almost ***** dollars I am out of.....

      I wear a 34 inch waist pants, I ordered a 34 inch waist pair of pants on Poshmark. The original photo on the site listed them as a 34 inch waist. When I received them they didnt fit, I contacted Poshmark and sent a photo to show the gap when trying to get them closed. I was expecting a reply of, sorry about that, return the item and when we we receive it we will refund your money. That is the reply you would expect from 100% of companies in the 21 Century, however this is the response I received:Re: Order Id ************************ Dear Posh,We are sorry that you had issues with your order. Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return. As a courtesy, we have added $5 in Posh Credit to your account which can be used toward a future purchase. You can also keep the order and there is no need to ship it back to the seller. We hope you are able to find something else you love. Here are the reasons why this order does not qualify for a return:- Poshmark does not support returns due to fit issues. We recommend that buyer's ask as many questions as possible regarding fit, color, style, material, etc.- Sizing can vary by fit and was not misstated by the seller - Posh Credit given as courtesy - Welcome to relist in closet I got this after I went through PayPal to get it resolved.Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, this does not qualify for an item not as described return per our guidelines.       According to their policy I followed all the requirements before I purchase, when I received the item it was not the size that was posted on their site, I was delivered a pair of pants that are not the size that they said it was, so yeah they dont fit, that they dont fit is only a consequence of them not being what they portrayed them to be. So actually the issue is not a fit issue rather a misrepresentation of the product on their platform. They are trying to change the situation to fit their bogus policy. I will return their defectively labeled pair of pants and I expect a full refund and they pay for the return postage, anything less is unacceptable!

      Watch return Re: Order #**ed263757357c6adc59c8c2 My Apple Watch was purchased by a Poshmark buyer on 8/5. Before I sent the watch I took it to TMobile to make sure that it was ready to be reset. However the buyer was unable to sync it to her iPhone. Unbeknowns to me , the watch was still with Apple as one of my devices. With their instructions the watch was removed as my device and a message verifying this was sent to the watch itself. I requested verification of this information from the buyer several times to no avail. Shortly after that she filed a request to return the watch which Poshmark approved on 8/11. I have not received the watch back. I have been in contact with Poshmark on an ongoing basis to no avail. Regardless of the information that I have sent them their responses dont even reflect that. as it was a technical connection issue and nothing physically or aesthetically wrong with the watch, but they stated that they would requesting pictures of the watch from the buyer. The funds paid by the buyer are in an on hold pending account. I have requested that the funds paid or my watch be returned immediately. In one of the multiple emails they stated that funds would be released if the the tracking on the watch did not begin by the 23rd but that they still might extend the time by a few day as a courtesy to the buyer! There is no evidence that tracking of a return has begun, but today on 8/29 they are giving the buyer more days to even begin the process of return. Aside from the obvious inconvenience and how inappropriate this whole process has been I am quite concerned about my watch itself to come back in the condition that it was sent, so this has been an extremely stressful situation, mainly because of their lack of any meaningful customer service conversations or responses.
