      I am a poshmark seller of several years and we pay some of the highest seller fees out there with the promise to be protected from scammers. A customer fraudently destroyed a robe I sold for $26, posh did not read the case and allowed the return. I now have lost my $26 sale AND have a destroyed item I cannot sell. It was in flawless condition when I mailed it. I have emailed poshmark and received the run around from ********. They gave me a measly $13 shopping credit which is useless it does not cover the cost of a replacement item. I need the $26 refunded to my account so I can direct deposit. The costumer scammed me and poshmark failed to protect me.

      I sold an item on Poshmark app 10/26/21 and printed shipping label on 10/27/21. My elderly father lives in my home and used my label to ship his Amazon return in error. Poshmark sends an email notifying the buyer and seller that package has started tracking so I was alerted to the error same day. I notified Poshmark immediately (on 10/27/21) that the wrong item was shipped and was assured of a process to rectify such situations. Using the tracking details provided, I verified package was still in my city so I presumed Poshmark would notify **** and stop delivery. Concurrently, I also notified buyer of situation and requested that the package not be opened should it get delivered. After 2-3 responseless days, I received an auto-generated email from Poshmark stating my package was delivered. I reminded buyer incorrect item sent and please don't open package. Sent another email to Poshmark through "contact us' option on App to escalate issue. Waited a couple more days, no response. Buyer then digitally "accepted" delivery thus notifying me my $5.05 credit was now deposited so I contacted her again. Story changed and she was now unsure, has been travelling and moving and will check on "tools" when she can. It should be noted that I never told her the package contained a $100+ new tool set so this confirmed she received and opened package. Sent another email to Poshmark further escalating issue on 11/03. No response. Also sent messages to buyer asking if Poshmark has been in touch and/or if she's returned package. She acted confused, has been sick but said no label or contact from Poshmark in email or junk folders. Today is 11/11/21 and I have not received a response from Poshmark nor the item belonging to my father. He is now approaching the return deadline and may not be able to return. The communication from Poshmark has been non-existent and does not give confidence in their process or future transactions. I'd like my item returned immediately!!

      On 10/29/21 I purchased ******************* High OG Hyper Royal- Size: 6.5" from Poshmark.com, order ID: ************************, for a total of $214.50 USD.On the website, it states that "Poshmark sellers typically ship within 3-5 days of the order placed date. Rest assured, if your order has still not shipped after 7 days, you can cancel your order. At that time, you'll be able to cancel the order from this page."That said, as of the date I'm sending this complaint (11/11/21), the order has not yet shipped, and the status has been ***** Expects Item For Mailing (ssk), November 1, 2021, ***************" since 11/1/21.I've tried to contact support twice, through messaging, which is the only way available on their website on 11/7/21 and 11/9/21, requesting a refund, but no response was received from support. The 7 days stated above on the website has passed and there is no link or any way on the website to cancel the order and get my money back!There is no was to contact the seller and request a refund an no way possible to get my money back.Please help me get a full refund asap, and resolve this massive inconvenience!Thanks!

      On 11/4/21, I ordered a Brahmin purse for a total charged to me of $114.27. Order Number: 618490318be9130b95bb28d0. After purchasing the item, I became very concerned that it was not authentic. The account had only this item posted and several other accounts had the same photos. So on 11/7 I initiated a request to do a return. They requested photos of the item to determine authenticity. It never arrived. Tracking says delivered on 11/8, but I can't find it anywhere. So I need a refund. I have sent them 6 messages. No one is responding. I reached out on instagram. They said my case was closed on 11/8. That is a DIFFERENT CASE - that one was for a pair of earrings. That case (Order Number 618201b2ca86646c0f78509b) has been resolved. I need help with resolving the issue with the purse. Please help me get someone to respond to me. It is Poshmarks' policy to refund for packages stolen in the shipping process so I need help with the refund. They are clearly very confused because of the 2 cases. Please help!

      I purchased an item off this c*** site they say they protect you and I truly dont see how they dont even get back to you!!!! They send you an automatic response pretending to be a real person saying to check your mailbox or next to the mailbox real intriguing you cant put a jacket in the mailbox and I have had the same mail driver for 22 years not to mention all the security cameras I have around my home !!!! The item I purchased was a jacket that was never delivered!!!! If anything it was a scammer and I have all the proof the post office has the evidence !!! The postage doesnt have my name and it has someone elses name and a different address yet its tracking number is the one provided!!!!! Right there is proof enough and I have sent it to this horrible company with no response!! Its like they want to be sued !!! Im going to definitely contact the police and make a report this is ridiculous Poshmark customer is horrible !!! Next my lawyer will be getting involved.

      I made an offer on an item on Poshmark.com on 11/2, I will include a photo of the post. My offer was quickly accepted for $240 + tax. I received tracking info from Poshmark 11/4/21 **** **********************. The package was delivered not to my address but to an address nearby - *********************************** on Friday 11/5. I only discovered this after numerous calls to my local post office and speaking to my mail carrier and opening a service request with **** #********. What I ordered and what I received were 2 completely different items and its apparent I am a victim of a scam by Poshmark and their seller. Pics attached, what was in the package was leaves/lights. They intentionally sent the item to a wrong address to buy them time because the buyer (me) has 3 days to accept the order within Poshmark site before they release payment to the seller. Ive sent numerous emails to poshmark and messaged the seller and all have gone unanswered. It appears this is a common issue with Poshmark as Ive seen other complaints from people like myself dealing with the same issue.

I purchased a pair of ************************* Black Caress 55 Bootsfrom her - Order Id ************************ - whose opening would not stretch to allow you to out boots on !! Even though size was correct.

      I bought a pair of boots on POSHMARK that were listed as size 39. I always wear a size 39. They were very expensive, I know the brand, I was thrilled to find them.When they arrived I was surprised to see that the 39 was much smaller than the average 39. This was not mentioned in the description of the boot. Had it been, I would not have bought them. It was a dump and run sale. I contacted POSHMARK who said too bad, here is $5. My complaint is that they were misrepresented as a true 39- there should be an honesty clause and poshmark should back up the purchaser.
