I recently sold a necklace that was in mint codition. I had pictures, very good ones to back my claim, but the buyer claimed the item was damaged. It was and I believe the buyer did it to circumvent Poshmarks return policy. Poshmark sided with the customer when they should of worked with both in this situation. I have an excellent seller record and reviews. Why would anyone knowingly send a damaged piece to someone? My pictures showed it in mint condition. Poshmark stated they have no way of knowing the condition when shipped, yet that's why they have us upload photos and give detailed descriptions. This is about how they made me feel as a seller. I want credit for the sale. This is a multi-million dollar company and they can do better. This could have been handled better.

Poshmark is a big SCAM. I've had 3 sellers cancel my orders because I don't trust them to ship. That speaks VOLUMES. On order ID #************************, instead of crediting my order for $64.45, they CHARGED ME AGAIN! And 2 other orders - Order ID #************************, and Order ID #************************, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY, as their letter STATES I would be. As soon as I get my OTHER orders I paid for and the other sellers had SHIPPED, then I will close my account with Poshmark. They are a criminal enterprise, and I see that the sellers sell counterfeit items, which I hear is against the law... I will also be filing chargebacks since I don't see the "IMMEDIATE REFUND" they claim to have issued!

I sell items on poshmark. A woman bought a dress from me and wanted to return it because she thought it was green when instead it was silver and black metallic. Poshmark allowed her to return the item, however the return address they gave her was not correct even though the addresses listed on my account are correct. Since the item is now missing poshmark told me to contact ***** **** will not help so Ive been trying to get in touch with poshmark to get paid for the item since it is missing because of their error and I will not be able to resell. They are blatantly ignoring my emails, I have reached out to them on social media and they are ignoring me there as well. They lost my package and they owe me money and to not respond is extremely unprofessional and this seems to be the way they treat everyone from other accounts I read.

I purchased new **** Spade shoes based on the description and photos provided by the seller (known as @alyssonc). I paid $107.45. $100 for the shoes and the rest was for shipping. The shoes arrived damaged and I immediately contacted the seller and Posh collectively. I provided pictures and tried to resolve it on my own with **** Spade customer service but was told they could not be fixed.Posh offered me $10.00 to settle the issue, which I did NOT accept. Posh ignored that, posted a $10.00 credit to my account, released the money to the seller, and closed my case!! Forced me to accept the damaged shoes. In violation of their own published buyer protection Posh did NOT follow their own Poshmark Protect policy. They should be held to it.Additionally, I was not able to post a rating on the seller. Also unfair.

They need to reply with specifics to my complaint.

Well, they are just avoiding dealing with this. I attached a robust PDF which did include my efforts to resolve this directly with customer service.  They did not respond or help me.  That is the only reason why I contacted BBB.  If we can get back to the point without reflection, they violated their own purchase protection policy and forced me to pay AFTER I immediately notified Poshmark of the damaged goods.  I provided pictures of the post, I provided pictures of what I received, I filed a complaint with Poshmark customer service.  THEY decided reimbursing me $10.00 was satisfactory, without my approval since I did NOT accept the $10.00, and then took the rest of my money from AmEX without my approval.  I don't know who they have reviewing these complaints, but this is quite disturbing.  I am attaching, again, a copy of the supporting evidence - please note that it is ten (10) pages.  Poshmark should review all ten pages.  Poshmark has a duty to return my money, per their own policy.  I provided the proof and evidence.  I did my part.  I complied with contactingthem immediately.  Now they need to do their part.

      Sincerely,

I sold 2 items on Poshmark.com - a pair of ***************** boots and a pair of Louis ******* jeans. I received payment for the boots credited to my Poshmark account and was told that the buyer who got the jeans ended up wanting to return them. I never received the jeans back in the mail and began contacting Poshmark to ask on the whereabouts of this return. After 1 month I still had not heard back so I reached out again and this is when they accused me of selling counterfeit jeans. This is absolutely NOT true and they have no basis to accuse me of such things. That does not give them the right to steal my jeans and not pay me for them. They have no customer service number to call and I have sent countless messages to their support to inquire about my jeans. After multiple attempts to rectify the situation, Poshmark then suspended my account which means not only can I not contact them about where my jeans are but I cannot deposit the funds I received for my sale of the boots.

Regarding order #****b5f1fdcbf682388814e5, the Poshmark dispute management team thoroughly investigates every claim and compares the photo proof with the listing and any comments. After further review, Poshmark found that the item is not authentic. Please note that Poshmark does not support replicas/counterfeit items being sold on our platform as this is against our selling and buying policy. For this reason, we consider the case closed.

I am rejecting this response because they are not returning my item. Whether they think it is counterfeit or not, I do not care. Either the person I sold the jeans to kept them and never returned them, or they are in Poshmark's possession. They said the buyer was returning them but I never received them and never got money for them. I either want the funds for the jeans or the jeans to be sent back to me immediately.

      Complaint: 15899320

I am rejecting this response because:

I just spoke with a rep from ***** She said Poshmark printed out a shipping label, however never sent the package out, and it's still in their possession. Thus, **** can't do anything to intercept the package because they don't have access to it. They don't know where it is and can't access it because they have no information on it. **** said they've been waiting for the package since August and Poshmark needs to send it out for shipment. See link below.

The package was never shipped therefore Poshmark is in possession of the item. They can either ship it back to me or pay me for the item. The pants were absolutely NOT counterfeit and any rep at Louis ******* would be able to verify that immediately. They were my brother in law's pants and he happens to an incredibly wealthy man who is most definitely wearing real Louis ******* jeans. I demand to know what process they went through to determine such a false claim.

The package has now bounced within the **** system since Sept 15.The seller was listed as being from ********* but the shipment was from ********. The Poshmark seller has since removed all listings they previously had, including the item I was charged for. I purchased a pair of Prada shoes through Poshmark website on September 3rd, 2021. On September 10th of 2021, the shoes arrived at my apartment where my roommate received them for me. The shoes looked totally normal in the box. I attended a wedding on the 18th where I wore the shoes for the first time and within minutes the shoes started to disintegrate into pieces as I was standing on concrete. The sole of the shoe was sticky which appeared to be adhesive. I explained my situation to the customer service representative and she insisted I only had three days to return them from arriving at my place and offered me a 70 dollar online credit. I explained to her my situation that I was on vacation once they arrived and repeated that she couldn't do anything. I asked her how do I anticipate the shoes to get damaged with one wear. I've attached my flight info, customer service conversation, purchase recipe, and damaged shoes.

I purchased a pair of shoes off ************* for a wedding I was attending the week of September 18th. I had purchased the shoes while being in vacation so my roommate retreated the package for me. When I got back from my trip I got the package and tried the shoes on they fit perfect but the sole of the shoe were a bit sticky. I didnt think anything of it because I was saving the shoes to wear at the wedding I was attending that weekend. The day of the wedding I noticed the sole of the shoes was slowly crumbing as I wore the down to the reception. As I stood in the grass the shoes started to disintegrate making the shoes unwearable for the rest of the evening. I contacted poshmark about my purchase and they said nothing could be done because I didnt return them within the three days of the shoes arriving. I explained to them about my travel situation that i wouldnt have been able to do that because I was on vacation. They refuse to help me and said it was my fault I didnt return them.

I have been selling on Poshmark for years. Suddenly on Sept. 19, 2021 my closet disappeared with no explanation. I wrote their customer service center since there is no way to contact them directly. I got an email saying I had listed counterfeit items and my account was closed. I DID NOT counterfeit items. This is a FALSE CLAIM that they have not discussed with me. They never contacted me to discuss this issue and there is no way to pursue any kind of contact. I have proof of sale of every item I sell and they are all 100% authentic. What kind of business does this? To a good seller who has earned them a lot of money over the years. I have a proven track record of being an honest seller and this sudden removal of my store from their site is unacceptable.

A Poshmark buyer sent a offer which I accepted on 9/4/21. Then she asked if I could cancel the order as she wasn't sure of the size. She requested that I ship which I did on 9/7/21. I made sure to inspect & record a video of the boots the day I was packing up for pick up. As soon as the boots were delivered, buyer opens up a case for "not as described". She states that the shoes are missing 2 additional rhinestones. I upload my pictures & and provided information to the customer service team at **********************. They ended up letting the buyer return the shoes and only gave me a partial credit. Their exact statement "Although we do take all information submitted by the seller into consideration when deciding a case we must give weight to the most recently taken photos of the item." Basically, a seller can do everything right but if the buyer intentionally damages the item, takes the most recent picture, they win. Posh closed the case and now I'm stuck with boots I cannot sell.
