      Bought a pair of 34x 32 Jeans from Posh **** as advertised in the listing. I was sent a pair of 33x32 Jeans Case opened with Poshmark and provided photos of the tag on the jeans to show that the seller misrepresented the item.Poshmark sided with the seller and told me to re-list the item This is unacceptable and this kind of issue is protected by their buyer protection 'PoshProtect'. Poshmark customer service is now allowing sellers to list any size they want and ship any size and they will side with the misrepresentation seller.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response was business is a canned scripted response.

      This is a wrongful suspension and we believe someone or a competitor is targeting our listings and flagging them to take us out.

      We do not sell or posess counterfeit merchandise, All our items are authentic and authenticated.

      We may have to file a complaint through the ************************************** at the advise of our counsel.

      Our account is wrongfully suspended.

      I used Poshmark to sell a product and used their supplied shipping label to mail my item to a buyer. The item has gone missing within the **** and Poshmark customer service has not been able to provide any support. I have sent at least four emails asking for guidance on how to proceed and my inquiries have gone unanswered. My buyer and I are in contact and they have even submitted a request for help.

      I have purchased many items with this company. All of sudden they have blocked my account stating that they need to verify my account for 2 business days and it has now been 4 days. I got a return email from ***** stating that the GOVERNMENT issued Passport ID is not me and does not match my credit card information. I have 8 different credit card companies with the same name that is on my id. I can't figure out what is going on with this companies business practices. The only thing different which is my username of goldengirl5454. Otherwise my name Hope *. ***** is my birth name which is on my credit card which is ridiculous and this has been very inconvenient and I have never experienced this in my life with any bigger companies! I have encountered business with this company with other Poshers like myself and this has hindered me and is NOT good business.

      I paid an exorbitant 20% fee use a service offered by Poshmark, Poshmark Concierge. The service is paid to authenticate and verify a purchase matches the sellers description. Once these two conditions have been met, Poshmark Concierge repackages the purchase and mails it directly from their Headquarters in ********** to the buyer. I pay for this service to protect myself from buyers potentially claiming that their purchase from me is not as I described it to be.Yesterday, a buyer received their luxury purchase from me from Poshmark Concierge. The buyer wished to receive an additional discount, to which I said no.The buyer opened a case stating the luxury purchase was not as described. AND POSHMARK CONCIERGE APPROVED THE RETURN.WHAT???????The buyer is now saying she never wanted to return her luxury purchase, rather she was just hoping for an additional discount.I am requesting POSHMARK CONCIERGE RELEASE MY PAYMENT AND REFUND HER FROM THEIR OWN PROFIT.This is a HUGE BETRAYAL OF TRUST.WHAT is their 20% Concierge authentication and verification being paid to do, exactly????

      I sold a ***** T-shirt on Poshmark. I listed the photos. Someone bought my item. She said that there was an undisclosed hole which there was not. She filed a return when I got my shirt back. It had three holes in it that were not there before I shipped it out, Poshmark says they can't tell by my photos if the holes were there before or after shipment not only did the woman ask for a discount she said that she would get the shirt repaired and possibly keep it. She did end up sending it back but she sent it back damaged , every email that I get back from Poshmark as a generic response with zero resolution besides a $130 Poshmark credit I am now out a shirt it was worth $650. I sold it for $250 I received no money and my item is damaged from the buyer.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is the same generic response that I have gotten over and over again from Poshmark.  For some reason, I am unable to attach any images, but in my original complaint.. I have attached screenshots of the responses that are the same as this from Poshmark, As well as the images from my listing. And the photos after the item was received, which is circled in red. There were no holes or any damage done to the shirt prior to shipment. The woman received my shirt and she said that there was ONE undisclosed hole when I got my shirt back, there were THREE that were not there prior to shipping Item to buyer.  The shirt was originally $650 shirt I was selling for $250. Now I am unable to sell the shirt to anyone else because you were buyer damaged my item. Instead of $130 Poshmark credit I am willing to accept $130 in form of payment.

I've also taken the time to look into the buyer's history on our platform and did not find any reason to believe this user would intentionally mislead about the item they received as they have an excellent track record of buying with no problems".

      I am rejecting this response because: I have an excellent selling record. I have not sold one item. I have all positive reviews selling high and items. If you look in the comments, you can see someone ask if there were any holes or stains and I said no, I would not ever sell a damaged item.  I do not accept your response. How did you further inspect anything? If you look at the pictures you can clearly see in the listing photos. There is no damage done to the shirt prior to selling it!!! Although, when I got the shirt back there were three holes in it. I know the condition it was when I sold it and I saw the condition it was when I received it back because you approved a return based off of what you couldn't even tell that it was my shirt and the photos that she sent . The woman damaged my shirt on purpose or switched it out for an item that she already had that was damaged.

      An item was purchased in Poshmark on August 27th. By September 4th the item had not been delivered, so I cancelled the order. By September 9th, I still had not received a refund from Poshmark. I sent an email and received a response from a Poshmark agent named ******. She apologized for the inconvenience, gave me a credit and stated the order was cancelled and I would see a refund immediately. September 11th comes and still no refund, sent an email to the same Poshmark agent named again, she stated this time, the cancellation was almost complete and would be done in 24hours, then an immediate refund would be given. That was 5 days ago and still no refund. I want a refund! The item had been cancelled and Poshmark, your own agent said the item was cancelled!
