      I am so tired of a company that does not know how to run it's business. I have told Poshmark over and over that they need to have sounds like ****. They pop up everytime on your phone. When you get a sale it goes cha-ching I never miss a sale on ****. Offers pop up on my phone with **** with a distinct sound. Posh ****s sends everything to email and I have ****** emails. I've given up on emails because of all the mail. I keep begging them please add sounds to Poshmark. They can add a cha ching or some other sound. Poshmark is difficult to figure out. They can at least text us and I can get my own sound. I have missed so many offers because I get distracted and forget. **** is so easy they have sounds for everything I love them. I missed many offers because Poshmark won't add this feature I don't get it. Poshmark needs sounds to pop up on our phones when you get an offer and a message and a sale. I know I am suppose to check I do but I get really busy and distracted. Please, Please add sounds to Poshmark. Posh **** is so quiet it is errie and also it makes me look bad when I don't respond. How fun to add cute sounds its a no-brainer I missed another sale in december 2024 and just now saw it 3/25/2025 for *****. It was buried in my thousands of emails. I try to contact customer support but they never do anything. Thank You ******

      I reject Poshmarks response as it fails to address the core issue. Instead of providing a detailed explanation or proof of authenticity, they dismissed my case without justification. I have attached supporting documents, including comparisons highlighting the discrepancies and Vivienne ********* response confirming concerns about the item.

      Poshmarks refusal to take responsibility or enforce their own policies enables counterfeit sales on their platform. I expect a proper resolution, not a generic dismissal. I demand a full refund under their Not as Described policy, as the item I received does not match the listing in material, logo placement, and stitching quality.

      Dear BBB / Poshmark Team,

      I respectfully reject Poshmarks response, which is yet another copy-pasted message that fails to address the specifics of my complaint. Despite repeated requests, Poshmark refuses to:

      - Provide a detailed explanation of how their team concluded that the item is authentic;

      - Share any proof of authentication to support their decision;

      - Address the visible inconsistencies in logo placement, stitching, material, and missing or contradictory tags (i.e., Cowskin vs. Vegan).

      Ive submitted clear visual proof of these discrepancies and received a response from Vivienne ********* official customer service, who found the item concerning and escalated it to their legal team.

      Instead of cooperating or providing transparency, Poshmark continues to dismiss the issue with vague replies. I demand a full refund under their Not as Described policy, which they are currently failing to honor.

      This complaint is not going away with canned responses. I expect a meaningful review by a real human and a documented explanation with supporting evidence. I am committed to pursuing further actions until this is resolved properly.

      I was setting up my account on ******************** to receive payment for the items that I have sold and I was following the instructions from what I believed was a poshmark representative and come to find out, it was a scammer. I have reached out to poshmark through email and they stated that this was a scammer and to reach out to my bank and I reached out to my bank and they won't refund my money because I authorized the transaction. I never thought that I would get scammed from a well known company. The scammers took $289.72 in bitcoin out of my account which totals to $292.

      I was selling a pair of shoes on Poshmark and received a message from Poshmark stating congratulations that you have sold your first item and stated that the link below I had to copy and paste into the *** to take me to verify my payment information in order to receive payment from buyer. When copy and pasting the link it took me to another Poshmark page to verify my payment to receive payment from buyer in the bottom right hand corner was a customer service *** that want me through the process and come to find out it was a scam. I reached out to Poshmark and they stated that if I gave my credit card information out that I needed to contact my bank so I contacted my bank and they declined the claim because I authorized Poshmark to verify my card. Poshmark's response is not acceptable when they obviously know that there are scammers on their page and is not willing to do anything about the situations. I am no longer a customer of ********************** and Word of Mouth goes a long way so there will be a lot of my friends and family and coworkers that will make sure other people that they know will not use Poshmark as well due to the scam that I have been through and not getting a resolution from Poshmark.

      Purchased March 11, 2025, received them March 20, 2025 for $691.28.I am filing a formal complaint against Poshmark for misrepresentation, consumer fraud, and failure to honor its return policy.Issue Summary:I purchased a pair of shoes listed as "brand new" on Poshmark. Upon receiving them, I immediately noticed significant discrepancies, including:Visible wear and tear not disclosed in the listing.Loose and damaged studs that were not intact.Scratches on the leather, proving they had been worn.The condition did not match the sellers description or the authentication label provided by Poshmark.Poshmarks Response:Despite their own ************************* acknowledging the shoes were not in the advertised condition, Poshmark still approved and released the item to **** immediately opened over 10 claims in 2 days of receiving, providing extensive photographic evidence proving the misrepresentation.Poshmark disregarded my additional claims, stating that any cases opened after the initial one were not reviewed.They refused to issue a return label, despite their own policies allowing returns for misrepresented items.Instead of assisting, they released the funds to the seller, leaving me with a product that does not match the description and cannot be resold as new.Why This is a Violation:False Advertising: The item was not as described in the listing.Consumer Fraud: Poshmark's ************************* identified discrepancies but proceeded with the sale anyway.Unfair Business Practices: Denying my refund despite clear evidence and multiple claims.Breach of Their Own Policy: Poshmark's policies state that items must match their descriptions or be eligible for return, yet they refused my return request.Resolution Sought:I am requesting a full refund and a return label to send the item back to Poshmark.       My account was hacked there was suspicious comments and likes made to other profiles. I immediately contacted Poshmark who told me to change my password. They got back to me stating that all is well with my account. However now I can not make purchase, see my closet, or transfer my balance in my account.       Seller never shippped or communicated despite multiple attempts. Was told by poshmark that I could cancel after 7 days. Cancelled then got an email that I have to wait another 32 hours to see if it tracks (essentially going against their own 7 day policy), and if nothing tracks will get refund instructions. Never did so reached out to poshmark again. Says now I have to wait another 1-2 biz days to even receive instructions. So now after a seller never shipped, have poshmark not honoring their 7 day promise on I shipped orders. I want my refund immediately. Will most likely have to dispute this with my bank again as poshmark is being unreasonable

      I was watching a Poshmark live show and a message popped up if I wanted to be notified of when this seller was having live shows. I hit the NO button and all of a sudden I was the highest bidder of an item that I DID NOT BID ON! I immediately messaged the seller in the live show and told her that I did not bid, that I hit NO for live show notifications, and she said too bad. I immediately contacted Poshmark and they also stated all bids are binding, but they also stated that they are well aware of accidental bids and have taken measures to prevent this. I DID NOT BID! Poshmark purposely does this pop-up DIRECTLY on top of the bid button, so once NO is hit, it places a bid unknowingly. This is theft! Disgusting, deliberate, fraudulent, deceitful, greedy tactics. They know full well what they are doing placing bids for buyers unknowingly. Both the seller and Poshmark had every opportunity to cancel the order THAT I DID NOT PLACE OR BID ON, but they would not. They used funds from my account for the order, that I want reimbursed. Poshmark cannot place orders on my behalf. NO MEANS NO. I feel completely violated and taken advantage of. I was not interested in any live shows or any product from this seller. Seller was advertising ********* and everything she showed was absolute garbage that I would not want even if it was Free. I have no legally binding bid, as I DID NOT BID - POSHMARK bid when NO was hit. Fraud and theft! Absolutely deplorable tactics.

      Poshmark continues to facilitate a platform of fraud and deception. This why so many sellers have moved to Whatnot. I have been selling in this platform for several years and have continued to experience poor support as a seller. There has been an increase of buyers remorse in live shows and Poshmark does nothing to protect the seller. For order #**cd**f69ef2df564e580765 , the item was CLEARLY described and photo with a damaged button. The buyer opened a claim saying there was more damage, come to find out the buyer caused the damaged. When I opened a case with pictures that showed this claim should have never been allowed, they still removed the funds from my account from the sell. They violated there own return policy. If I cant have proper resolution here Im escalating this to the ************************ and filing a police report for damaged property. This continues to be an ongoing issue with Poshmark.

      I made a sell through Poshmark and shipped the order on February 28th, 2025, and the tracking on Poshmark update to the post office having possession of the item. After several days of the tracking number staying like this, I returned to post office, they told me it was delayed. I let the buyer know. After a few more days, I filed a missing mail claim w/post office. On March 17th, 2025 it showed it was out for delivery. Poshmark had cancelled the order saying not to ship item, when clearly the tracking showed the post office had possession of the item and I obviously had no control of it. I have contacted Poshmark support probably over 20 times via email and on the conversation section of the item purchased, there is an option to click on Help and Support. However, all of my messaeges/email have been ignored or they are answered by an automated response that says someone will contact me with 24 hours, or it will say it is being escalated to someone that can help, but it ends there. I am a single parent, the sale was $250, the buyer obviously received and keep the brand new iphone 15 still in the box, because Poshmark cancelled the order, and I never received payment for it. It still shows cancelled on my end. I have proof the buyer received it because she commented on the listing telling me she received it. I am beyond upset and frustrated with this.
