      Due to a bug in the APEX game on April 3rd, the game data was backtracked. However, during this process, my game account was banned. I had doubts about this ban and submitted it to the EA team. However, the EA team did not provide any explanation for my account ban and directly refused to apply for lifting it. In this regard, I believe that the EA team has harmed my rights as a consumer. I request BBB to propose to the EA team to lift the ban or provide the reasons for the ban.

      Hello, my APEX account was hacked in April 2024. When I retrieved my account, it was *********************** banned. I am well aware that my account was banned due to cheating after being hacked. I maintain a passion for Apex and have invested approximately $1600 in this game. After multiple appeals to EA customer service, they believed that I was a cheater rather than a victim and refused my request to lift the ban. I am saddened and also very disgusted by the behavior of hackers. I hope to help me obtain a fair judgment through you

I realized this was probably due to my account being hacked and I appealed to EA several times but unfortunately they were all denied. I'm convinced that EA didn't review my situation carefully and was just perfunctory. Last night, I unblocked my account and then discovered that I couldn't matchmatch properly. I couldn't match up with other players in three-player, duos, ranked, control mode, or even the April Fools' Day event.       243/10000 ??????I went to a nearby internet cafe to play APEX on April 24, 2022. On April 25, 2022, the EA official imposed an innocent ban on my account. I did not engage in any violations of game rules during the game, nor did I use any third-party cheating software that violated the rules. In the subsequent process, I appealed and applied for the official return of my game account. I made three appeals, and each time the customer service was perfunctory and their attitude was bad, automatically ending my conversation in an attempt to evade my demands. They can check my game trajectory and behavior, but whether the team conducted a serious search of my account, I expressed my concern. Doubt, I request the team to lift my ban, return my account, and return my innocence

But I never forgot my EA account because I didnt have my own bank card at that time. I found out about the service on the Internet that someone could help me recharge the game, so I found someone else to help me recharge the game. But the last time I was cheated. He used a credit card to recharge and made a refund, which resulted in my account being banned. I have appealed to EA, but they were all rejected.       I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: Despite providing EA with evidence that my computer, email, and Steam account had a history of unusual activity/hacks, they were unable to remotely resolve the issue in a manner that took into account the personal information compromise that resulted in my account being banned. Very dissatisfied with EA's response. They have since closed the case and refused to provide any details of their internal procedures that led to this conclusion (I'm assuming it was geo-location when I already stated my computer was compromised). EA has permanently lost my business. I can only imagine how many people have been treated the same way and are taking their money elsewhere. I strongly urge EA to reflect on how they handle these bans and censorship as these issues are not black and white.

      After I bought one of EA's 3D shooters, I was blocked from playing it. I complained to the company about this and was rejected, and the company replied that I was suspected of running malicious plugins in the background to destroy the game balance. I didn't turn on malicious plugins or software in the background while running the company's 3D games. The two appeals were unsuccessful, so now I want to complain to EA on this platform, please lift the ban on my game, thank you!

      I am trying to unlock my old game account that is linked under my school email. I do not have access to this email anymore since I graduated. I tried to contact support, but they want me to provide information that I do not have access too anymore. I was enrolled in school from the years of 2016-2020 so my account would have been created during those years. I only had the **** 4 game on my account, and i had several game and expansion packs. I do not have the card information or any dates of purchase as it has been so long. I know last year I was able to access my account on my windows computer, but it has logged me out. The date my account was last accessed was 2/19/23 according to my computer. I have spent an outrageous amount of money on my game and support has been no help. PLEASE help me unlock my account.
