I inquired about the program and decided to not proceed but now I get called everyday from different numbers and the hang up before I can even answer and tell them to stop calling. I've blocked the numbers but they just call from a different number later. Some days it's like four or five calls but they are so quick I literally can't even answer them if I wanted to. I'm tired of being harassed and my blocking doesn't work since they keep changing numbersBusiness response

I spent 45 minutes going over the phone with an agent. After, I was approved for a Debt Consolidation. The agent said he would read the agreement over the phone and wanted me to immediately sign up. Was VERY high pressure. He stated that it is company policy NOT to send the agreement in writing and I had to sign up immediately without written documentation. They want you to agree, start sending them money, all without getting anything in writing.Business response

Mr. *********,
Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.
We regret if there was any miscommunication during your enrollment conversation. Our agents diligently ensure they complete a thorough review of your enrollment agreement with you. During this process you receive the documentation and our agent completes the joint review to offer the opportunity for you to ask any questions real time. At the conclusion of the review, you then have the opportunity to move forward with enrollment or take additional time to review the document on your own.
Your feedback is a valuable tool as we work continuously to improve the customer experience.
Sincerely,

A while ago I applied to Accredited Debt Relief just to inquire for a quote. After the conversation I had with them I decided that their program was not a good fit for me so I made sure to let them know. They keep calling trying to convince me to enroll and even sending me mail letters. I called and requested to not be contacted again and that I was not interested. After a few weeks the calls had stopped but then they started again. At this point I started to block their numbers but for some reason they keep trying to contact me using different phone numbers and the mail letters started to be mailed to me again.I want the Accredited Debt Relief to stop all contact including calls, texts, emails and mail letters.Business response

A few weeks ago, I reached out to this company for information regarding debt relief/consolidation. When I mentioned I was not interested after hearing their sales pitch, the tone of the sales person changed to very rude and condescending so I hung up. I now get multiple calls a day every single day and it is getting tiresome. If I tell a company I am not interested and to stop calling, the least they can do is comply. I feel they are a predatory company who are more interested in money and less interested in helping the people who call them for help.Business response

I was just wanting to get information on potentially getting debt relief, but I keep getting calls from them even though I said to add my on Do Not Call list. Also when I spoke with the agent, I said I dont want to talk further and she kept engaging in conversation and saying she just has four questions and etc. I finally had to just say Im sorry Im hanging up please take me off this list. It was pretty annoying and made me feel bad for having to do that to their call agent. Please REMOVE ME from the call list.Business response
