This company called me today because I was looking in to consolidation loan telling that it would have no effect on credit they lied and in there report was inaccurate on the reason why thy just straight out lied about why they did not want to consolidate they just wanted me to settle with creditors there not in it to loan money I made it very clear that I can pay off the current payments weren't a problem I was just trying to save money this company is a joke. If this is what the bbb does well mafia comes to mind companies that makes money off payments. This will be on social media.Business Response

this business is making up stories there was no option. There correspondence was not true. They lied on there response. I don't think I even like the BBB for covering for a crocked company. I'm just mad about there reasoning they were sending out a email that was click ND paste. They told me that they wouldn't do business with me due to delinquent accounts. That is a lie! I don't want anything to do with this company and will make sure anyone I know dose business with them. And your company sticks up for themBusiness Response

Originally, I sought to consolidate student loans and somehow Accredited received my info from that process. Since then, I have paid off a substantial amount and I no longer require assistance. I work in an ******************** and am bombarded with calls daily from different numbers from the same person at Accredited. I have asked them not to call, especially when I'm with patients, and the guy (****************** believe) ignores my requests and rambles on. When I hang up, they call back an hour later. It's straight up harassment at this point and needs to stop before I purse other means of action.Business Response

Inquired on their website about possible debt consolidation but decided not to proceed. I did not even finish the application process but did receive a call within minutes of closing the browser. Since then I have been receiving multiple calls a day at all hours for weeks now. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me and that I do not want their services but they persist. I signed up on Tuesday 9/26 and spoke with ******* about using their service. After he recieved our private info he said he was going to call me back but never did. Now i feel this company is a scam. I inquired about services through Accredited Debt Relief and chose almost immediately not to pursue. I asked them repeatedly to remove me from their marketing emails, phone calls, and any outreach otherwise yet I continue to receive phone calls. Most of the time a the person hangs up the phone when I answer and I call the number back to AGAIN ask to be removed from the call list. This is a violation of my myriad requests and has crossed over to harassment. This is a warning to anyone seeking to engage with Accredited. I spoke with someone at Accredited Debt Relief about debt settlement and ultimately decided not to go through with the process. I have been receiving 5-6 phone calls a day. I finally told the caller to put me on the Do Not Call list and she kept talking. I finally just hung up. I just want to be placed on the Do Not Call list.Business Response

I filled out an online form for more information from Accredited Debt Relief several months ago. In the time since then I've told them I do not want their services but they have called non stop, several times per day, for months. Well over a hundred calls. From different phone numbers every time. A legit company would not do this and certainly wouldn't spoof a new phone number with each call.Business Response

Scam! I looked up a debt management company that is located in ********** and came across, Consumer ***************** Services in ** but when I called them, Accredited Debt Relief picked up and started to email me as soon as I gave my email. She said she has to qualify me for the program. I told her that nonprofit counselors provide free evaluation first and not try to qualify me for any additional programs. Did not want to answer my questions instead she was just interested in getting my personal information. When I did not provide it she got upset and hung up. This place is a scam, and they are not a nonprofit to help people out of debt. I don't even know why they exist.Business Response

I requested information about debt consolidation from Accredited Debt. I talked to a representative and decided not to proceed. Since then, they have been calling me several times a day and have been doing this for weeks now. I have answered several times and asked to be placed on the do not call list for this company and have asked them to STOP Calling me. Since then it has not stopped. Instead- each time I tell them Im not interested the lady badgers me and continues to ask why Im not interested. Its absurd. times and told them to take me off whatever list they have and STOP calling me. Not only that but it seems they have given my contact information to other companies who also continue to call me with debt relief offers. This is a violation. I never gave permission for this.
