    Never received service that I paid for. My family dumped everything we had to obtain service. I called Marble a dozen times to leave me messages about ZERO communication. He had no details of my case the day of my hearing and blew everything because if no communication. I am on the verge of ***** acting myself due to the poor representation. Nightmare of an experience.

    1). I am not rejecting business response I did not see what the response may have been. A proper response to me would be that would be acceptable  would be to email or call me directly to address the complaint and issues at hand with service provided by Marble Law. This did not occur and did not see response through BBB. 

    2). The fact I'm paying for representation and now having to go through this entire ordeal is completely unacceptable. I received nothing from Marble accept grief and emotional stress. No positive outcome has come through this and am being lied against from the Attorney but once marble reviews all phone conversations I had they can see I have been nothing but honest about the services from the Attorney. Not acceptable. 

    3). Would like a refund for approximately $3,000. This is what I've paid for which was nothing. I've never in my life paid for a headache. Which is all I received through this "business".

     October 29th, 2024.  I signed up for *******s. To establish paternity. And to gain visitation through temporary relief. I was promised to have a court date by  Christmas/New Years. The attorney ********************* Marble appointed to take my case currently has several complaints from me against him that are being directed through the Florida Bar and complaints against Marble being directed through the *************. The entire time I was a client of Marbles I had zero communication with my legal team. I sent multiple emails, documents, and left messages trying to get in contact. The phone conferences that were scheduled weeks prior the attorney did not attend. After I called Marble and left dozens of messages with their customer ******* members as well as asking to speak to the supervisor/paralegal. I explained at least a dozen times that the attorney ***** is not communicating and has missed the last 2 phone conferences his office scheduled. That the "Emergency ***************** ******* I paid for took nearly 5 months to get a court date. ***** is unprofessional and non-communicative. Simply doesn't care. His way of  "Establishing Paternity" was telling me that the other parent admitted that the child was mine. No DNA. ***** did less than the minimum that was required and I have everything to prove it. Important documents were given to ********************* that were dismissed. These documents would have helped me tremendously. However he disregarded everything I explained to him about me, the other parent, and even disregarded the witnesses that had shown up to court to testify on my behalf.  I explained ALL of these issues. *********************** assured me she would do everything she could. And I would be fine not to worry. Nothing anyone told me happened. Nothing anyone said is true. This is the issue. I achieved nothing, gained nothing,  got no where. I suppose that's what I get for trusting the people who are suppose to be the ones helping. Refund please!

    Hired law firm for my divorce. I was never told that there was a "scope of contract" and the words "will not finish divorce" was ever used or explained. They focused in on the "fair pricing" the firm offers. I had very little correspondence with the attorney, sometimes going 2-3 weeks before ever hearing back. He never explained that my "scope of contract" had been met and discussed going to mediation (which is apparently not part of the contract). I have contacted Marble Law with complaints over the last week and have never received a phone call back although they stated that they would call within 3 business days. I feel that I was mislead and manipulated into believing that my divorce was moving in the right direction, just to find out that it is at a complete stand still and has not moved forward since January 2024. I would have NEVER chosen this company knowing that they would not finish the divorce.

    I contacted marble Law April of last year. I heard they did a payment plan, and that was the best option for me financially. I started a payment plan of $78 a month to pay off $2000. I was told by Marble Law that they would handle my case with care and would talk to me throughout this whole process. As soon as I signed the dotted line and started making payments, Things look like they were moving. Marble Law **** up the divorce papers and had them served to my ex-husband. In return, my ex husband did not reply to the divorce. Since he did not reply, somehow, that was the end of that case with Marble. When I contacted Marble about moving forward, they said it would be an extra 5000. Long story short, I ended up having to go through the rest of the divorce process on my own. Going to the friend of the court and back to the court house trying to use Michigan free legal website help to guide me trying to find the right documents for this and that. I was doing things that Marble Law should have done. And when I would call back to get any free advice that I could use, I would get a cold shoulder from Marble. So I had to go through the hardest part of the divorce process on my own with no legal help that I was promised. I ended up doing ***** with my ex but Im no lawyer and somehow, in the end I ended up paying child support, just wondering what my divorce process would look like if I actually had Marble Law actually helping me. I am still currently paying on this $2000 payment. I got around $500 left to pay and I feel like Ive paid enough. I would like for someone from Marble Law to get a hold of me so we can figure out a solution.

    I started a case back in November of 2023 to move forward with a divorce. Paid $45 for a consultation and decided to go with marble. After I was asked to pay $1520.20 as a deposit for services. In total I was going to be charged around $7000 for all services suggested. I decided to do a payment plan of $185/month. I struggled to get in contact with my attorney and struggled to get a response on the paperwork being filed that would be used to serve to other party. I had to remind them and when I got it back all the information was wrong or had MAJOR typos. For lawyers you would think they would double check. Either way I decided to not move forward with this divorce and reached out to them in December. I assumed because of the holidays coming up they couldnt get back to me. Then in January I got charged $185. So I called and asked if they received my message. They had and sent me an email saying my case has been terminated and they would no longer be representing me. Thats fine, but then in February I still was being charged for service. I called and got the voicemail and left a message. When I finally called again at the end of February they told me because they wrote up the paper work I would still be required to pay the $7000. They never even served the paperwork to the other party. I dont know how they could still be charging me for services Im not even using. Very bad customer service and I feel like Im being taken advantage of because I dont know if what they are doing is even legal at this point.

    I do not accept this response because I have already reached out to Marble and got connected to someone finally. They could not explain to me why I was still being charged monthly payments to pay $7000 dollars. They explained services were provided but the only thing I received was a rough draft of the papers that needed to be served. There were many errors and instead of having them fix it, because they were pretty obvious errors, like mistyping my street thats Tubeflower, as Pubeflower, I decided to not go through with the divorce using you guys. So I was pretty much getting charged $7000 for just writing up some paperwork. I understand $1350 was a deposit and I dont expect that refunded but I want the monthly payments stopped.

    I paid this lawyer to represent me in a child support case 09/2023 to have my payments reduced and visitation with my child I dont have any paperwork nothing was never filed in the courts when I tried reaching out to him for weeks leaving voicemail emails to no avail my payroll checks are being debited for his payment at $250 a month I have paid $3000 dollars also the payments for child support are being deducted at a rate I cant afford which was the reach I hired him and I signed a contract where he charged me $8000 dollars the case was never filed and he claims he lost all my whole file that was supposed to be submitted to the child support division courts I believe he scammed me and just collecting my money and didnt do his job as my attorney

    On March 10, 2024 I retained Marble law to handle basic divorce paperwork in the ****************.On March 12, 2024 I had my 20 minute free phone consultation with Attorney ********************* On March 25, 2024 I called *********************** office as there was still no contact since the initial request for my paystub and recent bank statement. ***** at ****** office said it takes at least 2-3 weeks for initial documents to be drafted, they hadnt started yet, but would be that week. Just be patient. This prompted me to look at reviews for that office since I used to work for a law office, and although I did not work in family law, nothing took 2-3 weeks to just be started. Reviews on every site were terrible, highly unprofessional, utterly incompetent, using foul language during interactions, lack of skills, no attention to detail, important deadlines missed, crucial documents mishandled, lack of preparation, etcOn March 25, 2024 evening - used Marble Law online chat to let them know not to proceed, I did not want to use them. On March 26, 2024: spoke with Marble and advised I dont want to use ********************* they asked if I would like another attorney through them, I advised no since there is very obviously a lack of proper vetting with the attorneys they work with. Advised I wanted full refund since the attorney, nor his office, has even started working on my case. Marble said the would review and get back to me. April 1, 2024: Marble emailed that they would refund $625 out of $2,500. Since this is extra exorbitant for doing nothing, I asked for an itemized bill. April 2, 2024: their version of itemized bill is a list of services with no money amount mentioned for any of them. I have a copy of the emails I am willing to provide upon request.

    I hired Marble Services on March 5, 2024, and was told I would hear back from an attorney within 3 days. I did not hear back until after I told them I wanted a refund on March 14, 2024. At this time I reconsidered the contract and asked for a new attorney. I still not hear back, I was told on March 19, 2024, that I would receive a full refund within ***** hours. It is now April 1, 2024, and I have no legal representation or my money. I have called and left voicemails and I have texted, but have not heard from anyone. At this point, I would like a full refund.

    On August 31, 2024, I signed up with Marble Law to handle a child support modification. I agreed to the amount of $2,597 and monthly installments are being automatically withdrawn from my account every month. ******************** connected me with attorney *********************** who was very diligent at first. On September 5, 2023, ****************** emailed me a petition to modify, which was labeled as a dissolution of marriage. Everyone makes mistakes but that was an important aspect that I should have been a cause for concern. I provided ****************** my current child support order, plus the current cost of insurance. The petition was filed and accepted by the courts on September 11, 2023, and the process to serve the noncustodial parent was started. The server had the wrong address to serve him on file, another mistake but he was ultimately served. On October 31st I agreed to file for temporary orders and that was when the communication stopped. It is my understanding ****************** was supposed to inform Marble Law that I wanted to file the temporary orders and I understood that was going to be another cost. I emailed ****************** on November 30th asking for a status update. No response. I called his office, no response so I called Marble Law. He finally responded on January 16th after he received a note from Marble Law. I again agreed to filing the temporary orders and again I did not hear from ******************. On Feb 20, 2024, I told Marble Law that I have been waiting on some activity on my case. On Feb 20th, ******************** said she would look into my case and contact me with an update. I sent a reminder email on Feb 23d and Feb 28th. As of today, I have not heard from ******************, anyone at Marble Law or ******************. I would like a full refund and for the automatic payments to stop being drafted from my account. I wish I never signed up for this terrible service. The communication and customer service has been deplorable. And nothing has been done on my case.

    I hired Marble law to help me with my divorce case,The first attorney ************************,Left out the 250,000 401k monies, that,I kept asking her to include on the divorce petition, she kept failing to file an amendment. When at that pituculer,time she could have taken my husband default, but had him served by mail, instead of in person. She was awful, then the have me another attorney, he didn't do anything, we went to court, he said he forgot to let my husband know as instructed by the Judge secretary to come on to court, so it was pushed back again, my attorney apologized and then said that was the last service that he was supposed to provide and he will have to charge me $20000.00 ! For what Marble you didn't do anything!!! I was charged ******. And nothing was accomplished. They kept adding and taking away services, it is a mess,This is very disappointing, I have went through enough ***** with the Domestic violence and trying to divorce this man. Marble do better, I want the phone alls to stop. I don't have the money, for what services,I started the divorce, and had gotten fee waiver,! I have everything on my computer on how,I was treated and one of the Managers there at Marble said, "I was not treat fairly, When all the second attorney ask when are you going to sell your home and bumps up the price, why would I go any further? This is a mess! Now I am trying to do the settlement and, I was informed if ,I was to take husband default! I could not use the $250, 000 he had in his 401k, these attorneys are a mess! I am glad I found out in time. They kept trying to refund a 100 or two are you kidding me? My life and hone is at stake, it took forever, *************************** the first attorney was supposed to have my husband job, summons for spousal support, it took months afters and passed of to another attorney, or firm,now every ask me what attorney I had so the don't pick Marble law.

    Marble law has not responded and that is typical of them only to add services to which, they do not full. This is bad business for a law firm. And being tossed around from one attorney to the next,because the first one didn't know what she was doing, and the second, just wanting me to sell, my home with out a fight,and his on staff, telling me, with Marble law,the divorce could have been settled along time ago if ,the amended petition was served correctly, and not by mail, and adding on the *******, this is a mess. I already have to much trauma behind my husband trying to kill my daughter and I by trying to run us over! Is that how Marble law treats, thier DV victims?

    I cant recover my arrears from child support. The timeframe that I waited 3 years almost four my children are now 18 and 22 years old. I would have to start steps all over again. I dont have 3000 to spend again. I am flat broke and faced eviction. I trusted these people to handle my case and they failed me.
