I was assigned a lawyer *****************, In many conversations I told him I wasn't working any longer and wasn't able to make the child support payments, they began accumulating because the court date took six months. I expressed multiple times asking what do I need to do he said don't worry about the payments they will go away. When court came I was told that I had been relieved of paying but I had to pay the arrearage of $1,060. Mr ********** didn't ask any questions or request to ask for anything I wanted. I asked what happen to not worrying about the payment his response was well the $1,060 is only a little money compared to not having to pay child support now. Nothing in my cased was worked out. On top of this I have to pay the $4,000 to Marble. A few days later I emailed the managing attorney *************************** who was very rude in her emails I asked multiple times for a phone call so we could discuss the issues and she refused a phone, but the company is willing to call when your trying to get a client or take my money. She judged me without even knowing the situation. I'm still waiting on a call. I didn't want a full refund I asked to look into my case and either a partial refund or a percent of my money back.

**************************** based in ***, GA and the Marble attorneys have completely misrepresented themselves and billed me a ridiculous price for NO services. Within 24 business hours I ended my request for services and instead of billing a nominal fee, that company is charging me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! And refuse to refund/reduce/eliminate that as there was NO services provided.

Marble gives you the run around and says someone will get back to you and they dont. The lawyers never call or do the paper work. Then they say they need more money. They even tried to redo the contract to fit marbles needs. They also responded with my lawyer wrote a response and that was worth *****. I have done all the paper work by myself because my lawyer doesnt respond. I have a motion to compel when it says in my contract she is to do the paperwork. They offered me a credit. No, no credit. My lawyer did not do her job, you have not done your job. You did not follow the contract, I did. Money back all of it so I can get a competent lawyer.

I signed up on January 1, 2024 and paid $2500 on January 2, 2024. The lawyer spoke to me for 10 minutes on January 2, 2024 explaining the process and ensuring it would be done by the middle of March. That was the only time we spoke. After that, I reached out to ask about updates, but didn't receive a response. An original petition was not sent to me or filed with the court. I cancelled and requested a refund the second week of March. They cancelled and only refunded $625. They are refusing to refund the full amount even though no work was done for my case.

I hired marble *** to provide me with a lawyer to assist with parenting time and child support. The lawyer I was provided was unprofessional and incompetent. He filed the wrong type of motion with the court, and the motion itself was very poorly written per other attorneys. He told me that he knew what to do and how to help me, but once we were in court he shrugged his shoulders and told the judge that he didn't know what to do. After that hearing he again assured me that he knew what to do and that there was another motion he was going to file. He never filed it, he instead ignored any attempts of mine to communicate with him. He was supposed to file an appeal, which he never did. His inaction has now cost me thousands of dollars in increased child support, and I have lost time with my children.I filed a complaint with marble law, and they agreed that the service I received was inadequate and offered me a discount, however are still asking me to pay $1,400 for the horrible service. I went to them for help, and was completely screwed over by the lawyer they provided. I don't believe I owe them any more money as I have already given them $600.He finally responded to an email in which I fired him.

Signed a contract with Marble for $2,100 in Nov 2023 to complete divorce paperwork. I was told *** 2024, the lawyer was finishing up the agreement and I should be ready to ************* or two. I called and emailed the lawyer and paralegal with Marble for weeks. I put in a request to cancel services Feb 19th due to no response from the lawyer and no completed work. ****** emails me Feb 23rd saying she just made an appointment to call the soon to be ex wife. Then the lawyer attach someone elses divorce complaint to my account so she can still get paid after I already canceled. The only thing correct on the divorce complaint is my name. The soon to be ex wife name is wrong, date of marriage is wrong and county is wrong. At the bottom it shows its someone elses agreement. Marble refuses to refund me after I showed them there is no completed work. They are still trying to charge me and I have nothing to show for my payments.

Marble offers a 10% discount when services are paid in full. While on the phone with a billing specialist, I paid several thousands in order to secure service for a legal matter. The billing specialist ran my card, however forgot to apply the 10% discount to the final price (which would have brought the final cost down by several hundred dollars). When I asked the specialist (who was still on the phone with me) if the discount was applied, she stated she forgot to apply it. I then asked her if it could be fixed, and if I could be refunded for the overpayment, and she said she would look into it. Several months later, she tells me that once the card is run, there cant be any changes made. Whether or not she actually followed up on her mistake is unknown. I want a refund for the overpayment made due to her negligent mistake. Why I need to pay because someone failed to do their job properly is beyond me. I have attempted to reach out to several marble contact numbers and emails, and I have failed to get a response.

I reached out to Marble Law to amend a child custody stipulation, we discussed what was needed and the price to complete the process which was $2000. I was contacted by one of their attorneys to discuss, after which my situation changed and I didnt require the custody change which I relayed to the attorney. Marble Law relayed they are billing me for $1500 for the phone call, I then asked for an itemized receipt which they failed to provide. They do not return my phone calls and I am unable to find any billing detail on line.

I went to marble to help me with my legal issues. They charged me 7k and I am still fighting the case because they gave me a lawyer not in my city who did not represent me I had to speak on my own behalf and all he did was push court dates back so he would not have to represent me in person. I have one court date left which is the trail and marble wants to charge me another 7k. Please investigate this company and their predatory practices

Marble Law supports our clients through limited scope representation, which means we support you during your legal journey at a cost per service because we may not engage with you for the entire process. It's a way to hire a lawyer for one specific part of your case. With Marble, you get a fixed price for each part. We take it step by step, so you know exactly what's included and what it cost. We are sorry to hear you do not agree with our process and pricing. We truly wish you the best on the remainder of your legal journey.

I hired Marble law to help file proper paperwork and start my divorce proceedings. I paid $1200 down payment and financed $5500. After a month into the contract I noticed their lawyer assigned to me didnt send me any paperwork or complete any filings to get the process rolling. I reached out and asked to close the case as no work had been done. They closed it immediately, kept my $1200 down payment and then emailed me later telling me I owe $3300 for work done. There was no work done on the case. I requested a summary of all work done and the prices and never heard anything back. Today 3 months later I get a text from one of their representatives saying I missed a payment. I believe I have been scammed.
