I signed with marble 9/16 canceled with marble law 10/31. They did nothing for me at all but charged me ******* for 2 incomplete drafts that do not even have the correct names on them. I asked them to correct them I gotten no answer or call back after they said for weeks I will get a call back in 3 business days. The lawyer ***** ******* was only suppose to charge me for what was done he did nothing and I charging me ******* for incomplete drafts I could have went to a real lawyer for this price. But I am being scammed by this company for money I do not have. I am a disabled veteran with no other income and they are trying to take my only money I need help clearing this loan please! I have never been scammed like this before! And they refuse to give me my money back saying they are charging me for work that was done but clearly they did nothing for me and I still have to start the court process by myself with barely any money because they are trying to charge me for a loan i use to get the help of marble now I am stuck with ******* in debt and had no help to get my children back! I am deviated in how this company took my money.. no veteran deserves this treatment or any human in general should get scammed when they are in need of helpthere services are horrible u do not recommend anyone to go to marble law firm for help they will **** you blind! I havent been in my kids lifes for 2 years and marble just extended with this debt! I dont have enough money to go to court and pay for lawyers services I never got to use because they dont care about replying to text messages or emails!! I contacted Marble law firm around September 30 2024, about my wanting a divorce. On October 6 I had an interview with someone and then was contacted to collect 4560 dollars on October 8 and the divorce would be handled promptly as it was a short marriage and no children. I paid in full believing this would be handled promptly as agreed. Now I can not get real answers or a copy of the petition to review but Marbles site tells me Im up to date and that they have attempted to serve her. I just get told well we will contact your attorney and it can take 3 to 5 business days to hear anything. Weeks pass now November 9 I get a text from someone that she tried to call a few times, I have no call or message of a call, and that she sent papers for me to review to an email I never gave them or even close to my email address, in fact it shows to be a marble internal email but even that came back as non existent as well. I spoke to a customer service *** for ********************** legal November 4th. She took my information and arranged for a "legal strategy session" phone call to occur November 5th at 2:00 p.m. for which I received a confirmation text after I was asked to pay $49 for that upcoming call . I paid the $49 for that legal steategy session and I was told to be near the phone at a quiet place at 2:00 p.m. The call did not happen so I'm disputing the $49 charge asking for a refund.Business Response

I hired Marble Law/ lawyer ******* ********* back in March of last year for a divorce. Since then the qualify of service I have received has been sub par to say the least. It's like pulling teeth to get any email or call from this firm. As time as gone on my case of gotten more turbulent I've reached out with many concerns with very little support from my lawyer. More recently my husband changed the locks on our marital home, i reached out to ******* with my concern regarding this issue and how I needed some kind of resolution. Nothing has came of this and my husband continues to be aggressive towards me and my mother. I have on countless occasions voiced my displeasure with how my case was moving along but once again nothing has been fixed. I'm filling this claim to get a refund of the funds that haven't been used in the sum of $2,340.00. I would like to take my services else where.Business Response

I scheduled a strategy session with Marble Law concerning my parenting plan. I paid the $49.00 fee up front and they scheduled me for Monday morning. A lawyer called me on Sunday and I missed the call. I waited at 10am on Monday when my appointment was scheduled and no one called. I called Marble Law and no one picked up. I tried to leave a message and the phone line hung up on me. I logged into my account with ******************** and it states that they couldn't get ahold of me. I feel that I am being scammed. As all the other complaints on here and their business reviews this company should not be allowed to continue to rob desperate people. I will also be filing with the Florida Bar. Affirm paid Marble upfront for a service that was sloppy, incorrect spelling, wrong names, too busy, and lies about being served and that cost me everything. If the documents would have been correct from the beginning and not having to keep repeating that the documents and names to be spelled correctly with my legal name then I would have been in a better position. The attorney told me that she was too busy to handle my case and the ** said that she personally re-reviewed all documents and everything was done correct. Well she didn't review to much as the document recorded in county records has the INCORRECT name. I see all their responses back are the same exact response. I want them to contact Affirm and have them remove the amount owed to them and remove me from collections. This has been a nightmare and when i did think about switching attorney's the price per item would have been well over 15k for a divorce which is robbery. Something needs to be done to prevent this company from hurting others.Business Response

Managing Attorney, *******) that she reviewed all the documents and everything put me in a great spot which I am assuming she didn't fully read the documents or care enough as the document clearing states an incorrect petitioner's name on the document filed with the clerk of court; so please do something that is effective and works instead of stating the same thing over and over again.

Prepare documents, incorrectly and lie on record and incorrectly record documents on the court docket with incorrect information and someone else's name. As a law office you think that's acceptable? I originally paid for service for paternity, child visitation and child support on 9/16/2024 around at 8:14 am in the morning. The assign ****** H ***** as my attorney which after our initial phone conversation on 9/15/ 2024 in which he assured me that he will be drafting child visitation/ child support paperwork for Maricopa County courts, he said the timeline would be in two weeks it would be done. During that same phone conversation I had advised Mr ***** that paternity was sign for my son **** ******, and **** ****** during their birth at **********************************. On ********** after sending him an email asking when the paperwork was going to be done in which he replied say it would be done in the morning on 10/13/2024, I canceled all services with Marble Law and ****** H ***** in the email on 10/14/2024. Mr ***** has 21 public records with the State Bar of *******. I paid ******* for services that was not provided. After requesting a refund I was only given ******** dollar and at the end was charged 910 dollars for no service rendered. The even sent and email saying that no service was complete. Im more then understand and believe some money should be paid for a 10min initial phone call 100$-200$ but ****** for no work not even the right forms filled out and given to me so I can file it is disappointing. I am writing to file a formal complaint about the return I am owed for services I discontinued with your organization. On the week of 10/7-10/11 , I paid a deposit of around $2,000 for negotiation services pertaining to a divorce I was considering. However, I ultimately decided not to forward with the divorce, so I phoned your office to terminate the services.Despite my cancelation and many phone calls demanding a refund, I have yet to receive my payment. Every time I phoned your customer support department, I was advised to "call back in a few more days." Marble scheduled a consultation with a family law attorney for a specific date, two days before my hearing. The attorney never called. I was charged for the call. The next day, after calling Marble, they had an attorney call me. This was one day before my hearing. I had no choice but to hire the attorney at this point. ******** ******* agreed to work on my case, she showed up at the hearing late, then proceeded to tell me that she didn't think she could actually help me. She was flippant about it and tried to scare me into settling. Instead of discussing the next steps for my case, she started a conversation with a clerk, showing her photos of her dog. I had to remind her why she was there in the first place. I asked Marble to reassign me. Instead they disengaged my account. Now, much time has passed and I have a week to hire another attorney. I was calling to be reassigned for two weeks. I will also be filing a complaint with the ********************* as ******** must have gave Marble misinformation to get my account disengaged.Business Response
