      I ordered an item and the order I placed at the time was a 10 oz version even on my order summary when placed. Then after placing the order I saw it was a 14 oz. When trying to reach them (do not have a customer service call option) there were several issues. 1. When trying to submit issue would never let me send or save. 2. After several attempts and disconnects got to chat assistant (person supposedly). The showed me a policy link. Then when I tried to get more information and vendor information they just disconnected ( image attached). 3. Contacted actual vendor and they stated they never heard of govx and tried to help me but could not. Tried to work with the company but simply set up to where I cannot. This is horrible business practice and the only way to find this out is to go through this situation, there are no other indicators until it happens. Never ran into anything like this before.

      I purchased concert tickets to see ******************* on 7/27/24 at **************** in *********** on 6/24 through Govx.com. I received a confirmation email the day of purchase from "member deals". On 7/18/24 I received an email stating my tickets had been transferred and sent to my account and to locate the email from the ticket provider to click on the link and accept the tickets. But there was no link or separate email sent regarding this information. I reached out to customer service for member deals where they told me to reach out to the ticket provider Ticket master. This was the first time I was even made aware that the tickets were coming from Ticketmaster. I reached out to Ticketmaster customer service and they advised they did not have an existing order for me. I reached back out to member deals, on 7/19 explained my frustration and due to the concert being 1 week away requested a refund since there was too much confusion I would rather get a refund and purchase again elsewhere. They told me I would hear back in 24 hours, which never happened. On 7/22 I called back and they have been saying they are waiting for a response. The concert is approaching, I want to ensure I have tickets, but cannot make a large purchase without confirmation that I am receiving a refund from Govx/member deals.

      I made a booking through Gov X where I got a hotel room for a few days and because of changes in a work schedule I need to change the dates of my hotel stay But GOVX will not allow me to change my hotel dates.

      I purchased 2 silver tickets on 7/4. Benefits show that there would be two tickets for free for each pass, but expiration does not meet up. The tickets expire before I can use the benefits. Called Goxv on 7/16 and spoke to *** in customer service rep but he was unable to resolve. Tickets expire earlier than the ticket info. A case number was Care6799568. I already connected with seaworld and it is confirmed that my ticket expires before the date that Govx listed

      I ordered tickets through GovX for a 2 park all day dining deal for ******************, Sea World parks x5 for $747.12 on 5/29/2024. There was verbiage on the site that stated if I purchased before a certain day that I would also receive season passes for the park. Seemed like a decent deal, not too over the top since most parks only ask for an additional $30 or so on the day of your visit to upgrade to a season pass. When we arrived at the park we initially had an issue getting in and had to go visit guest services who eventually got it figured out. The all day dining stated that we would get wrist bands and those would be used to eat all day (every 90 minutes). The menu would be a meal, a snack or side, and a drink. That never happened! We only got a meal and a drink at almost every place we went only after having to revisit member services or call a manager to explain that they did not issue us bracelets but said that we should use our park tickets at every dining place. The biggest issue however, is that they did NOT issue us our season passes and stated that they did not know of such promo and it was not listed on our tickets that we received. I wrote into GovX upon our return from vacation and was told they don't issue tickets but that they should've been emailed to me from the park directly. That made no sense since I in fact, received my tickets from memberdeals.com/GovX (proof of them and the email are attached to this claim) immediately after ordering, and furthermore how could the parks email my tickets directly to me when I had 5 different parks to choose from? Once I submitted all this proof GovX told me that I needed to contact memberDeals, who up until this point I thought was the same company. Why is there so much run around to get assitance, I paid on one website yet I am being sent in 3 different directions just for no one to own the issue or be willing to help. This has been very frustrating!

      I went to Govx thru the SeaWorld website in order to validate my military status for the ticket they offer every year. Without reason it said the offer was invalid. Im active coast guard so it doesnt make sense. I tried calling SeaWorld just to be told it was a govx issue. They offer no chat or phone number. No response to an email request Not even a confirmation. Is it because no money is involved ? This is a free ticket to support the military. SeaWorld stated they have heard about this issue but didnt have a response to it. Please help or advise. Thank you.

      May 8, 2924 I ordered a pair of Under Armour Charged Assert 10 Running Shoes online at ShopVCS.com and within days received the shoes with a packing list from GOVX.com, shipped via *** from ***** International LLC in ************************. The shoes were too tight, I sought to return them by following GOVX instructions on Return Information. ***************************** was no help, despite four or five messages exchanged, including that I should find help at Under Armour customer service, despite ********************** instruction "Please DO NOT contact the manufacturer directly." GOVX claims to support the U.S. military and government folks - I don't see it, as a Vietnam vet, with Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor. I do not know what the connection may be between GOVX and ShopVCS, but to me, GOVX is not what it claims to be.

      1/10/2024 I Purchased a Universal *****************park 1-Day ticket $ ****** On 3/16/2024 a member of my party got sick and I called member services that day and told them about the situation and they told me, I could use my ticket for up to 1yr or get a refund. I thought I would reschedule but couldn't so I called back and now they told me nothing they could do and that the ticket expired that day but it didn't even say that on the ticket. The person who got sick member order number ******** got his refund but they told me NO. Why would they do that for one and not me... I will never purchase anything else from GOVX.com and Please no one else either. This is what happens when you get a company that is supposed to support the military and government employees. Bad Business.
