I was sent an email with the watch that I wanted to purchase with a price that was NOT the same price after clicking on the purchase within the email sent to me from the company. I reached out to the company and they told me that the email is incorrect and that the watch shown with the price shown for the that watch is incorrect and they cannot correct it false advertisement is very unfortunateBusiness Response

The reason Im disputing this credit card charge is because I made the purchase over the Internet with gov.x they charge me $142 when I got to the hotel on December 12 they cannot find my reservation or my name so then I paid for the room again for the second time. I notified gov.x that evening and they said it would take 2 to 3 hours to get a response back. I didnt get a response back till later much later that night after I have paid for the room. I can contact gov.x on December 13. They told me I needed to check out the room before they can refund it. I finished my trip and I called them on December 16. I have contacted the business repeatedly over the past two weeks to have this issue resolved. They keep coming up with excuses why they cannot resolve this issue. I believe this company tries to scam government employees. I believe they are trying to stall and not give me a refund .Govx sent me the wrong confirmation number for the hotel room and trying to blame me for canceling the reservation. The only way of Govx can resolve this issue is by issuing me the refund for the hotel room.Business Response

On December 8th 2024, I discovered two unauthorized transactions on my GovX account. The orders were placed without my knowledge or consent, and the items were set to ship to an address in ******************, **********, which I have no connection to.GovX committed to providing a secure platform for military and government discounts, but in this case, my account was accessed without authorization, leading to financial charges and misuse of my personal information. Despite contacting GovX support, I have not yet received confirmation that the issue is fully resolved or assurance that my account is secured.I am seeking a resolution that includes cancellation of the fraudulent orders, a thorough investigation of how my account was accessed, and steps to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, I request reimbursement for any charges incurred due to this incident.Business Response

I places an order for Sapphire and Topaz earrings for my wife Christmas gift. I received a package containing 2 earrings from different sets and 1 damaged and missing stones. One earrings was blue Topaz and the other was a Black stone and missing the sapphires. I provided them with picture proof of this. I requested they send a replacement pair so I have them before Christmas. They agreed that they were damaged and incorrect but told me that I have to send them back and once they receive them and inspect them, they'll then start a refund IF they feel it was a mistake. I am not sending anything anywhere until I receive the proper earrings I ordered or my full refund so I can order the proper pair.Business Response

I purchased 3 *** vouchers from GovX. Two of the vouchers worked. The third did not and *** website stated it was an invalid number for the voucher. I contacted GovX as I purchased the voucher through them. They initially stated I had to contact *** to work it out. After I complained that I purchased them from them, they said they would send it for review. I sent them a email with my purchase and declined voucher. Within a few hours, I received an email advising that they couldnt do anything and contact ***. They closed the complaint. How does a company who claims to serve those who serve treat customers so poorly. They take the money and if it falls apart, you contact the third parts company they contract with. GOVX advertises to offer "new" merchandise to military, veterans, and first responders at discounts ranging typically from 10- 30%, * or higher on select items. I have experienced that I get used, and if damaged/ detective "returned" merchandise that is,then sold to GOVX members. GOVX also clearly states 100% satisfaction or return the item and receive a full refund. GOVX customer support goes out of their way to lie, stall, ignore, and not process return requests on defective mechandise.GOVX needs to clearly change their "statement of offering" to advise customers that products offered are not new, and "condition" are at the the risk of the consumer. The case below highlights a used/ damaged pair of *** *** sunglasses shipped to me from a "wholesale warranty return center" instead of a Ray *** POS location. The sale date was 11/12. GOVX customer service still has not agreed to take back the damaged sunglasses after two days of numerous emails detailing the damages, etc. and, my desire for return / refund.Business Response

I booked a hotel reservation on 10/9/24 though GovX/Member Deals. If was then processed through ***************************** The reservation was for 10/25-10/27 for my niece's wedding that I was attending. This was paid in full at the time of booking in the amount of $264.68. My six year old granddaughter was put on hospice and passed away. This was cancelled on 10/15. The confirmation that I received shows refundable on it. The confirmation showing this has been sent in multiple times to multiple people. The hotel, GovX/Member Deals/*** all refuse to refund the money and just point fingers at each other. I have been on multiple hour long phone calls with all parties and still have not received a refund. This is disgusting customer service and as a grieving grandparent, should not have to be adding more stress just to get a refund on a refundable booking. I placed and order the was canceled without notification or reason. I then sent 2 emails regarding this canceled order. I received no response and that was approx 2 weeks ago. I placed a second order which mirror the first and its just in processing status. I sent an email asking them to call to avoid them canceling again. I have to have this order completed and processed by 10/30/24. There is no contact phone number to call and they wont respond to emails.
