      I was charged $19.95 on May 13th and again on May 14th by Horizon Direct. I do not know who they are or anything about their products. I want this to stop and the money taken from my account returned.

      There was a charge for ***** from this horizon direct on my bank account. I dont recall making any purchases on this web page or have I ever order from it . This transaction was made on 5/8/23 at 12 am. I would like for this amount to be refunded to me .

      Unauthorized charge on 5/7/2023 of $19.95. I have no idea what HORIZON DIRECT is. I have no account with them and never requested an account or subscription. It is now Sunday 5/7/2023, 2:43 am. I got woke up by rain storm. So this charge just happened in last 2 hours and 45 minutes...I WAS SLEEPING. NOT BUYING FROM HORIZON DIRECT. This is FRAUD!

      Received an email dated 5/4/2023 at 12:36 am. I did NOT authorize this charge to my card without my knowledge or consent.This is a FAKE company and I would like to see them shut down for good so they can't scam anyone else.

      I have had a charge in the amount of $19.95 on my credit card account every month since March 25, 2021. On March 9, 2023 there were NINE (9) charges for $19.95 on that one day. I have never heard of this company, nor have I ever contacted them to authorize these charges. I would like reimbursement in the amount of $418.95 (21 X $19.95) for these unauthorized charges.
