      The item was supposed to ship February 27th. I pre ordered the item. Have tried to contact the business multiple times, but all it will do is send an automated message with no time frame update.

Called reservations number got three different prices within 20 mins. All, were $40 over the offering I found once we were in the room. REMOVED! The hotel looks nice outside but it's run down inside. Walls are thin. It's noisey. Beds are stiff. Pillows are lumpy. Phone receiver not working. Bathroom sink stopper broken. It's stuck closed. Bathroom door sticks & hard to close. Floor rug squares are lifting. Overpriced and we are Hilton Honors members. And they place a $75 hold on your credit card, just in case you ?????? There's no mini bar in the REMOVEDis included!       I ordered their Bird Nesting Material which came from REMOVED. They Charged me an extra $REMOVED.66 for process which was NOT on the order itself. I asked for a refund of #REMOVED.66. As you will see in the e-mail attached, they have continued to tell me that the refund is in process. As of today I have not received this refund. In my opinion they are stealing my $ Thank You for your attention to this matter

      Scam - Items are Misrepresented in the Pictures The ornaments are described as "REMOVED". They are cheap plastic. The pictures show 3D figures/scenes inside the ornaments, but it is just a picture printed on a disc. The pictures of the marbles show graphics inside the marbles, but it is just a sticker on the outside of a glass half marble. I wrote the company immediately with my complaints and received two replies that totally ignored my complaint giving me a ton of hoops to jump through just to start the process of a return. The items I ordered are nothing like their pictures and the return process is basically non-existent.

      I played the game and it promised the money would be there immediately. Instead the first payout came 2 days later and the second one never came they made up a lie when I emailed them. I looked u the reviews on the game page and I am not the only one having this issue. I would love to get payed because I needed that money to pay for a bill.

      I have been attempting to get this refunded since September 14th 2025. This was never supposed to be a subscription to anything. My discover card should have been kept on file for a supposedly one time cost. The original purchase was for one time and we did not ever agree to re occurring charges. I have called and waited days for return calls, only to find out its out of your 7 day window. I called well before those 7 days were up. I want my money back to my account and my card removed from any further business with you.

      Credit card (upgrade) company notified me of two transactions suspected to be fraudulent with my card. The charges were indeed not placed by me, and the company then refused to honor my dispute, forcing me to pay the fraudulent charges incurred. They refused to reopen the dispute when I reached out again.

      I see a lot of the same complaints on this site. I, too, reserved a room, then wanted to cancel. I did not sign anything stating it was non-refundable. START AT THE BOTTOM!       Zendesk operates the technology behind REMOVEDResearch Intl Breakthrough app. The app does not work on REMOVEDS24 phone. I have emailed, called, and texted for over a month to REMOVEDResearch I never received a call or email on how to resolve the issues with this app. Zendesk sends the same automated message over and over the only thing difference in the message is the number within it. No solutions was ever offered. No one ever answer the phone. The Breakthrough app is horrible and doesn't work. You can't open or download the REMOVEDprograms. I went to Best Buy Geek Squad and the REMOVEDstore, no open could open the programs or download them. I placed a BBB complaint against REMOVEDfor a full refund of the money I spent on the REMOVEDWithin program which is $495.00.

      I placed an order for a jacket on August 4. It was supposed to arrive no later than August 12 but I still have not received the order. I have contacted REMOVEDand Zendesk 9 times about the order. Only After I disputed the charges they emailed me to say that they received a charge back request and they could not send the item or issue a refund unless I cancel the charge back request. They are refusing to send the jacket or the refund.
