Was looking for a SBA loan, went through the preliminary application process. As soon as I submitted it, I got 12 phone calls within 3o mins of submitting app from 3rd companies looking to offer me a line of credit. Since than I get daily calls upwards of 8 or more a day from funding and capital companies looking to offer a "line of credit" or other types of financing products (none of which are SBA loans that I was initially looking for). It has gotten to the point that I feel the need to change my phone number due to Nerd Wallet. They doxxed me basically.Business Response

I get multiple emails from Nerd Wallet coming from various email sources that are immediately blocked. Within a few hours I will get another email from a different email address. The emails are never addressed to me directly and are a variation ofBusiness Response

I keep getting emails from nerdwallet and I never signed up. When I click on unsubscribe it just brings me to another website of their offers etc. it is impossible to unsubscribe. I do not wish to keep getting emails from them and want to be unsubscribed immediately!Business Response

I never signed up or subscribed for Nerd Wallet emails or accounts. Suddenly I started getting Nerd Wallet emails daily PLUS immediately started getting daily 3rd party emails/affiliates of Nerd Wallet to buy this or that, or sign up for this or that. I want it to stop immediately with both *********** and these 3rd party affiliates of Nerd Wallet. Nerd wallet needs to IMMEDIATELY unsubscribe me from Nerd Wallet and their 3rd party affiliates for which I understand *********** gets paid for every time someone clicks into these affiliates. This company sends me dozens of spam emails daily from spoofed email addresses. Look at the complaints here. You clearly know what youre doing. I have already clicked unsubscribe weeks ago and you took that as an invitation to send even more emails. Shame on you!I suggest that you remove me from your spam list. This complaint does not preclude legal action. You have been notified to cease your unwanted spamming. I have marked the emails that originate from your company and will be collecting evidence for further action. I am rejecting this response because:I do not accept this response. It has been months since my initial request to remove me from these mailing lists and it has been 3 weeks since this response from the business saying it would take 7 days. (Conveniently for Nerdwallet, this is passed the 5 days that a BBB complaint stays active so Ive had to reopen the case). Ive received more than 10 emails so far today from their spam lists. I can prove that they are from this company. I have reported Nerdwallet and the companies to which they have sold my information as violating CASL and I will continue to do this. I think it is time to take legal action here as this is clear harassment. To others: note that you wont be able to tell that the copious spam is coming from Nerdwallet as they are advertising multiple apparently unrelated companies using spoofed email addresses. If you noticed a huge increase in spam and have used Nerdwallet, this is likely the reason. I am able to track these emails directly back to Nerdwallet. Shame on Nerdwallet!
