      My card was used on a payment for a Hims product that I do not need. My card was charged on May 10 and it is frustrating because I still haven't used all of the product I bought previously from that company.

      They said a treatment plan for hair loss was $35 a month, I got the subscription then about 10 minutes later my father told me how to get it from a doctor much cheaper and with insurance.. I cancelled my subscription and still ended up getting $175 stolen from me from them, havent sent anything, havent done anything. They said if I cancel within 48 hours I was fine but in a few minutes my money is gone.

      In Dec 2024 I subscribed to Hims and *********** services to acquire *********** for weightloss. I paid for a year in advance. $1980 using my **********. A few months later I received a notice from the service stating that they could no longer continue to provide the compound *********** due to *** regulations and I would be refunded $990 back to my credit card. It's has been over a month and I have still not been refunded. Finally, 4/9 I received a message saying the refund was processed. 4/10 , I received another message stating the refund was canceled/declined. I cannot get a definitive confirmation of the refund of $990 to my account.

      Your latest order has been refunded in full; refunds generally take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank. We have confirmed this in the email sent to you.

      Additionally, we can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. Unless you choose to make another purchase or reactivate, no further charges or shipments will occur.

      refusing a refund on a product I have not yet received. Not satisfied with the results. No notice to billing or shipment. As a medical product there should Be a notification of delivery before it were to be placed at the doorstep of someone else.

      I told Hims and Hers, after the first month of my program, that it was not working. I never agreed to auto renew as well yet they have charged me and will not refund me even though the medication has not shipped. It claim my order is getting ready. I dont want it!

      I would also like to add, they renewed my subscription two weeks early. They want 48 hours in advance before canceling, but renewed whenever they felt like it!

      I was placed on auto-renewal, but never accepted to be placed in such a plan. I was never sent order renewal notifications and the product showed up at my house. The provider was unwilling to return the product.

      Im extremely disappointed with HIMS. I clearly told them to cancel my order before it shipped, and they refused. Their customer service is completely unhelpful its just a repeated no with no effort to resolve anything.Worse, they dont notify you of subscription renewals, which is illegal in many states. If my credit card had declined, they wouldnt have shipped anything but because it went through, theyre forcing the shipment even though I asked to cancel within 5 minutes of getting the charge. Its dishonest and feels like a scam.This shipment will be rejected, and I expect a full refund. HIMS needs to be held accountable and their investors should be aware of this harmful consumer tactics.

      I ordered some hair loss pills using the ************************** website on Monday April 7th. Within minutes I cancelled the subscription (there was no cancel order option). The site told me I had cancelled my subscription successfully, within a few minutes. Fast forward to today (9th), I get an email from them saying my order is preparing to ship. I contacted them and they stated that there was nothing they could do now. I check the tracking number and **** has not even received the shipment as of yet on the 9th. I understand that I agreed to the order, but do not understand how an order that would not ship for 2 more days cannot be cancelled.

      I was going through my emails, there was one from Hims/Hers about a hair loss pill. I thought Id go ahead and read it since I started losing my hair after my fianc of 19years passed suddenly. I started to answer their questions but then they wanted more personal information, card numbers, medical information, etc. So I quit answering their questions. I closed the email and went about my day. Then about a week after I started their questionnaire, I received a box in the mail. I opened it, and was surprised to find a bottle of hers pills. Also, these are prescription only pills. Concerned about these pills I called customer service to ask how I got a prescription without filling anything out. The pills cost 175$! I explained that I DID NOT order these, I would not ever pay that much for a hair loss pill since my doctor said its stress from the death of ***** and that I dont need pills. I also asked how they could send these out since theyre a prescription only? What ** fills these? Are they legit? I also said everything in these pills, I can buy at *******. I asked for a refund again. The representative got a little snippy and said if you didnt order these, why do you want a refund? I told her because obviously my card was hacked and I was charged the full price. I just want my money back. Also, if Im going to spend that much money online, Id use ******, Not a credit card. I even spoke to a supervisor, he said there is nothing they can do. I told him these pills are only B&C vitamins, ****** and *********. How do you know Im not allergic to these ingredients? I also said all these ingredients are over the counter items that anyone can get. Again, I never filled out anything completely. I said I simply want the charges off my card. I asked about the ** *** filled the prescription. I got nowhere. I cancelled my card, and now Im writing this. The bottle has a prescription number, **, pharmacy, phone number & the **s name. This seems to be a scam.

      I am looking to ****** a subscription with the company. There was no notification, email blast, or otherwise heads-up that the item was set the renew. I did not know about the subscription until they had charged me. Even though the order is being processed and the charge on my credit card was yesterday night, I have reached out to cancel the subscription and the pending order. However, I was instead given an automated chat response saying that nothing can be done. I would like to continue using the company and its services going forward, but it is really hard to do so when there is little to no customer service and support.
