      Hims & Hers *********** Good morning! I would like to bring attention to the theft of $672.00 from HIMS, the ED ******** I canceled all orders after the last order as I don't have the health issue anymore. Instead, HIMS charged my credit card for $672, then contacted me to update the prescription. I immediately told them to cancel the order, but they said it's already shipped (even without a prescription). I told them it's fraud, and contacted my credit card company, which only removed it for 3 days. When the package arrived, you can see from the photos that I shipped it back without opening, refusing the delivery, and HIMS will not refund my money. Thank you for any help you can provide!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      HIMS & HERS charged my card $672.00 without my consent, then shipped a prescription-only drug, without a doctor's prescription, nor setting up a "doctor exam" via text, to make sure I'm still healthy enough to take their drug. In addition, they employ those same "doctors." 

      I stopped taking the medication for health reasons, because it's unsafe for me, but HIMS & HERS is concerned only with profit, not customer's health. 

      This company has predatory "subscription" practices and refuses to refund my money, or send back the unprescribed pills that I returned. So I have no pills and they have my money. 

      Here are the facts: HIMS & HERS *** can charge anyone's card without notice or warning, with no phone call or text, then deliver an illegal (non-prescribed) drug.

      Or they charge your card, deliver no product (since I returned it), no service, nor any support. HIMS & HERS refuses to refund the full amount, despite multiple attempts, and simply blame it on their own 'subscription' system. 

      This data will be sent to my attorney, Black & *****, of Rockford, ** to determine next steps. 

      My hope is that the BBB will assist me in making sure they can't victimize anyone else, since most men wouldn't fight HIMS & HERS due to shame or embarrassment, which makes them all the more deviant in their sales practices.

      They blame their own system for not being able to refund false charges.

      These are thieves of the worst kind, who don't correct their mistakes and do everything they can to blame the victim. 

      This will not do, and I am waiting for a full refund, no excuses. I have no product, you have my money, so give it back.

      3/8/2025 My subscription was supposed to be canceled before I was ever charged and any package was sent.I think its unethical to not even send out a notification that youre about to be charged, no email or text simply have to login and check yourself despite it being every 3/6months like youll remember. I received the package, I have not touched or opened the package and can not be refunded. I understand its medication and if I had opened or tampered with the box, but I havent should be able to ship it back for a refund. Ridiculous policy. I reached out to customer support via email and hadnt heard back in a week until finally calling just to be greeted with **** that dont care at all for your situation. Surely this happens a lot and they could have something in place for it if not a refund at the very least. But just unhelpful and rude **** that I experienced anyhow.

      Similar to a few other complaints, I was not told what the side effects were of these drugs. I was simply prescribed, but my credit card transaction did not go through. I thought nothing of it until the medication showed up at my front door. I do not want this medication and I contacted Hims to resolve. They will not issue a refund. I then proceeded to ask for a credit towards an alternate option. They declined that option as well. I never would have paid for a medication knowing the upfront side effects. Transparency is very important when it comes to health related issues and the majority of these negative side effects need to be discussed with patients prior to running their payment through.

      Ive been billed for $175 for a subscription I did not want with no email or text heads up. Ive emailed the company, but they have not responded. I did some research before filing this complaint. Apparently, others are experiencing the same shady actions of this company and have not been able to get in contact with anyone at Hims to resolve issues.

      On 2/28/25 i enrolled into a weight loss plan with HERS for *********** injection. The cost was $165 a month. Hers billed my credit card Company $1980 upfront. I received 3 vials and syringes on 3/1/25 and started the weekly injections. The injections do not appear to work. The treatment Caused constipation as a side effect, caused weight gain and more cravings for sugar snacks. The injections are supposed suppress the cravings so that weight loss can begin. I made the Decision on 3/20/25 to cancel subscription. I was advised they could offer partial refund but did not state how much that would be when I inquired. On 3/21/25 they stated I would not get a refund. I am seeking a credit for the remaining 11 months of undelivered medication. Im seeking a refund for the undelivered medication which would run from 4/1/25 thru 3/1/26. The treatment appears to be ineffective and its very costly. Please assist and seek resolution to my complaint. I should not have to pay for the undelivered unused portion of the treatment plan not received as I cancelled before the second shipment would be delivered. Due to the expiration date of the vials they do not deliver the entire treatment in one shipment. Please assist in refund of $1980 subtracting the $165 for 1st month of treatment. Credit card payment of $1980 submitted.

      Date of transaction: 3/16/25 I paid $195 to hims for topical hair loss spray.When the product arrived, my girlfriend did some research online and found out the product has fragrance in its ingredients. She is asthmatic and we live together, so I cant use the product at all, as it could trigger an asthma attack. The fragrance ingredient was not listed on the bottle or website. I tired reaching out to customer service, but they just keep telling me that there is nothing they can do, and offered me a coupon for more of the product. I tried asking for a refund, since the product is unopened, but they said they dont accept returns and dont give refunds.

      I never agreed to an auto-subscription and did not even finish the first round of medication as it did not work. I was not notified of another shipment coming until they mailed it. The day it was received I mailed it back to them the same day. I reached out to HERS and explained this and they refused to refund me even though it was mailed back to them. When I went to make sure it was cancelled it was not allowing me to cancel until JULY and it's MARCH. I had to escalate this to them via chat to get it cancelled now which they did confirm that. This is a shady business practice and I can see there are 269 pages of complaints here on the BBB which clearly shows this company is not doing business honorably.

      On January 26th I placed an order for GLP-1 injections and was charged $296.25 on my credit card from hims and hers health. After some delay I received a box of pills that were not what I ordered. I contacted them through their chat portal and explained the situation and requested a refund. They did reply but said they couldnt refund. I would like assistance getting refund.

      On Feb 14 2025 I placed an order with Hers. I was told there is a wait. I am fine with this. However, the company keeps delaying the delivery and then cancels my order without permission. Then they ask I sign up again to wait longer. I think they want to cancel because the product is more expensive now so this is why they want me to sign up again.

      I ordered ****** generic through **************************. They only sell through a subscription service. I did not know how many pills I would need, as the issue is sporadic. I ordered pills 6 months ago, and I was just sent an email letting me know $320 worth of pills have been sent to my house and I cannot refuse them or get my money back since they were already sent. There was no notice that the pills were getting ready to be sent. Considering this was sent via email, a notice email would have been easily done. The company is refusing to give me my money back, when I still have 60 pills left from 6 months ago. They do not check in on how I am doing and are just trying to charge me more money. I haven't gotten a communication from them since 2024, a $320 charge with no notice and no way to cancel is not okay for a controlled drug. I would like to be able to get a full refund and send the pills back. They have given me a 50% refund as an apology, but I would like the full amount.
